目的了解石化企业职工代谢综合征(MS)患病情况及其影响因素,为石化企业职工MS防制提供依据。方法选择2021年5月—2022年12月在甘肃中医药大学第四附属医院健康体检的石化企业职工为调查对象,通过问卷调查收集人口学信息、生活行为和职业因素等资料,通过实验室检测收集血液生化指标。采用多因素logistic回归模型分析MS的影响因素。结果调查2479人,其中男性1684人,占67.93%;女性795人,占32.07%。年龄为(44.84±7.87)岁。检出MS 905例,检出率为36.51%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,性别(男,OR=2.246,95%CI:1.353~3.728)、年龄(≥40岁,OR=3.523,95%CI:2.003~6.194)、噪声暴露(OR=1.894,95%CI:1.272~2.821)、吸烟指数(>0~200支年,OR=1.907,95%CI:1.155~3.149;>200支年,OR=2.257,95%CI:1.320~3.859)、高尿酸血症(OR=3.013,95%CI:1.852~4.900)和γ-谷氨酰转移酶(异常,OR=2.691,95%CI:1.589~4.559)是石化企业职工MS的影响因素。结论石化企业职工MS发生风险与性别、年龄、噪声暴露、吸烟指数、高尿酸血症和γ-谷氨酰转移酶水平有关。

This study was undertaken to screen the filamentous fungi isolated from its relevant habitats(wastewater, sewage sludge and sludge cake) for the bioconversion of domestic wastewater sludge. A total of 35 fungal strains were tested against wastewater sludge (total suspended solids, TSS 1%—5% w/w) to evaluate its potentiality for enhancing the biodegradability and dewaterability using liquid state bioconversion(lSB) process. The strains were divided into five groups i.e. Penicillium, Aspergillus, Trichoderma, Basidiomycete and Miscellaneous, respectively. The strains WWZP1003, SCahmA103, SCahmT105 and PC-9 among their respective groups of Penicillium, Aspergillus, Trichoderma and Basidiomycete played potential roles in terms of separation(formation of pellets/flocs/filaments), biodegradation(removal of COD) and filtration(filterability) of treated domestic wastewater sludge. The Miscellaneous group was not considered due to its unsatisfactory results as compared to the other groups. The pH value was also influenced by the microbial treatment during fermentation process. The filterability of treated sludge was improved by fungal treatment, and lowest filtration time was recorded for the strain WWZP1003 and SCahmA103 of Penicillium and Aspergillus groups respectively compared with other strains.

Cu bicrystals of different sizes with a sole twin boundary（TB） inclined at 45？with respect to the loading direction were deformed under unidirectional and cyclic loading, respectively. It is found that the slip bands（SBs） parallel to the TB can be activated near the TB at all scales without obeying the Schmid＇s *** is concerned with the local stress enhancement in the macroscale while it is more closely related to the scarce dislocation sources in the microscale. Moreover, a wedge-shaped zone formed near the TB in the microscale ascribed to the limited specimen size.

In this study, a slightly curved Euler Bernoulli beam carrying a concentrated mass was handled. The beam was resting on an elastic foundation and simply supported at both ends. Effects of the concentrated mass on nonlin- ear vibrations were investigated. Sinusoidal and parabolic type functions were used as curvature functions. Equations of motion have cubic nonlinearities because of elongations during vibrations. Damping and harmonic excitation terms were added to the equations of motion. Method of mul- tiple scales, a perturbation technique, was used for solving integro-differential equation analytically. Natural frequen- cies were calculated exactly for different mass ratios, mass locations, curvature functions, and linear elastic foundation coefficients. Amplitude-phase modulation equations were found by considering primary resonance case. Effects of nonlinear terms on natural frequencies were calculated. Frequency-amplitude and frequency-response graphs were plotted. Finally effects of concentrated mass and chosen curvature function on nonlinear vibrations were investigated.

A controlled hydroponic experiment was undertaken to investigate Cd uptake in relation to the activity of Cd species in solution other than the free ion （Cd^2＋） by maintaining a constant Cd^2＋ activity under variable SO4^2- and Cl^- concentrations exposed to maize （Zea mays vat. Cameron） plants. The objectives of these experiments were：（1） to distinguish and quantify the different uptake rates of free and inorganic-complexed Cd from nutrient solution, and （2） to model the uptake of Cd by maize with a Biotic ligand Model （BlM） in a system which facilitates the close examination of root characteristics. Results of the current experiments suggest that, in addition to the free ion, CdSO4^0 complexes are important factors in determining Cd uptake in nutrient solution by maize plants. Higher nominal SO4^2- concentrations in solution generally resulted in a greater Cd accumulation by maize plants than predicted by the Cd^2＋ activity. A better integration of the complete dataset for the 3 harvest times （6, 9 and 11 days after treatment） was achieved by including consideration of both the duration of Cd exposure and especially the root surface area to express Cd uptake. Similarly, the fit of the BlM was also improved when taking into account exposure time and expressing uptake in terms of root morphological parameters.

Is our food safe and free of the crisis of antibiotics and antibiotic resistance (AR)?And will the derived food waste (FW) impose AR risk to the environment after biological treatment? This study used restaurant FW leachates flowing through a 200 tons-waste/day biological treatment plant as a window to investigate the fate of antibiotics and antibiotic-resistance genes (ARGs) during the acceptance and treatment of *** (sulfamethazine,sulfamethoxazole) and quinolones (ciprofloxacin,enrofloxacin,ofloxacin) were detected during FW treatment,while tetracyclines,macrolides and chloramphenicols were not *** encoding resistance to sulfonamides,tetracyclines and macrolides emerged in FW *** flow analysis illustrated that the total amount of antibiotics (except sulfamethazine) and ARGs were constant during FW treatment *** the concentration and total amount of most antibiotics and ARGs fluctuated during treatment,physical processes (screening,centrifugation,solid-liquid and oil-water separation) did not decrease antibiotic or ARGs concentrations or total levels permanently;the affiliated wastewater treatment plant appeared to remove sulfonamides and most ARGs concentrations and total *** metals Ni,Co and Cu were important for disseminating antibiotics concentrations and MGEs for distributing ARGs *** substances (fulvic acids,hydrophilic fractions),C-associated and N-associated contents were essential for the distribution of the total amounts of antibiotics and ***,this study implied that human food might not be free of antibiotics and ARGs,and FW was an underestimated AR pool with various ***,derived hazards of FW could be mitigated through biological treatment with well-planned daily operations.

目的:探讨清热利湿健脾降糖方联合司美格鲁肽对超重/肥胖型2型糖尿病的应用效果。方法:前瞻性选取我院2021年8月~2023年8月来我院检查并治疗的80例超重/肥胖型2型糖尿病患者展开研究,应用抽签法分为对照组(n=30)、联合组1(n=25)与联合组2(n=25)。对照组常规口服二甲双胍,联合组1在对照组基础上增加司美格鲁肽治疗,联合组2在对照组基础上增加清热利湿健脾降糖方联合司美格鲁肽治疗。对比三组患者治疗前后糖代谢、体质量指数与脂代谢水平,胰岛素抵抗相关指数及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后三组患者餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、体质量指数(BMI)均降低,且联合组2明显低于联合组1和对照组(PlDl-C)均降低,联合组2明显低于联合组1和对照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDl-C)升高,联合组2明显高于联合组1和对照组(P0.05)。结论:清热利湿健脾降糖方联合司美格鲁肽可降低超重/肥胖型2型糖尿病患者血糖水平,促进糖代谢,降低体质量指数,改善脂代谢水平,同时可进一步改善患者胰岛素抵抗情况,促进胰岛素分泌,且安全性较高。

Navy Droid: an efficient tool of energy inefficiency problem diagnosis for Android applications

Energy inefficiency is an influential non-functional issue for smartphone applications, causing increased concerns from users. locating these problems is labor-intensive, thus automated diagnosis tools are in demand. Some existing approaches detect energy inefficiency problems by exploring application states with the JPF framework, and get favorable results. However, the effects of these approaches are restricted because of their imprecise application execution models and incomplete energy inefficiency patterns. This paper introduces Navy Droid, an effective and efficient tool of energy inefficiency problem diagnosis for Android applications. We constructed a comprehensive application execution model in the form of a state machine,which accurately simulates the runtime behavior of Android applications. We designed a parallel algorithm to systematically explore an application’s state space. Our approach supports more energy inefficiency patterns, and is able to detect complicated wake lock misuses. We implemented our approach as a prototype tool and applied it to real-world applications. We evaluated Navy Droid with 19 real-world Android applications, and Navy Droid located more energy inefficiency bugs in these applications than the existing work E-Green Droid did. Also, Navy Droid reduced the analysis time with its parallel state exploration *** experimental results demonstrated the effectiveness and efficiency of our approach for detecting energy inefficiency bugs in Android applications.
