Monitoring on subsidence due to repeated excavation with DInSAR technology

DInSAR technology was used to monitor subsidence caused by underground coal mining activities in mountainous area, with multi source SAR data, including 8 EnviSAT C-band and 4 AlOS l-band, and 4 programmed TerraSAR-X dataset. The results revealed that 2-pass DInSAR technique sometimes failed to retrieve the mining-caused subsidence due to spatial and/or temporal de-correlation. We also noticed that there existed residual topographic phase after the compensation with SRTM DEM, which could almost overwhelm the subsidence information when the perpendicular baseline was relatively large. Based on the mining materials, analysis was made on the shape of subsidence area. For the well geocoded results from TerraSAR-X, confirmed by GPS surveying results of corner reflectors, we tried to extract the advance distance of influence besides the subsidence area. Due to the big deformation gradient over stopingfaces, the X-band SAR data could not capture the maximum value subsidence revealed by GPS survey in our preliminary results, the same as C-band EnviSAT data. This will turn to be our research subject in the next few months.

利用TRAJ3D模拟亚洲夏季风区空气的边界层来源。30天后向轨迹的统计结果显示,150hPa上,源于边界层的空气主要集中在亚洲夏季风反气旋南侧的深对流区及其下风向,而不是反气旋中心;将边界层源分为海洋(20°N以南的中国南海和西太平洋)和陆地(10–30°N之间的孟加拉湾、印度、环阿拉伯海地区)分别进行考察,携带高浓度污染物的陆地边界层空气在150hPa上的集中位置与卫星观测到的CO高值中心相对应,洁净的海洋边界层空气对反气旋东南侧的高浓度污染物起到稀释作用。

In this paper,we derive and analyze a conservative Crank-Nicolson-type finite difference scheme for the Klein-Gordon-Dirac(KGD)system.Differing from the derivation of the existing numerical methods given in literature where the numerical schemes are proposed by directly discretizing the KGD system,we translate the KGD equations into an equivalent system by introducing an auxiliary function,then derive a nonlinear Crank-Nicolson-type finite difference scheme for solving the equivalent system.The scheme perfectly inherits the mass and energy conservative properties possessed by the KGD,while the energy preserved by the existing conservative numerical schemes expressed by two-level’s solution at each time step.By using energy method together with the‘cut-off’function technique,we establish the optimal error estimate of the numerical solution,and the convergence rate is O(τ^(2)+h^(2))in l∞-norm with time stepτand mesh size h.Numerical experiments are carried out to support our theoretical conclusions.

Overview The upper troposphere-lower stratosphere （UTlS） of the Asian summer monsoon （ASM） region is characterized by a continental-scale anticyclonic circulation, which is dynami- cally active and coupled to monsoonal convection. The monsoon anticyclone exhibits anomalous chemical and aerosol characteristics, linked to the outflow of deep convection and the large-scale circulation, and strongly influences the global UTlS composition during boreal summer.

Purpose:Patients'complaints can be predictors of patient care quality and safety.Understanding patients'complaints could help healthcare organizations target the areas for improvements.The purpose of this study is to use a mixed method analysis to a)examine the characteristics and categories of patients'complaints,b)explore the relationships of patients'complaints with professions and units,and c)propose theory-based strategies to improve care quality.Methods:This is a descriptive mixed method study.Data examined are patients'complaints filed at a university-affiliated hospital in China from January 2016 to December 2017.A qualitative content analysis was conducted to categorize complaints.A TwoStep cluster analysis was performed to provide an overall profile of patients'complaints.Chi-Square tests were conducted to investigate the relationships among complaints,professions,and units.Results:838 complaints were filed,with 821 valid cases for analysis.Six categories surfaced from the qualitative analysis:uncaring attitudes,unsatisfactory quality of treatment or competence,communication problems,the process of care,fees and billing issues,and other miscellaneous causes.Physicians received most of the complaints(56.6%).The unit receiving the most complaints were outpatient clinics and medical support units(52.7%).The cluster analysis indicated four distinct clusters.Significant relationships existed between complaints and professions(x2(20)=178.82,Plaints and units(x2(15)=42.72,Plusions:Patients'complaints are valuable sources for quality improvements.Healthcare providers should be not only scientifically knowledgeable,but also humanistic caring.Caring-based theories may provide guidance in clinical practice.

随着中国社会经济发展进入转型期,城市居民的客观诉求开始逐渐多元化、复杂化和碎片化,我国城市社区在提升环境空间、改善基础设施建设及健全社区服务体系过程中,社区治理需要进行创新调整来应对转型期的挑战.本文通过治理的视角,构建了社区治理参与机制的4个重要维度,即参与主体、社区管理和组织方式、相关政策法规及资源分配和管理作为理论框架来分析城市社区治理的参与机制.通过研究发现我国城市社区治理中,存在主要参与主体未明确、过度行政化、相关法律法规未健全和资金管理机制未完善等问题.针对上述问题,本文构建了多元参与式社区治理的机制决策和行为框架,即通过参与主体的多元化,组织方式的多元化和参与途径的多元化提高社区公共事务解决的针对性和效率,为我国社区治理的发展提供理论支撑和行动框架指引.

Abnormal aggregation and accumulation of pathological amyloid proteins such as amyloid-β,Tau,and𝛼α-synuclein play key pathological roles and serve as histological hallmarks in different neurodegenerative diseases(NDs)such as Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and Parkinson’s disease(PD).In addition,various post-translational modifications(PTMs)have been identified on pathological amyloid proteins and are subjected to change during disease progression.Given the central role of amyloid proteins in NDs,tremendous efforts have been made to develop amyloid-targeting strategies for clinical diagnosis and molecular classification of NDs.In this review,we summarize two major strategies for targeting amyloid aggregates,with a focus on the trials in AD diagnosis.The first strategy is a positron emission tomography(PET)scan of protein aggregation in the brain.We mainly focus on introducing the development of small-molecule PET tracers for specifically recognizing pathological amyloid fibrils.The second strategy is the detection of PTM biomarkers on amyloid proteins in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma.We discuss the pathological roles of different PTMs in diseases and how we can use the PTM profile of amyloid proteins for clinical diagnosis.Finally,we point out the potential technical challenges of these two strategies,and outline other potential strategies,as well as a combination of multiple strategies,for molecular diagnosis of NDs.
