BACKGROUn.: Prehospital.medication.is a real.ty, an. the rol. of these therapies must be expl.red to assess their val.dity, especial.y for acute respiratory diseases, which are usual.y associated with in.reased morbidity. The aim of this study was to examin. the association.of prehospital.medication.use with mortal.ty in.patien.s with acute respiratory ***: A prospective, mul.icen.er, emergen.y medical.service(EMS) del.very cohort study was carried out in.adul.s with un.el.cted respiratory diseases man.ged by EMS who were tran.ferred to the emergen.y departmen.. From Jan.ary 1, 2019, to October 31, 2023, six advan.ed l.fe support un.ts, thirty-eight basic l.fe support un.ts, an. four hospital. in.Spain.participated in.the study. Demographic data, vital.sign., use of mechan.cal.ven.il.tion. prehospital.respiratory diagn.sis, an. prehospital.medication.were col.ected. The primary outcome was 30-day in.hospital.***: A total.of 961 patien.s were in.l.ded, with a mortal.ty rate of 17.5%(168 patien.s). Age, an.in.reasin. n.mber of comorbidities, the use of in.asive mechan.cal.ven.il.tion.IMV), the use of major an.l.esics, hypn.tics, an. bicarbon.te were risk factors. In.con.rast, el.vated systol.c bl.od pressure an. Gl.sgow Coma Scal. scores were foun. to be protective factors again.t mortal.ty. The predictive capacity of the model.reached an.area un.er the curve(AUC) of 0.857(95% con.iden.e in.erval.[95% CI] 0.827–0.888).COn.l.SIOn. Our data reveal.d that IMV, major an.l.esics, hypn.tics an. bicarbon.te admin.stration.were associated with el.vated mortal.ty. Addin. prehospital.drug therapy in.ormation.to demographic variabl.s an. vital.sign. coul. improve EMS decision.makin., al.owin. a better characterization.of patien.s at risk of cl.n.cal.worsen.n..

Peripheral.n.rve in.uries in.uce a severe motor an. sen.ory deficit. Sin.e the avail.bil.ty of autol.gous n.rve tran.pl.n.s for n.rve repair is very l.mited, al.ern.tive treatmen. strategies are sought, in.l.din. the use of tubul.r n.rve guidan.e con.uits(tn.Cs). However, the use of tn.Cs resul.s in.poor fun.tion.l.recovery an. cen.ral.n.crosis of the regen.ratin. tissue, which l.mits their appl.cation.to short n.rve l.sion.defects(typical.y shorter than.3 cm). Given.the importan.e of vascul.rization.in.n.rve regen.ration. we hypothesized that en.bl.n. the growth of bl.od vessel. from the surroun.in. tissue in.o the regen.ratin. n.rve within.the tn.C woul. hel. el.min.te n.crotic processes an. l.ad to improved regen.ration. In.this study, we reported the appl.cation.of macroscopic hol.s in.o the tubul.r wal.s of sil.-based tn.Cs an. compared the various features of these improved sil.^(+) tn.Cs with the tubes without hol.s(sil.^(–) tn.Cs) an. autol.gous n.rve tran.pl.n.s in.an.8-mm sciatic n.rve defect in.rats. Usin. a combin.tion.of micro-computed tomography an. histol.gical.an.l.ses, we were abl. to prove that the use of sil.^(+) tn.Cs in.uced the growth of bl.od vessel. from the adjacen. tissue to the in.ral.min.l.n.ovascul.r formation. A sign.fican.l. higher n.mber of bl.od vessel. in.the sil.^(+) group was foun. compared with autol.gous n.rve tran.pl.n.s an. sil.^(–), accompan.ed by improved axon.regen.ration.at the distal.coaptation.poin. compared with the sil.^(–) tn.Cs at 7 weeks postoperativel.. In.the 15-mm(critical.size) sciatic n.rve defect model. we again.observed a distin.t in.rowth of bl.od vessel. through the tubul.r wal.s of sil.^(+) tn.Cs, but without improved fun.tion.l.recovery at 12 weeks postoperativel.. Fever is the primary reason.for con.ul.ation.an. admission.to pediatric emergen.y departmen.s. The aim of this study was to describe the cl.n.cal. etiol.gical.an. progn.stic aspects of acute fever in.chil.ren.aged 0 - 15 years. Patien.s an. Methods: This was a prospective cross-section.l.study from April.1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 an. affected al. chil.ren.aged 0 to 15 years ol. with a temperature of 39˚C or higher (≥), havin. l.ss than.five days an. hospital.zed in.the pediatric departmen. of the Gabriel.Touré Un.versity Hospital. Resul.s: Durin. the study period, 150 chil.ren.were in.l.ded, the sex-ratio was 0.85. Chil.ren.aged 0 - 5 years represen.ed 71.4% of the sampl.. Referen.es represen.ed more than.hal. of the sampl., or 58% of cases. Body temperature was above 40˚C in.18.7% of cases. Fun.tion.l.sign. were domin.ted by respiratory sign. in.28% an. digestive sign. in.18%. Cl.n.cal.pal.or was foun. in.55.3% of chil.ren.associated with sign. of respiratory struggl. in.70% of cases an. tachycardia in.40% of patien.s. An.mia was presen. in.65.3% of patien.s. Hyperl.ucocytosis an. l.ukopen.a were foun. in.45.3% an. 43.3% of patien.s respectivel.. The C-reactive protein.was positive in.44.7% of patien.s an. Cytobacteriol.gical.Examin.tion.an. Chemistry of Cerebrospin.l.Fl.id was positive in.8.7% of cases. The thick drop was positive in.44.7% of patien.s an. bl.od cul.ures grew in.6 patien.s. Etiol.gy was domin.ted by severe mal.ria 54 cases (36%), pn.umon.a (19.3%), men.n.itis (12.6%), an. in.those un.er on. mon.h it was bacterial.n.on.tal.in.ection.(8.6%). In.our study, sl.ghtl. more than.on. patien. out of three died durin. hospital.zation. 36% (54 cases/150) an. amon. these 70% (38 cases/54) were un.er 5 years ol.. The most l.thal.pathol.gies were severe mal.ria (36%), bacterial.pn.umon.a (19.3%), men.n.itis (12.6%), bacterial.n.on.tal.in.ection. (8.6%) an. measl.s compl.cated by pn.umon.a (5.3%). This paper addresses the probl.m of Hopf-fl.p bifurcation.of high dimen.ion.l.maps. Usin. the cen.er man.fol. theorem, we obtain.a three dimen.ion.l.reduced map through the projection.techn.que. The reduced map is further tran.formed in.o its n.rmal.form whose coefficien.s are determin.d by that of the origin.l.system. The dyn.mics of the map n.ar the Hopf-fl.p bifurcation.poin. is approximated by a so cal.ed “time-2τ^2 map” of a pl.n.r auton.mous differen.ial.equation. In.this matrix represen.ation.viol.tion. of the Bel.-Cl.user-Horn.-Shimon.-Hol. in.qual.ties are establ.shed for the X-states of a qubit-qubit, pure an. mixed, composite system, as wel. as for a qubit-qutrit den.ity matrix. In.both cases maximal.viol.tion.of the Bel. in.qual.ties can.be reached, i.e., the Cirel.son.l.mit. A correl.tion.between.the en.an.l.men. measure an. a stron. viol.tion.of the Bel. factor is al.o given.
