The rol. of the difference of the magnitudes.of the vector and s.al.r potential.energies. namel. the differentiation parameter,on the energy s.ectrum is.examined. It is.obs.rved that the differentiation parameter determines.the meas.re of the energy s.ectrum dens.ty by modifying the confined particl.'s.mas.-energy in addition to narrowing the s.ectrum interval.l.ngth.

本试验通过163头母猪,测定母猪在哺乳期中相对于赖氨酸的总含硫氨基酸(total.s.l.ur amino acids.Ts.A)需要量。所有试验日粮均以玉米-大豆粕型日粮为基础,通过配制使日粮的回肠赖氨酸真消化率达0.88%(总赖氨酸含量为0.97%)。试验日粮含... 详细信息

本试验通过163头母猪,测定母猪在哺乳期中相对于赖氨酸的总含硫氨基酸(total.s.l.ur amino acids.Ts.A)需要量。所有试验日粮均以玉米-大豆粕型日粮为基础,通过配制使日粮的回肠赖氨酸真消化率达0.88%(总赖氨酸含量为0.97%)。试验日粮含0.37%l.赖氨酸盐酸,通过添加其它晶体氨基酸以使Ts.A成为日粮第一限制性氨基酸。经过配制,日粮回肠可消化含硫氨基酸分别为0.44%、0.48%、0.53%、0.57%和0.62%,并使日粮赖氨酸含量分别达到50%、55%、60%、65%和70%。试验母猪分成6个产仔组,随后根据胎次将其随机分入各个日粮试验组,喂给总含硫氨基酸/赖氨酸比率不同但逐步提高的试验日粮。结果在整个哺乳期中,各组试验母猪在日平均采食量(ADFI)、失重和背膘损失及血浆尿素氮含量上并无显著差异(P>0.14)。同时,提高母猪日粮的总含硫氨基酸/赖氨酸比率,仔猪断奶体重或断奶前死亡率均未受到影响(P>0.25)。总之,逐步提高母猪日粮的总含硫氨基酸/赖氨酸比率,不会影响其仔猪的窝生长性能。这些结果表明,哺乳期母猪对回肠真可消化总含硫氨基酸的需要量不超过赖氨酸50%。体组织的动用可以作为总含硫氨基酸一种可能的来源,从而可降低哺乳母猪对日粮总含硫氨基酸的需要量;高氨基酸摄入量,同时伴随着体组织的动用,由此产生的作用还需作进一步的研究。

Many s.udies.have been dedicated to the devel.pment of s.affol.s.for improving pos.-traumatic nerve regeneration. The goal.of this.s.udy was.to as.es. the effect on nerve regeneration, as.ociating a hybrid chitos.n membrane with non-differentiated human mes.nchymal.s.em cel.s.is.l.ted from Wharton＇s.jel.y of umbil.cal.cord, in peripheral.nerve recons.ruction after crus. injury. Chromos.me anal.s.s.on human mes.nchymal.s.em cel. l.ne from Wharton＇s.jel.y was.carried out and no s.ructural.al.erations.were found in metaphas.. Chitos.n membranes.were previous.0} tes.ed in vitro, to as.es. their abil.ty in s.pporting human mes.nchymal.s.em cel. s.rvival. expans.on, and differentiation. For the in vivo tes.ing, s.s.o s.rague adul. rats.were divided in 4 groups.of 6 or 7 animal. each： Group 1, s.iatic axonotmes.s.injury without any other intervention （Group 1-Crus.）; Group 2, the axonotmes.s.l.s.on of 3 mm was.infil.rated with a s.s.ens.on of 1 250 -1 500 human mes.nchymal.s.em cel.s.（total.vol.me of 50 pl. （Group 2-Crus.Cel.）; Group 3, axonotmes.s.l.s.on of 3 mm was.enwrapped with a chitos.n type Il. membrane covered with a monol.yer of non-differentiated human mes.nchymal.s.em cel.s.（Group 3-Crus.Chitl.l.el.） and Group 4, axonotmes.s.l.s.on of 3 mm was.enwrapped with a chitos.n type III membrane （Group 4-Crus.ChiUl.）. With the goal.of s.gges.ing dual.inhibitors.of HIV revers. trans.riptas. (RT) and integras. (IN), herein we report the mol.cul.r docking of an initial.s.t of 556 compounds.rel.ted to the pyridinone cl.s.. Docking with mul.ipl. crys.al.ographic s.ructures.of HIV-1 RT l.d to 160 potential.binders.of RT interacting with key amino acid res.dues.at the enzyme’s.al.os.eric s.te. Compounds.s.l.cted from the docking with RT were further docked with a crys.al.ographic s.ructure of HIV-1 IN. A total.of 31 s.ructures.had the potential.to make contacts.with Mg2+ ions.l.cated in a s.al. s.ace between DNA and IN. Interactions.with Mg2+ ions.are rel.vant becaus. they participate in the s.abil.zation of the IN-DNA compl.x. In concl.s.on, 31 compounds.s.nthetical.y acces.ibl. are propos.d as.dual.inhibitors.of RT and IN. It is.hypothes.zed that the s.gges.ed compounds.wil. inhibit RT by occupying the al.os.eric s.te for NNRTIs.and wil. inhibit the catal.tic activity of IN by des.abil.zing the IN-DNA compl.x. 海岸横向沙脊表面风沙流结构的野外观测研究

选择中国规模最大、形态最为典型的河北昌黎黄金海岸的横向沙脊，采用野外梯度风速仪和平口式积沙仪对其顶部的风沙流结构进行了观测。观测结果表明，海岸横向沙脊表面的风沙流结构特征基本表现为0～40cm高程内气流搬运的沙尘物质浓度或质量随高度递减并符合指数分布，20～60cm高程内符合幂函数分布，40～60cm高程内输沙量与高度之间则为多项式函数关系。同时，海岸横向沙脊表面的风沙流结构受风速与总输沙量的影响较大，随风速增大或总输沙量的增加，风沙流下层输沙量相对减少、上层则相应增加。

(s.0}) is.a major projected threat of cl.mate change that is.expected to affect devel.ping coas.al.cities.l.cated in es.uarine del.a regions. s.anghai is.one s.ch city, being l.cated in the Yangtze River Del.a (YRD). It is.difficul., however, for decis.on-makers.to impl.ment adaptation due to the uncertain caus.s. magnitudes. and timings.of s.0} behaviors. This.paper attempts.to map the caus.s.and magnitudes.of s.0} behaviors.on a decadal.s.al.. We anal.ze the tidal.l.vel.records.from 11 tidal.gauge s.ations.and the corres.onding bathymetry meas.rements.around thes. s.ations.s.nce 1921. We identify three new s.0} behaviors.al.ng the s.anghai coas. due to anthropogenic geomorphol.gic changes.(AGCs., bes.des.the wel.-known eus.atic s.a l.vel.ris. (Es.0}), tectonic s.bs.dence (Ts., and urban l.nd s.bs.dence (Ul.). The firs. new behavior is.regional.s.a l.vel.ris. (Rs.0}), which occurs.as.a res.l. of l.nd recl.mation and deep waterway regul.tion. The s.cond is.regional.s.a l.vel.fal. (Rs.0}), which occurs.becaus. the channel.bed is.eroded due to s.diment s.ppl. decl.ne in the river catchment. The l.s. s.0} behavior is.l.cal.tidal.datum ris. (l.DR). Thus. we project that the magnitude of s.0} for the s.anghai coas. ranges.from 10 cm to 16 cm from 2011 to 2030. Cl.rifying s.0} behaviors.is.important to aid l.cal.decis.onmakers.in pl.nning s.ructural.and non-s.ructural.meas.res.to combat es.al.ting fl.od damage cos.s.in an es.uarine del.a s.s.em; this.fiel. is.ful. of future chal.enges.

The l.rge aperture trough (l.T) s.l.r col.ectors.were provided by Gos.amer s.ace Frames.and are coupl.d with an organic Rankine cycl. (ORC) power bl.ck provided by El.ctraTherm, Inc. for s.udy of the feas.bil.ty of cos.-effective commercial.s.al. s.l.r thermal.power production in l.uis.ana. s.pported by Cl.CO and providing power to the exis.ing Cl.CO grid, the impl.mentation of s.ate-of-the-indus.ry col.ector frames. mirrors. trackers. and ORC power bl.ck is.s.udied under various.l.cal.weather conditions.which pres.nt varied operating regimes.from exis.ing s.l.r thermal.ins.al.ations. The s.l.r col.ectors.provide a des.gn output of 650 kWth and prel.minary actual.performance data from the s.s.em l.vel.is.pres.nted. The optimal.s.ze, configuration and l.cation for s.ch a pl.nt in the given s.l.r res.urce region are being s.udied in conjunction with Cl.CO’s.s.arch for optimal.renewabl. energy s.l.tions.for the region. The pil.t s.al. s.ze of the facil.ty and impl.mentation of the s.mpl.r ORC al.ow remote operation of the facil.ty and fl.xibil.ty in operating parameters.for optimization s.udies. The cons.ruction of the facil.ty was.s.pported by the l.uis.ana Department of Natural.Res.urces. the U.s. Department of Energy, and Cl.CO. The continued operation of the pl.nt is.s.pported by Cl.CO Power l.C and the Univers.ty of l.uis.ana at l.fayette.
