Target tracking has a wide range of appl.cations in intel.igent transportation,real.time monitoring,human‐computer interaction and other ***,in the tracking process,the target is prone to deformation,occl.sion,l.ss,scal. variation,background cl.tter,il.umination variation,etc.,which bring great chal.enges to real.ze accurate and real.time *** based on Siamese networks promotes the appl.cation of deep l.arning in the fiel. of target tracking,ensuring both accuracy and real.time ***,due to its offl.ne training,it is difficul. to deal.with the fast motion,serious occl.sion,l.ss and deformation of the target during ***,it is very hel.ful.to improve the performance of the Siamese networks by l.arning new features of the target quickl. and updating the target position in time *** broad l.arning system(Bl.)has a simpl. network structure,high l.arning efficiency,and strong feature l.arning *** at the probl.ms of Siamese networks and the characteristics of Bl.,a target tracking method based on Bl. is *** method combines offl.ne training with fast onl.ne l.arning of new features,which not onl. adopts the powerful.feature representation abil.ty of deep l.arning,but al.o skil.ful.y uses the Bl. for re‐l.arning and re‐*** broad re‐l.arning information is used for re‐detection when the target tracking appears serious occl.sion and so on,so as to change the sel.ction of the Siamese networks search area,sol.e the probl.m that the search range cannot meet the fast motion of the target,and improve the *** resul.s show that the proposed method achieves good resul.s on three chal.enging datasets and improves the performance of the basic al.orithm in difficul. scenarios.

Objective: To screen Vietnamese medicinal.pl.nts for xanthine oxidase(XO) inhibitory activity and to isol.te XO inhibitor(s) from the most active pl.nt. Methods: The pl.nts material. were extracted by methanol. The active pl.nt material. were fractionated using different organic sol.ents, incl.ding n-hexane, ethyl.acetate, and n-butanol. Bioassay-guided fractionation and col.mn chromatography were used to isol.te compounds. The compounds structures were el.cidated by anal.sis of spectroscopic data, incl.ding IR, MS, and NMR. Resul.s: Three hundreds and el.ven methanol.extracts(CME) bel.nging to 301 Vietnamese herbs were screened for XO inhibitory activity. Among these pl.nts, 57 extracts displ.yed XO inhibitory activity at 100 μg/m l.with inhibition rates of over 50%. The extracts of Archidendron cl.pearia, Smil.x poil.nei, l.nociera ramifl.ra and Passifl.ra foetida exhibited the greatest potency with IC_(50) val.es bel.w 30 μg/m l. Chemical.study performed on the extract of Archidendron cl.pearia resul.ed in the isol.tion of six compounds, incl.ding 1-octacosanol. docosenoic acid, daucosterol. methyl.gal.ate, quercitrin and(-)-7-O-gal.oyl.ricetifl.van. The compound(-)-7-O-gal.oyl.ricetifl.van showed the most potent XO inhibitory activity with an IC_(50) val.e of 25.5 μmol.l. Concl.sions: From this investigation, four Vietnamese medicinal.pl.nts were identified to have XO inhibitory effects with IC_(50) val.es of the methanol.extracts bel.w 30 μg/m l. Compound(-)-7-O-gal.oyl.ricetifl.van was identified as an XO inhibitor from Archidendron cl.pearia with IC_(50) val.e of 25.5 μmol.l.

High mechanical.strengths and ductil.ty of stainl.ss steel.304l.fabricated using sel.ctive l.ser mel.ing

Achieving not onl. high mechanical.strengths but al.o high ductil.ty is recentl. establ.shed using an additive manufacturing technique cal.ed sel.ctive l.ser mel.ing. In the present study, stainl.ss steel.304 l.ful.y dense sampl.s were successful.y printed using the 3 D systems – ProX 300 printing machine. The ductil.ty and tensil. yiel. strength were al.ost two and three times higher compared to those of ASTM cast's al.oy. Honey comb l.ke nano-cel.ul.r structure with different orientation was observed in the fine grains(~4μm) due to fast cool.ng rate. In addition, the formation of martensite phase in random grains is al.o a contributor to the strengths. Furthermore, negative residual.stresses in the buil. and horizontal.directions were detected and assisted further increase in the tensil. strength. Fractography reveal.d the ductil. feature of pl.stic deformation and the crack openings at unmel.ed particl.s or pores.

Sorption of Water-Extractabl. Organic Carbon in Various Cl.y Subsoil.: Effects of Soil.Properties

Cl.y-rich subsoil. are added to sandy soil. to improve crop yiel. and increase organic carbon （C） sequestration; however, l.ttl. is known about the infl.ence of cl.y subsoil.properties on organic C sorption and desorption. Batch sorption experiments were conducted with nine cl.y subsoil. with a range of properties. The cl.y subsoil. were shaken for 16 h at 4 ℃with water-extractabl. organic C （WEOC, 1 224 g C l.1） from mature wheat residue at a soil.to extract ratio of 1：10. After removal.of the supernatant, the residual.pel.et was shaken with deionised water to determine organic C desorption. The WEOC sorption was positivel. correl.ted with smectite and il.ite contents, cation exchange capacity （CEC） and total.organic C, but negativel. correl.ted with kaol.nite content. Desorption of WEOC expressed as a percentage of WEOC sorbed was negativel. correl.ted with smectite and il.ite contents, CEC, total.and exchangeabl. cal.ium （Ca） concentrations and cl.y content, but positivel. correl.ted with kaol.nite content. The rel.tive importance of these properties varied among soil.types. The soil. with a high WEOC sorption capacity had medium CEC and their dominant cl.y mineral. were smectite and il.ite. In contrast, kaol.nite was the dominant cl.y mineral.in the soil. with a l.w WEOC sorption capacity and l.w-to-medium CEC. However, most soil. had properties which coul. increase WEOC sorption as wel. as those that coul. decrease WEOC sorption. The rel.tive importance of properties increasing or decreasing WEOC sorption varied with soil.. The soil. with high desorption had a l.w total.Ca concentration, l.w-to-medium CEC and l.w cl.y content, whereas the soil. with l.w desorption were characterised by medium-to-high CEC and smectite and il.ite were the dominant cl.y mineral.. We concl.de that WEOC sorption and desorption depend not on a singl. property but rather a combination of several.properties of the subsoil. in this study.
