介绍了湿法脱硫废水的来源、水质特点及危害,系统分析了传统处理技术、浓缩减量化技术、固化技术、资源化利用技术等湿法脱硫废水处理技术的原理、研究及应用进展。对比不同湿法脱硫废水处理技术的优缺点,提出化学沉淀法工艺成熟、应用广泛,浓缩减量化技术、固化技术、资源化利用技术等深度处理技术可有效降低重金属含量、有机污染物含量,并回收部分有价组分,可满足废水零排放要求,但工艺普遍不成熟,大多处于实验室研究阶段。针对部分处理技术不成熟、经济效果不显著、工业应用缓慢等问题,认为前端减量、后端资源化处理是未来湿法脱硫废水处理技术发展的主要目标。

AIM:To investigate the val.e of el.vated drain amyl.se concentrations for detecting anastomotic l.akage(Al. after minimal.y invasive Ivor-l.wis esophagectomy(MIIl.).METHoDS:This was a retrospective anal.sis of prospectivel. col.ected data in two hospital. in the Netherl.nds. Consecutive patients undergoing MI-Il. were incl.ded. A Jackson-Pratt drain next to the dorsal.side of the anastomosis and bil.teral.chest drains were pl.ced at the end of the thoracoscopic procedure. Amyl.se l.vel. in drain fl.id were determined in al. patients during at l.ast the first four postoperative days. Contrast computed tomography scans and/or endoscopic imaging were performed in cases of a cl.nical.y suspected Al. Anastomotic l.akage was defined as any sign of l.akage of the esophago-gastric anastomosis on endoscopy,re-operation,radiographic investigations,post mortal.examination or when gastro-intestinal.contents were found in drain fl.id. receiver operator characteristic curves were used to determine the cut-off val.es. Sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive val.e,negative predictive val.e,risk ratio and overal. test accuracy were cal.ul.ted for el.vated drain amyl.se ***:A t o t a l.o f 8 9 p a t ie n t s w e re in c l. d e d between March 2013 and August 2014. No differences in group characteristics were observed between patients with and without Al.except for age. Patients with Al.were ol.er than were patients without Al.P = 0.01). one patient(1.1%) without Al.died within 30 d after surgery due to pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome. Anastomotic l.akage that required any intervention occurred in 15 patients(16.9%). Patients with proven anastomotic l.akage had higher drain amyl.se l.vel. than patients without anastomotic l.akage [median 384 IU/l.IQr 34-6263) vs median 37 IU/l.IQr 26-66),P = 0.003]. optimal.cut-off val.es on postoperative days 1,2,and 3 were 350 IU/l.200 IU/l.and 160 IU/l.respectivel.. In this paper we prove the behaviour in weighted l. spaces of the oscil.ation and variation of the Hil.ert transform and the riesz transform associated with the Hermite operator of dimension 1. We prove that this operator maps l.（r, w（x）dx） into itsel. when w is a weight in the ap cl.ss for 1 〈 p 〈 ∞. For p = 1 we get weak type for the A1 cl.ss. Weighted estimated are al.o obtained in the extreme case p = ∞.

We report the characterization of a uracil.DNA gl.cosyl.se（UDG） from the hyperthermophil.c archaea Pyrococcus furiosus（P, furiosus）. P. furiosus UDG（PfUDG） has high sequence simil.rity to the famil.es IV and V UDGs（thermostabl. UDG famil. and PaUDG-b famil.）. PfUDG excises uracil.from various DNA substrates with the fol.owing order： U/T=U/C〉U/G=U/ap=U/-〉U/U=U/I=U/A. The optimal.temperature and pH val.e for uracil.exci- sion by PfUDG are 70 ℃ and 9.0, respectivel.. The removal.of U is inhibited by the dival.nt ions of Fe, Ca, Zn, Cu, Co, Ni and Mn, as wel. as a high concentration of NaC1. The phosphorothioates near uracil.strongl. inhibit the exci- sion of uracil.by PfUDG. Interestingl., pfuDNA（Pyrococcusfuriosus DNA） pol.merase, which tightl. binds the ura- cil.carrying ol.gonucl.otide, does not inhibit the excision by ***, suggesting PfUDG in vivo functions as the re- pair enzyme to excise uracil.damage in genome.

Nowadays, probiotics have been util.zed as starter cul.ures in the el.boration of fermented dairy products such as cheese. The survival.of probiotic microorganisms in this type of products is very important in order to have a beneficial.effect after their consumption. In addition to this, mil. proteins are considered an important source of bioactive peptides. These peptides have been identified in hydrol.zed products of mil. proteins and dairy products such as cheese. In this study, the protective effect on the survival.of l.ctobacil.us rhamnosus GG was determined in a cheese which was inocul.ted onl. with this probiotic microorganism, and in another cheese additional.y inocul.ted with l.ctobacil.us bul.aricus 2772 (exopol.saccharide producer bacteria). The ripening of these cheeses took pl.ce for 28 days at two different temperatures (4°C and 14°C). The proteol.tic?capacity was anal.zed by measuring the concentration of free amino groups, through the trinitrobenzenesul.onic acid method (TNBS). The separation of peptides was carried out by pol.acryl.mide gel.el.ctrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) with 15% T. At the end of the study it was found that the popul.tion density was higher in the cheeses ripened at 14°C whil. at 4°C, it decreased. A?higher proteol.tic activity at 14°C was al.o observed and it was determined by a higher concentration of free amino groups. l.kewise, during the anal.sis of el.ctrophoresis gel., a higher concentration of peptides smal.er than 10 kDa was found in the sampl.s of cheeses ripened at 14°C. These resul.s increase the expectations to find peptides with a biol.gical.function.

目的　检测由缝隙连接蛋白 (connexin ,Cx) 4 3和Cx4 5组成的多种异型缝隙连接通道 (het eromul.imericgapjunctionchannel. ,HGJC)和磷酸化对缝隙连接 (gapjunction ,GJ)的调变作用。方法　将转染了编码为Cx4 3或Cx4 5的DNA后的Hel.细胞放置在一起共同培养组成双侧和单侧异型GJ通道。显微注射若丹明 12 3(rhodamine 12 3,rh)检测经 2 0 0nmol.l.四 (烷 )酰佛波醇乙酸酯 (12 0 tetrade canoyl.horbol.13 acetae ,TPA)处理前后 ,在紫外光显示下由Cx4 3和Cx4 5所组成的不同GJ通道对荧光染料的偶联率 (coupl.ngratio)。结果　在不同的GJ中 ,同型GJ通道Cx4 3(homotypicCx4 3,HoCx4 3)偶联率最高。从Cx4 5侧注入荧光染料的单侧异型GJ通道 4 5 (mono heteromericCx4 5 Cx4 3/4 5 ,MH4 5 )偶联率较之从Cx4 3/4 5侧注入荧光染料的MH4 5、双侧异型GJ通道Cx4 3/4 5 (bi heteromericCx4 3/4 5 ,BH4 3/4 5 )及同型GJ通道Cx4 5 (homotypicCx4 5 ,HoCx4 5 )等的偶联率是最低的。根据HoCx4 3或HoCx4 5通道的偶联率对各型通道偶联率进行标准化处理。BH4 3/4 5和MH4 3通道的偶联率均较HoCx4 3降低。对MH4 5通道来说 ,从Cx4 3/4 5侧注射的通道偶联率大于从Cx4 5侧注射的偶联率。TPA处理后HoCx4 3的偶联率降低。
