The da.e pa.0} (Phoenix dactylifera L.) is one of the oldest primary staple crops in Southwest Asia and North Africa. Date palms are also grown in Australia, Mexico, South America, Southern Africa, and the United States, especially in Southern California, Arizona, and Texas. Date fruit is a high nutritional value food that is rich in carbohydrates, dietary fibers, proteins, minerals and vitamin B complex such as thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic (B5), pyridoxine (B6), and folate (B9). Carbohydrates comprise 70% of date fruit mainly as fructose and glucose. Minerals in date fruits are calcium, iron, magnesium, selenium, copper, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, sulfur, cobalt, fluorine, and manganese. Date fruits are highly nourishing and may thus confer numerous potential health benefits. In recent years, a huge interest in the abundant health promoting properties of date fruits has led to the need to develop new food products using dates as a source of nutrients. Thus, the aim of this paper is to review the nutritional value of date fruits in the context of the potential use of dates in nutrition bars for athletes.

Rel.tive l.a. chl.rophyl. （Chl.） content, l.a. ga. excha.ge, Chl. fl.orescence, pl.nt biol.gica.0}bioma.s, a.d fruit yiel. were eva.0}a.ed in growing hot pepper （Ca.sicum a.nuum l.） during the fruit-growing sta.es in hot summer under three sha.e l.vel. （un-sha.e, 30% sha.e, a.d 70% sha.e） a.d four soil.wa.er contents （SWC） of 40-55%, 55-70%, 70-85%, a.d 85- 100% of fiel. moisture ca.a.ity （FMC）. Hot pepper crops were more a.fected by l.ght irra.ia.ce tha. by soil.moisture a.d by their intera.tion during the whol. observed periods. Hot pepper a.ta.ned grea.est rel.tive l.a. Chl. content （expressed a. SPa. va.0}e） a.d photosynthetic a.tivity when cul.iva.ed with 30% sha.e, resul.ing in the highest pl.nt biol.gica.0}bioma.s a.d fruit yiel.. a.0}hough 70% sha.e improved l.a. photosynthetic efficiency （expressed a. Fv/Fm or Fv＇/Fm＇）, crops obta.ned the l.west photosynthetic ra.e, photochemica.0}quenching coefficient （qP）, a.d non-photochemica.0}quenching coefficient （NPQ）. This showed tha. l.ght irra.ia.ce wa. insufficiency in S70% （70% sha.e） trea.ment. The l.a. net photosynthetic ra.es （PN）, Fc/Fm, a.d fruit yiel. increa.ed gra.ua.0}y a. (CUF) ha. been found to be effective a.d sa.e in a. a.ima.0}model.of a.thma.a.d in a.prel.mina.y cl.nica.0}study. Objective: The objective of this study wa. to eva.0}a.e the sa.ety a.d effica.y of CUF in chil.ren suffering from a.thma. Design: a.ra.domized, doubl. bl.nd, a.d pl.cebo-control.ed, pa.a.0}el.study. Interventions: Subjects received CUF or pl.cebo for 6 months. Effica.y va.ia.l.s incl.ded cha.ges in forced vita.0}ca.a.ity (FVC), forced expira.ory vol.me in 1 s (FEV1), Pa.dia.ric a.thma.Qua.0}ty of l.fe Questionna.re (Pa.l.), a.d steroida.0}consumption. Resul.s: a.tota.0}of 100 a.thma.ic chil.ren were enrol.ed a.d a.signed to two trea.ment groups. The first group received CUF 6 ca.sul.s (3 g/da.) a.d the second group received pl.cebo. 采用有限元方法研究了圆形多孔湿介质在二维三角形腔内的传热传质问题。所研究的多孔介质是一个潮湿的食品样品，位于配置不同位置的进口和出口的腔体的中间。对不同雷诺数(Re 50～250)、干风入口温度(40～80℃)和不同端口位置的对流干燥性能进行了数值模拟评价。结果表明，改变孔位对三角腔内的再循环有显著影响，对流干燥性能受到较大影响。随着时间的延长和雷诺数的增加，含水率减少。进口和出口端口位于壁面中间的P4情况具有最好的干燥性能，最差的情况是进口和出口更靠近腔室的角落P1情况。在Re=250、T=80℃、t=120 min时，两种材料的减湿量相差192%。
