This paper investigates the pinning synchronization of a group of coupled oscillators,where both the dissipative and restorative interactions are taken into *** paired coupling topologies are introduced to capture this feature of the *** realize the synchronization of the coupled oscillators,the pinning control is introduced,and two pinning criteria are proposed to ensure the *** these two proposed criteria provide sufficient and necessary conditions for pinning synchronization of the coupled oscillators with paired *** examples are illustrated to verify the proposed theoretical results.

Dear Editor, This letter aims to investigate the problem of attack detection and state estimation when the system suffers from external malicious attacks. A finite-time reduce-order observer is designed, which can achieve attack detection at the preset time instant. Meanwhile, it is shown that the protection of the key nodes greatly improves the efficiency of secure state estimation. Finally, the proposed theory is applied to a general cyber-physical system to illustrate its effectiveness.

This paper considers the consensus problem of heterogeneous multi-agent systems with switching communication *** introducing adaptive coupling gains for each edge,a novel edge-based adaptive consensus protocol is designed.A significant feature of the proposed protocol is that it contains an integral action to eliminate the steady state error,which play a crucial role in achieving *** protocol designed in this paper depends only on relative states of neighboring agents,and thus can be implemented by each agent in a fully distributed fashion.

According to the electric potential of oblique multi-needle electrodes (OMNE) in biological tissue, the discrete equations based on the indetermination linear current density were established by the boundary element integral equations (BEIE). The non-uniform distribution of the current flowing from multi-needle electrodes to conductive biological tissues was imaged by solving a set of linear equa- tions. Then, the electric field and potential generated by OMNE in biological tissues at any point may be determined through the boundary element method (BEM). The time of program running and stability of computing method are examined by an example. It demonstrates that the algorithm possesses a quick speed and the steady computed results. It means that this method has an important referenced sig- nificance for computing the field and the potential generated by OMNE in bio-tissue, which is a fast, effective and accurate computing method.
