This paper deals with the problem of project scheduling subject to multiple execution modes with non-renewable resources, and a model that handles some of monetary issues in real world *** objective is to schedule the activities to maximize the expected net present value(nPV) of the project, taking into account the activity costs, the activity durations, and the cash flows generated by successfully completing an *** to the combinatorial nature of this problem, the current study develops a hybrid of branch-and-bound procedure and memetic algorithm to enhance both mode assignment and activity *** for the makespan minimization problem have been made through a set of benchmark problem *** performance is rated on the maximization of the project nPV and computational results show that the two-phase hybrid metaheuristic performs competitively for all instances of different problem sizes.

In current research work,Dy3+substituted Mg0.5Cu0.25Co0.25Fe2-xDyxO4(0.0≤x≤0.04 with the step interval of 0.01)soft ferrites were synthesized by the sol-gel auto combustion *** prepared samples were characterized by the techniques using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,curre nt-voltage(Ⅰ-Ⅴ)measurement,lCR meter,vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)and *** data reveal that the average crystallite size is 49.71 nm and the lattice constant is 0.83703 nm for sample x=*** non-uniform grain growth was demonstrated by micrographs and impurity-free elemental composition was observed from EDX *** DC resistivity has an increasing and decreasing trend in ferromagnetic and paramagnetic regions with an increase in ***,the high resistivity is observed with the order of 1010Ω·cm,and the activation energy is 0.944 eV for samples x=*** dielectric parameters including dielectric constant,dielectric losses,and impedance gradually decrease with the increase in frequency from 8 Hz to 8 *** minimum dielectric loss at high frequency is found for sample x=*** coercivity(Hc)and saturation magnetization(Ms)are found in the ranges of 520.82-544.02 Oe and 20.5841-21.1473 emu/g,*** observations confirm that dysprosium(x=0.03)doped MCC-soft ferrites may be applicable in transformer cores,microwave absorbance,and telecommunication devices.

A series of red tides were observed during 2015 in the Izmit Bay（the Marmara Sea） which is located in the most industrialized and populated region of Turkey. Six samplings were carried out in this area following the red ***-n, nitrate-n, ammonia, silica and orthophosphate concentrations were analyzed *** conditions were measured by CTD probe. Plankton quantification was performed using counting chambers under microscopes. Prorocentrum micans was the most abundant species, except on May 14,2015, when noctiluca scintillans was dominant. The abundance of P. micans reached average 18×10~6 ind./l on May 3, 2015 in the Karamürsel station, simultaneously with elevated levels of nH_3 and o-PO_4^（3–）. The sample was also abundant in dead amphipods（（72±12） ind./l） that had been covered by mucilage aggregates produced by ***. The highest biomass（calculated by carbon） was recorded as（268±26.0） mg/l on May 14 in the Hereke station. Beside the anthropogenic wastewater discharges, unknown sources and resuspensions caused increases in nutrient levels. After long term northeaster gusts（35 km/h for 5 d） an upwelling occurred on november 6, 2015 after wind-induced sediment resuspension. Although nutrient discharges remarkably decreased over 30 years through established wastewater treatment plants, harmful phytoplankton blooms still occur. Comparing the present results with other studies in nearby Mediterranean seas reveals that the most intense harmful dinoflagellate bloom in recent years occurred in the Izmit Bay. Therefore, additional protection measures necessary for a cleaner Izmit Bay. These incidents also demonstrate that contaminants, accumulated in sediment,may have long-lasting effects on enclosed marine ecosystems.

Soil samples from a historic copper mine tailing site at the Parys Mountain,north Wales(UK) were amended with green waste compost(GC),GC+30% sewage sludge(GCS),lime and diammonium phosphate(DAP),to determine the effect of amendments on DTPA-and Ca(nO3)2-extractable metals in the mine tailing and on the phytoavailability of heavy metals by a lettuce(lactuca sativa l.).Both compost were added at the rate of 10% by weight,lime was added as calcium carbonate equivalent(pH = 7) and DAP at a 2300 mg kg-1 soil *** experiment was arranged in randomised complete design with three replicates in pots under control *** of lime resulted in the largest reduction in metal extractability with DTPA and Ca(nO3)2 and phytoavailability of Cu,Fe and Zn while DAP was effective in lowering Pb extractability and *** exception of Zn,all other metals extracted decreased with time after amendment *** distribution of heavy metals between and within the four procedures of potentially bioavailable sequential extraction(PBASE) varied significantly(P nger relationships were noted between the metals extracted with PBASE SE1 and Cu,Pb(P nd Fe(P n the *** results indicate that addition of lime is sufficient to restore the vegetative cover to a high metal mine waste while DAP is good for stabilizing Pb,but its detrimental role on plant growth and the risk associated with presence of n in DAP(through n leaching) may restrict its chances for remediation of contaminated sites.

In order to achieve ultra-low emissions of SO_(2)and nO_(x),the oxygen blast furnace with sintering flue gas injection is presented as a promising novel *** CO_(2)emission was examined,and a cost analysis of the process was *** results show that in the cases when the top gas is not circulated(Cases 1–3),and the volume of injected sintering flue gas per ton of hot metal is below about 1250 m^(3),the total CO_(2)emissions decrease first and then increase as the oxygen content of the blast *** the volume of injected sintering flue gas per ton of hot metal exceeds approximately 1250 m^(3),the total CO_(2)emissions gradually *** the recirculating top gas and the vacuum pressure swing adsorption are considered,the benefits of recovered gas can make the ironmaking cost close to or even lower than that of the ordinary blast ***,the implementation of this approach leads to a substantial reduction in total CO_(2)emissions,with reductions of 69.13%(Case 4),70.60%(Case 5),and 71.07%(Case 6),*** integrating previous research and current findings,the reasonable oxygen blast furnace with sintering flue gas injection can not only realize desulfurization and denitrification,but also achieve the goal of reducing CO_(2)emissions and ironmaking cost.

nowadays in the medicalfield,imaging techniques such as Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT)are mainly used to identify retinal *** this paper,the Central Serous Chorio Retinopathy(CSCR)image is analyzed for various stages and then compares the difference between CSCR before as well as after treatment using different application *** approach,which was focused on image quality,improves medical image *** enhancement algorithm was implemented to improve the OCT image contrast and denoise purpose called Boosted Anisotropic Diffusion with an Unsharp Masking Filter(BADWUMF).The classifier used here is tofigure out whether the OCT image is a CSCR case or not.150 images are checked for this research work(75 abnormal from Optical Coherence Tomography Image Retinal Database,in-house clinical database,and 75 normal images).This article explicitly decides that the approaches suggested aid the ophthalmologist with the precise retinal analysis and hence the risk factors to be *** total precision is 90 percent obtained from the Two Class Support Vector Machine(TCSVM)classifier and 93.3 percent is obtained from Shallow neural network with the Powell-Beale(SnnWPB)classifier using the MATlAB 2019a program.

Frontiers of law in China-Selected Publications from Chinese Universities 2015年第1期10卷 136-160页

Employment security is very often examined from a labor law rather than a human rights perspective. This article looks at the employment security in Chinese labor law from a human rights perspective. The right to employment security includes both negative and positive aspects： a negative right to protection against unfair dismissal, including dismissal for cause and economic redundancy, and a positive right to employment stability. Comparing Chinese labor law with international standards, this article focuses on analyzing important changes in the legislative developments in China in the past years, such as severance pay, labor contract with indefinite duration, and labor dispatching. This article also points out the main deficiencies, such as dismissal on the ground of criminal liabilities, weakness of trade unions and law enforcement, and no exemption of small employers. The article concludes with observing a tendency of Chinese law getting closer to international standards and pointing out the approach China should follow： to enhance employability through vocational training and providing better social security when strengthening the legislative protection of employment security.
