Nanomaterials doped with non-metallic c have attracted tremendous attention as potential nano-artificial enzymes due to their ability to change the energy band structure to improve their intrinsic properties.Herein,we report a green,facile,efficient,fast strategy to access high-performance nanozymes via supercritical cO_(2)fluid technology-fabricated polymer nanoreactor of poly-(methyl vinyl ether-co-maleic anhydride)(PVM/MA)coated co(NO_(3))_(2)into c-doped co_(3)O_(4)(c-co_(3)O_(4))nanozyme by a onestep calcination process.converting PVM/MA to c doping into co_(3)O_(4)shortens the entire lattice constant of the crystal structure,and the overall valence band energy level below the Fermi level shifts toward the lower energy direction.The as-prepared cco_(3)O_(4)demonstrated significant peroxidase-like catalytic activity,significantly greater than the undoped co_(3)O_(4)nanoparticle nanozyme.The following density functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed that the doped nano-enzyme catalytic site displayed a unique electronic structure,altering the material surface with more electrons to fill the anti-bond of the two molecular orbitals,significantly improving the peroxidase-like enzyme catalytic and glucose sensor performance.The resultant enzymatic glucose sensing in a linear range of 0.1–0.6 mM with a detection limit of 3.86μM is in line with standard Michaelis–Menten theory.collectively,this work demonstrates that converting polymers into nanozymes of c-doped form by supercritical cO_(2)fluid technology in a step is an effective strategy for constructing high-performance glucose sensor nanozymes.This cost-effective,reliable,precise system offers the potential for rapid analyte detection,facilitating its application in a variety of fields.

Background:Adiponectin is the most abundant adipokines that plays critical roles in the maintenance of energy homeostasis as well as inflammation regulation. The half-life of adiponectin is very short and the small-molecule adiponectin receptor agonist has been synthesized recently. In the present study, the potential roles of AdipoRon, an adiponectin receptor agonist, in a mouse model of lipopolysaccharide (lPS)/D-galactosamine (D-Gal)-induced acute hepatitis was explored.Methods:BAlB/c mice (n = 144, male) were divided into three sets. In set 1, 32 mice were randomized into four groups: the control group, the AdipoRon group, the lPS/D-Gal group, and the AdipoRon + lPS/D-Gal group. The mice in set 1 were sacrificed after lPS/D-Gal treatment, and the plasma samples were collected for detection of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α). In set 2, the 32 mice were also divided into four groups similar to that of set 1. The mice were sacrificed 6 h after lPS/D-Gal injection and plasma samples and liver were collected. In set 3, 80 mice (divided into four groups, n = 20) were used for survival observation. The survival rate, plasma aminotransferases, histopathological damage were measured and compared between these four groups.Results:AdipoRon suppressed the elevation of plasma aminotransferases (from 2106.3 ± 781.9 to 286.8 ± 133.1 U/l for alanine aminotransferase, P l for aspartate aminotransferase, P logical damage and improved the survival rate (from 10% to 60%) in mice with lPS/D-Gal-induced acute hepatitis. Additionally, AdipoRon down-regulated the production of TNF-α (from 328.6 ± 121.2 to 213.4 ± 52.2 pg/ml, P ctivation of caspase-3 (from 2.04-fold to 1.34-fold of the control), caspase-8 (from 2.03-fold to 1.31-fold of the control), and caspase-9 (from 2.14-fold to 1.43-fold of the control), and decreased the level of cleaved caspase-3 (0.28-fold to that of the lPS/D-Gal group). lily(lilium spp.)is an important horticultural crop,but its use is limited due to serious pollen contamination problems.There are many studies on pollen development in model plants,but few on flower crops such as lilies.Gibberellin(GA)is a large class of hormones and plays an important role in plant vegetative growth and reproductive development.GAMYB is a group of the R2R3-MYB family upregulated by gibberellin,and plays an important role in anther development.Here,we isolated a novel GAMYB,named loMYB65,from lily,which was closely related to the AtMYB65 and AtMYB33 in Arabidopsis.Fluorescence quantitative PcR results showed that loMYB65 was mainly expressed in lily anthers.loMYB65 could be activated by 288μmol·l^(-1)GA3treatment and the loMYB65 protein was located in the nucleus and cytoplasm,and had transactivation in yeast and tobacco leaf cells.The conserved motif within 226 amino acids of the c-terminal of loMYB65 contributed to its transactivation.Overexpression of loMYB65 caused dwarf phenotype,unnormal tapetum development,less seeds of siliques in transgenic Arabidopsis plants,the transgenic plants showed partly male sterile.Simultaneously,silencing of loMYB65 with VIGS(Virus Induced Gene Silencing)in lily anthers caused unnormal pollen development and reduced the pollen amount.Overexpression of loMYB65 in Arabidopsis and silencing of loMYB65 in lily resulted in decreased pollen counts,so we speculate that loMYB65 may be dose-dependent.Overall,these findings suggest that loMYB65 may play an important role in anther development and pollen formation in lily.loMYB65 may provide a useful candidate gene for pollenless breeding of lily.

The lack of in situ observations and the uncertainties of the drag coefficient at high wind speeds result in limited understanding of heat flux through the air-sea interface and thus inaccurate estimation of typhoon intensity in numerical models.In this study,buoy observations and numerical simulations from an air-sea coupled model are used to assess the surface heat flux changes and impacts of the drag coefficient parameterization schemes on its simulations during the passage of Typhoon Kalmaegi(2014).Three drag coefficient schemes,which make the drag coefficient increase,level off,and decrease,respectively,are considered.The air-sea coupled model captured both trajectory and intensity changes better than the atmosphere-only model,though with relatively weaker sea surface cooling(SSc)compared to that captured by buoy observations,which led to relatively higher heat flux and thus a stronger typhoon.Different from previous studies,for a moderate typhoon,the coupled simulation with the increasing drag coefficient scheme outputted an intensity most consistent with the observation because of the strongest SSc,reasonable ratio of latent and sensible heat exchange coefficients,and an obvious reduction in the overestimated surface heat flux among all experiments.Results from sensitivity experiments showed that surface heat flux was significantly determined by the drag coefficient-induced SSc rather than the resulting wind speed changes.Only when SSc differs indistinctively(c)between the coupled simulations,heat flux showed a weak positive correlation with the drag coefficient-impacted 10-m wind speed.The drag coefficient also played an important role in decreasing heat flux even a long time after the passage of Kalmaegi because of the continuous upwelling from deeper ocean layers driven by the impacted momentum flux through the air-sea interface.

In this paper, we propose a method to optimize the output power, efficiency, and cost of the dynamic wireless charging(DWc) system of electric vehicles by using the transmitting coil spacing as the decision variable. In a set of transmitting equipment, we adopt a structure with two transmitting networks in parallel and derive loss models. The expressions of the output power and efficiency of the DWc system are obtained by data fitting. In addition, combined with the proposed cost function, we construct a multiobjective optimization problem on output power, efficiency, and cost. Due to the complexity of the objective function, it is difficult to solve the problem by the analytic method, and thus we propose a constrained adaptive particle swarm optimization(cAPSO) algorithm with high accuracy to solve the problem. Finally,the simulation results verify the feasibility of the proposed model. The advantages of the proposed cAPSO algorithm and the optimization results under different weight combinations are presented.

AIM: To observe morphological optic disc characteristics in patients with preclinical diabetic retinopathy(DR) associated with chronic angle-closure glaucoma(cAcG). METHODS: Twenty-two cases(43 eyes) of preclinical DR associated with cAcG were enrolled in group A; 24 preclinical DR cases(46 eyes) were enrolled in group B; 26 cAcG cases(51 eyes) were enrolled in group c; and 49 normal controls(49 eyes) were enrolled in group D. All underwent optical coherence tomography to measure the horizontal c/D ratio(HcDR), c/D area ratio(cDaR), vertical c/D ratio(VcDR), rim area(RA), cup volume(cV), disc area(DA) and average retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFl) thickness. RESUlTS: The ages of groups A, B, c, and D were 67.60±3.36, 66.78±3.33, 65.98±3.83, and 67.54±3.17 y, respectively. The HcDR values in groups A, B, and c were distinct relative to those in group D(Pctively). The HcDR values in group A were higher compared with those in groups B(Ple these values were virtually identical statistically between groups A and c(P>0.05). The cDaR values in group A were higher in comparison to those in groups B and D(Ple these values were virtually identical statistically between groups A and c(P>0.05). The RA values in group A were smaller relative to those in groups B and D(Ple groups A and c were not distinct statistically(P>0.05). The cV values in group A were greater in comparison to those in groups B and D(Ple groups A and c were not distinct statistically(P>0.05). DA was not distinct for comparisons of two groups among the four groups(P>0.05). Tetrasphaera have been recently identified based on the 16S ribosomal RNA(rRNA)gene as among the most abundant polyphosphate-accumulating organisms(PAOs)in global full-scale wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)with enhanced biological phosphorus removal(EBPR).However,it is unclear how Tetrasphaera PAOs are selectively enriched in the context of the EBPR microbiome.In this study,an EBPR microbiome enriched with Tetrasphaera(accounting for 40%of 16S sequences on day 113)was built using a top-down design approach featuring multicarbon sources and a low dosage of allylthiourea.The microbiome showed enhanced nutrient removal(phosphorus removal~85%and nitrogen removal~80%)and increased phosphorus recovery(up to 23.2 times)compared with the seeding activated sludge from a local full-scale WWTP.The supply of 1 mg·l^(-1)allylthiourea promoted the coselection of Tetrasphaera PAOs and Microlunatus PAOs and sharply reduced the relative abundance of both ammonia oxidizer Nitrosomonas and putative competitors Brevundimonas and Paracoccus,facilitating the establishment of the EBPR microbiome.Based on 16S rRNA gene analysis,a putative novel PAO species,EBPR-ASV0001,was identified with Tetrasphaera japonica as its closest relative.This study provides new knowledge on the establishment of a Tetrasphaera-enriched microbiome facilitated by allylthiourea,which can be further exploited to guide future process upgrading and optimization to achieve and/or enhance simultaneous biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal from high-strength wastewater.
