Abstract This study aims to de.e.mine.the.optimal N, P, K, Mg and Zn rate. for groundnut production on Fe.ric and Plintic luvisol in the.Sudano-Guine.n and Sudanian zone. of Be.in Re.ublic. Two ye.rs (2018 and 2019) e.pe.ime.t was carrie. out in the.municipality of Oue.sè in the.Sudano-Guine.n zone.and Be.bèrèkè in the.Sudanian zone. The.te.te. nutrie.t dose. we.e.N (0, 20 and 40 kg⋅ha−1), P (0, 25 and 50 kg⋅ha−1), K (0, 20 and 40 kg⋅ha−1), Mg (0, 15 and 30 kg⋅ha−1) and Zn (0, 4 and 8 kg⋅ha−1). The.Box and Be.nke. rotating de.ign is use. to de.ine.the.N, P, K, Mg and Zn rate.combinations le.ding to 46 combinations. A comple.e.y randomize. bloc de.ign was se.ting up conside.ing farme.s as re.lication. In total, four farme.s’ fie.ds we.e.se.e.te.. A one.way analysis of variance.is carrie. out on yie.d data, using the.line.r mixe.-e.fe.t mode.. Re.ponse.surface.analyse. we.e.use. to de.e.mine.the.optimal dose. for e.ch N, P, K, Mg and Zn. Nodule.production (6.5 time. highe. than the.control), numbe. of gynophore. (2.8 time. highe. than the.control) and root le.gth (19.2 ± 0.2 cm) of groundnut plants we.e.significantly (p = 0.0001) improve. with nutrie.t application. The.re.ponse.surface.analysis shows that tre.tme.ts N-P-K-Mg-Zn of 16.01-20.18-6.70-5.65-2.47 (in the.Sudano-Guine.n zone. and 13.1-25.07-11.47-0-1.82 (in the.Sudanian zone. are.the.optimal rate. that have.induce. optimal yie.d of 2.1 t⋅ha

Climatic variability is one.of the.main constraints of agriculture.in Mali, which will ce.tainly affe.t long-te.m sorghum yie.ds. The.obje.tive.of the.pre.e.t study was to asse.s the.e.fe.t of climate.variability on sorghum production are.s by 2050 in the.Sudanian and Sahe.ian zone. of Mali conside.ing thre. climate.sce.arios: curre.t sce.arios (RCP 2.5), optimistic sce.arios (RCP 4.5) and pe.simistic sce.arios (RCP 8.5). The.e.ore. 11,010 occurre.ce.points of sorghum (e.>Sorghum bicolore.>) we.e.colle.te. and associate. with the.e.vironme.tal variable. of the.thre. climatic sce.arios according to the.maximum e.tropy approach (Maxe.t). Sorghum e.vironme.tal data and points of occurre.ce.we.e.obtaine. from AfriClim and GBIF database., re.pe.tive.y. The.corre.ations carrie. out and the.Jackknife.te.t allowe. us to ide.tify variable. that contribute. more.to the.pe.formance.of the.mode.. Ove.all, in the.Sudanian zone. the.suitable.are. for sorghum production which curre.tly re.re.e.ts 37% of the.are. of the.district of Koulikoro will incre.se.up to 51% by 2050 conside.ing the.optimistic sce.ario (RCP 4.5). Furthe.more. conside.ing the.pe.simistic sce.ario (RCP 8.5), the.suitable.zone. for sorghum production will e.pe.ie.ce.a de.re.se.of 10%. In the.Sahe.ian zone. the.suitable.zone. for sorghum production that re.re.e.t 55% of San district are. conside.ing the.RCP 2.5 sce.ario will e.pe.ie.ce.a de.line.of 24% by 2050 conside.ing both the.optimistic (RCP 4.5) and pe.simistic (RCP 8.5) sce.arios. It is sugge.te. to carry out inve.tigations on pote.tial sorghum yie.d pre.iction in both study are.s in orde. to ide.tify suitable.production are.s of the.crop in the.ne.r future.(2050) and long te.m (2100) as adaptation strate.ie. and re.ilie.ce.of farme.s to climate.ce.>e.>hange.
