五加苷对大鼠脑梗死的保护作用

目的:研究五加苷对大鼠局灶性脑梗死的防治及对脑缺血模型大鼠脑梗死灶体积的影响。方法:对局灶性脑梗死的防治,采用栓线法造模,检测各组大鼠脑组织含水量,并观察脑组织形态学变化;对脑缺血模型大鼠脑梗死灶体积影响的研究,依据Zea-Longa栓线法造模,治疗组以五加苷ig,对照组用生理盐水代替五加苷,Swanson法测定脑梗死灶体积,并观察脑组织形态学变化。结果:经五加苷治疗的局灶性脑梗死大鼠的脑含水量降低,光学显微镜下观察脑组织形态学有明显改善;经五加苷治疗的脑缺血模型大鼠脑梗死灶体积显著降低。结论:五加苷对脑梗死大鼠有明显脑保护作用。

Objective:To study the characteristics of the clinical application of traditional herbal medicine in five countries and regions where traditional medicine(TM)is widely used:Japan;South Korea;China's Mainland;Hong Kong,China;Taiwan,*** to analyze,from multiple angles,the variations in the methods of TM used in each countries and ***:Fifty commonly used traditional herbs(TOP50)from classical formulae were selected,and descriptive statistics,correlation analyses,and Friedman test were used to compare methods of clinical application and dosages in the countries and regions of interest based on a retrospective review of randomly-selected medical ***:There were significant differences in sequencing TOP50 among the five countries and regions(P<.01).The adherence to the classical formulae,from strong to weak was Japan;China's Mainland;Taiwan,China;Hong Kong,China;South *** were also significant differences in TOP50 dosing regimens(P<.01).Overall dosages of TOP50 from high to low were:China's Mainland;Hong Kong,China;Taiwan,China;South Korea;***,there were significant differences in the dosage intervals(P<.01),with dosage intervals from maximum to minimum as follows:China's Mainland;Taiwan,China;Hong Kong,China;South Korea;***:The clinical dosages of traditional herbal medicine used in the China's Mainland are relatively large compared with those prescribed in the other four countries and regions,and the range of dosages in China's Mainland is more *** the other hand,clinical dosages of TOP50 are the lowest in Japan,where the dosage range is also the narrowest,supporting the idea that Doctors of Kampo medicine are highly cautious and are likely to adhere strictly to classical formulae,while Hong Kong,China and Taiwan,China are in the *** dosage of TOP50 in South Korea is significantly lower than that used in the China's Mainland;Hong Kong,China and Taiwan,China where the adherence to the classical f

近年来,经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)治疗结直肠癌已引起了广泛关注。NOSES应用于结直肠手术的潜在优势包括减轻术后疼痛,减少伤口并发症,减少对术后镇痛的需求,加快肠道功能的恢复,缩短住院时间,更好的美容效果,以及给患者带来了更佳的心理状态。尽管NOSES的手术创伤显著减轻,然而该技术也存在一些潜在问题。尤其随着这项新技术的兴起,人们对其无菌的把控、肿瘤学结果和病例选择等问题表示出关切。因此,迫切需要一部操作指南来规范NOSES手术在结直肠癌中的开展。经过国际NOSES联盟全体成员的三轮讨论,最终形成了该部共识。这一共识有助于NOSES在全球范围内的长远发展。

At present,natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)has attracted more and more attention worldwide,because of its great advantages including minimal cutaneous trauma and post-operative pain,fast post-operative recovery,short hospital stay,and positive psychological ***,NOSES for the treatment of gastric cancer(GC)is still in its infancy,and there is great potential to improve its theoretical system and clinical ***,several key points including oncological outcomes,bacteriological concerns,indication selection,and standardized surgical procedures are raised with this innovative ***,it is necessary to achieve an international consensus to regulate the implementation of GC-NOSES,which is of great significance for healthy and orderly development of NOSES worldwide.
