In this work, we analyzed only the patients of the NSTEMI (non ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction) who arrived at the hospital within 12 h after symptoms started. Using NSTEMI follow-up data within, the characteristics of the clinical data, the risk factor, and the blood tested in the hospital visit were analyzed for MACE (major adverse cardiac events) patients. MACE includes cardiac death, MI (myocardial infarction), Re-PCI, and CABG (coronary artery bypass graft). As a result, from the NSTEMI patients which can be followed up for over 12 m, NT-ProBNP (p=0.014) and age (p=0.045) are found to be the independent risk factors related to MACE. Accordingly, they can be useful for the diagnosis and prognosis for NSTEMI patients as a biomarker.

Several chromatography systems with ionic liquids and a mixture of water with the modifier as mobile phase were characterized via the linear solvation energy relationships（LSER） model. The effects of the ionic liquids and modifier（methanol） concentrations on the retention of 10 solutes（caffeine, pyridine, aniline, phenol, methylparaben, acetopenone, m-cresol, p-cresol, o-cresol, and benzene） were discussed. The LSER model demonstrated high potential to predict retention factors with high squared correlation coefficients（r^2〉 0.97）. A comparison of predictable and experimental retention factors revealed that LSER can adequately reproduce the experimental retention factors of the solutes under different investigated experimental conditions. This model is a helpful tool to evaluate the retention characteristics of ionic liquid systems and to understand the interactions of solutes and ionic liquids.

A molecular imprinted polymer（MIP） was prepared with quereetin as the template and methaerylie acid（MAA） as the functional monomer. Aeetonitrile and methanol were used as the porogen with ethylene glycol dimethaerylate （EGDMA） as the erosslinker and 2,2＇-azobis （ isobutyronitrile ）（ AIBN ） as the initiator. The experimental parameters of the equilibrium isotherms were estimated via linear and nonlinear regression analyses. The linear equadon as the functions of the adsorption concentration of the single compound in its solution and the competitive adsorption of the single compound in its mixed compounds solution was then expressed, and the adsorption equilibrium data were correlated to Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models. The mixture compounds show competitive adsorption on the specific binding sites of quereetin-MIP. Furthermore, the competitive Langmnir isotherms were applied to the mixture compounds. The adsorption concentrations of quercetin, （＋）eatechin（＋C）, and （-）epieateehin（EC） on the quercetin molecular imprinted polymer were compared. The quercetin-imprinted polymer shows extraordinarily higher adsorption ability for quercetin than for the two eateehin compounds that were also assessed.

A linear solvation energy relationships（LSERs） model was used to examine the fundamental chemical interactions governing the retention of 9 organic compounds on a C18 column by means of reversed-phase high performance liquid cbromatography（RP-HPLC）. Three ionic liquids, 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate （[Hmin][BF4]）, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate（[Bmin][BF4]） and 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate（[OMIm][BF4]） as additives, were added to a methanol-water mobile phase. The effects of these three ionic liquids additives on the retention of nine organic compounds were investigated, and a comparison between the predicted and experimental retention factors was made via the LSERs model, which indicated that the LSERs model could be used to reproduce the experimental retention factors of the solutes under different mobile phase conditions. It is also a useful tool for modeling the interactions of the solutes between the stationary and mobile phases and evaluating the retention characteristics of HPLC.

Objective： To investigate whether the methanol extract of Berberis amurensis Rupr. （BAR） augments penile erection using in vitro and in vivo experiments. Methods： The ex vivo study used corpus cavemosum strips prepared from adult male New Zealand White rabbits. In in vivo studies for intracavernous pressure （ICP）, blood pressure, mean arterial pressure （MAP）, and increase of peak ICP were continuously monitored during electrical stimulation of Sprague-Dawley rats. Results： Preconstricted with phenylephrine （PE） in isolated endothelium- intact rabbit corus cavernosum, BAR relaxed penile smooth muscle in a dose-dependent manner, which was inhibited by pretreatment with NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester （L-NAME）, a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor, and 1H-[1,2,4]-oxadiazole-[4,3-α]-quinoxalin-l-one, a soluble guanylyl cclase inhibitor. BAR significantly relaxed penile smooth muscles dose-dependently in ex vivo, and this was inhibited by pretreatment with L-NAME 1H-[1,2,4]- oxadiazole-[4,3-α ]-quinoxalin-l-one. BAR-induced relaxation was significantly attenuated by pretreatment with tetraethylammonium （TEA, P〈0.01）, a nonselective K＋ channel blocker, 4-aminopyridine （4-AP, P〈0.01）, a voltage-dependent K＋ channel blocker, and charybdotoxin （P〈0.01）, a large and intermediate conductance Ca2. sensitive-K＋ channel blocker, respectively. BAR induced an increase in peak ICP, ICP/MAP ratio and area under the curve dose dependently. Conclusion： BAR augments penile erection via the nitric oxide/cyclic guanosine monophosphate system and Ca2. sensitive-K＋（BK＋ and IK＋） channels in the corpus cavemosum.

The effect of grain size on the flow stress in an ECAPed Ti with a constant texture was investigated,assuming that 2,4,5 and 6 passes microstructures have a similar *** average size of recrystallized grains decreased to 0.5 μm,0.4 μm,and 0.3 μm with respect to the ECAP pass number of 2,4,and 6,*** ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and yield strength (YS) increase with an increase in the number of *** UTS and YS of the 6 passes ECAPed sample were found to be 740.2 MPa and 580.3 MPa,*** equation for the flow stress of an ECAPed Ti with a constant texture as a function of the strain and grain size was derived for the ECAPed *** following equation was finally obtained:σ(ε)=103.9+1825ε-9.6ε1/2·d-1/2+8.3d-1/2.

A new molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction（MISPE） monolithic cartridge was synthesized, and MISPE-DLLME（DLLME=dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction） was developed for purification of astaxanthin in shrimp waste. The eluent（methanol） from MISPE was used as the dispersive solvent in subsequent DLLME for further purifying and enriching the analyte prior to high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） analysis. The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-water-dichloromethane（85：5：5：5, volume ratio）, flow rate was 0.7 mL/min and UV wavelength was 476 nm. Under optimal conditions, good linearity was obtained in a range of 0.2--200.0 lug/mL（r2=0.9998） with a limit of detection（LOD） of 0.08 Hg/mL, and the extraction recoveries at three spiked levels ranged from 88.3%--92.5% with a relative standard deviation（RSD） less than 4.3%. Moreover, the mean contents of astaxanthin in the three batches of shrimp waste were 95.9, 85.4 and 77.2 μg/g, respectively. This method combining the advantages of MISPE and DLLME results in high selectivity and low cost, which was applied to determining the astaxanthin level in shrimp waste samples.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the validity of the Reynolds equation in spool valve analysis under cavitation. This study is carried out for a laminar and isothermal flow between a sleeve and spool with grooves. The pressure and lateral force obtained from the Reynolds equation and the Navier-Stokes equation are compared with variations of aspect ratio, cross sectional area, and number of grooves. The cavitation phenomenon is considered by using a cavitation model in the Navier-Stokes equation and the Reynolds cavitation boundary condition in the Reynolds equation. A large difference of more than 20% is found between the equations for a lateral force of spool valve with many grooves. It was found that the Reynolds equation is not suitable for calculation of a lateral force of the spool valve with multiple-grooves of which the width and depth are even larger than the clearance under cavitation.

An effective and accurate method was developed for the extraction of astaxanthin from Laminariajapo- nica with subsequent separation by ionic liquid-based monolithic cartridge. The optimized extraction conditions in- cluding extraction solvent（ethanol）, extraction time（90 min） and ultrasonic power（75 W） were obtained by systema- tical investigation. Chromatographic analysis was performed on a C18 column with ultraviolet（UV） detection at 476 nm, and a solution consisting of methanol/acetonitrile/H2O/dichloromethane（83：6：6：5, volume ratio） was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.7 mL/min. After ionic liquid-based monolithic solid phase extraction, 17.82 μg/g as- taxanthin was obtained from Laminaria japonica. This ionic liquid-based monolithic cartridge exhibits high affinity and selectivity for astaxanthin, and it can be potentially used as the stationary phase of high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.

Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Undaria *** effects of three independent variables,extraction time,extraction temperature and ratio of water to raw material were investigated by a central composite *** experimental data were fitted to a second-order polynomial equation via multiple regression analysis and also examined with the appropriate statistical *** adjusted coefficient of determination（R^2Adj） for the model was *** optimum extraction yield of 30.78% was obtained when the extraction temperature was 95 °C,extraction time was 4.5 h,and the ratio of water to raw material was 35（mL/g）.Under these conditions,validation experiments were done and the mean extraction yield of polysaccharides was 30.79%,which was in good agreement with the predicted model value.
