Organic electrolyte-gated transistors(OEGTs) have the benefits of low power consumption and large current ***,the electrical performance of n-type OEGTs lags far behind that of p-type *** this study,we design a series of polymers,P(nDITEG-T) and P(nDIMTEG-T),comprising a naphthalene diimide backbone for n-type charge transport and oligo(ethylene glycol)(OEG) side chains for high ionic conductivity and eco-friendly solution *** incorporation of the OEG chain facilitates the electrochemical doping of the semiconductor by ions to realize high-performance,n-type ***,in OEGTs,P(nDITEG-T) achieves a high electron mobility of 1.0 × 10^(-1) cm^(2) V^(-1) s^(-1),which represents the highest value reported for solution-processed,n-type *** is noted that the fabrication of the OEGTs is achieved by solution processing with eco-friendly ethanol/water mixtures in virtue of the hydrophilic OEG *** work demonstrates the molecular design of the P(nDITEG-T) polymer and its significant ability to produce aqueous-processable,high-performance,and n-type OEGTs.

A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method has been developed and validated for the determination of dexamethasone palmitate (DXP) in bronchoalveolar fluid lavage samples (BALF). DXP in rat BALFs containing the internal standard (IS), testosterone decanoate (TD), was extracted using a mixture of chloroform and methanol (9:1, v/v). Extracts were then centrifuged, dried and dissolved in acetonitrile. A chromatographic separation based on an isocratic elution was done using acetonitrile and water (85:15, v/v) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.2 mL/min. The graph of the developed method was linear within the tested calibration range of 0.5 - 40 μg/mL. The overall extraction recovery of DXP from BALF samples was 84.3% ± 1.6%. The accuracy (relative error) and precision (coefficient of variation) values were within the pre-defined limits of ≤15% at all concentrations. This methodology has been applied to determine levels of DXP in BALF samples collected from rats treated with DXP large porous particles. The measured concentrations were successfully evaluated using a non-compartment pharmacokinetic model. Since the developed method requires only a microvolume (100 μL) of BALF sample for analysis, it is therefore particularly suitable for the evaluation of drug biodistribution in lung.

This work presents multi-fidelity multi-objective infill-sampling surrogate-assisted optimization for airfoil shape *** optimization problem is posed to maximize the lift and drag coefficient ratio subject to airfoil geometry *** Fluid Dynamic(CFD)and XFoil tools are used for high and low-fidelity simulations of the airfoil to find the real objective function value.A special multi-objective sub-optimization problem is proposed for multiple points infill sampling exploration to improve the surrogate model *** validate and further assess the proposed methods,a conventional surrogate-assisted optimization method and an infill sampling surrogate-assisted optimization criterion are applied with multi-fidelity simulation,while their numerical performance is *** results obtained show that the proposed technique is the best performer for the demonstrated airfoil shape *** to this study,applying multi-fidelity with multi-objective infill sampling criteria for surrogate-assisted optimization is a powerful design tool.

Six new aliphatic alcohol and ester compounds of n-octacos-9-enyl propionate （1）, 4-（3-formylheptyl）cyclohexyl 4-（cyclohexylcarbonyloxymethyl）cyclohexyl-carboxylate （2）, n-hentriacont-25-en-5α-ol （3）, n-hexetriacont-9,26-dien-8α,11β,23α-triol （4）, n-tetracontan-15α-ol （5） and n-tritetracontan-5α-ol （6） were isolated from the hulls of Oryza sativa. The structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.

Electrochemical n_(2) reduction reaction(enRR) over Cu-based catalysts suffers from an intrinsically low activity of Cu for activation of stable n_(2) molecules and the limited supply of n_(2) to the catalyst due to its low solubility in aqueous ***,we propose phosphorus-activated Cu electrocatalysts to generate electron-deficient Cu sites on the catalyst surface to promote the adsorption of n_(2) *** enRR system is further modified using a gas diffusion electrode(GDE) coated with polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) to form an effective three-phase boundary of liquid water-gas n_(2)-solid catalyst to facilitate easy access of n_(2) to the catalytic *** a result,the new catalyst in the flow-type cell records a Faradaic efficiency of 13.15% and an nH_(3) production rate of 7.69 μg h^(-1) cm^(-2) at-0.2 V_(RHE),which represent 3.56 and 59.2 times increases from those obtained with a pristine Cu electrode in a typical electrolytic *** work represents a successful demonstration of dual modification strategies;catalyst modification and n_(2) supplying system engineering,and the results would provide a useful platform for further developments of electrocatalysts and reaction systems.

An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to determine the optimal dietary protein level for juvenile marbled *** semi-purified test diets were formulated to contain different protein levels(CP)including 42.7%,47.4%,53.3%,58.8%,and 64.5%(dry matter),named as CP42.7,CP47.4,CP53.3,CP58.8,and CP64.5,*** hundred and twenty-five juveniles(6.0±0.1 g)were randomly distributed into 15 tanks(300 L tanks),resulting in 35 fish per tank(n-3 tanks).Fish were fed the test diets 5 times per day until *** CP58.8 resulted in the highest gain in weight and the best efficiency in feed utilization among the tested protein levels(Pnificantly higher whole-body protein and lipid contents than the fish that were fed the other diets(Pnd CP64.5 diets showed a significantly higher dorsal-muscle lipid content than the fish that were fed the CP42.7 and CP47.4 diets(Pne-slope straight broken-line regression analysis on the results of the thermal growth coefficient and feed conversion ratio indicated that the estimated optimum dietary protein level was 58.8%.Taken together,it is suggested that the dietary protein level of 58.8%is optimal for better growth and high efficiency in feed utilization for the juvenile marbled flounder.

人通常需要在动态的环境中保持追踪多个客体。视觉系统如何实现这种追踪,其底层机制如何,一直是近年来研究关注的重点问题。经典理论认为多目标追踪完全由底层视觉系统完成,借助前注意的视觉索引实现对多个运动客体的追踪,而后期的认知加工不能渗透和影响到这种底层的追踪过程。本研究考查人脸表情这种带有丰富社会信息需要经过认知加工的属性是否影响视觉追踪,以及不同类型的表情的是否对视觉追踪产生不同的影响。研究采用多身份追踪(Multiple-Identity Tracking)范式,呈现多张不断运动的人脸,要求被试追踪其中的几张目标人脸并忽略另外一些干扰子人脸;人脸运动一段时间后停止并被掩蔽,要求被试点出每张目标人脸最终停止的位置。实验分别独立操纵了目标人脸和干扰子人脸的表情。实验1中,目标人脸和干扰人脸可能是高兴表情或中性表情;实验2中,目标人脸和干扰子人脸可能是愤怒表情或中性表情。实验结果显示,当干扰子为高兴表情时,视觉追踪的绩效低于干扰子为中性表情时;当目标人脸为愤怒表情时,追踪绩效高于目标人脸为中性表情时。此结果说明视觉追踪并非是完全由底层视觉系统完成的、认知不可渗透的过程,人脸表情这类社会信息也可影响视觉追踪,而且不同类型的表情对追踪产生不同的影响。人的视觉系统可能对高兴表情较为敏感,不需中央凹注视,边缘视野中的高兴表情即可被加工和觉察,觉察到的高兴表情即使与当前任务完全无关,仍可自动捕获注意,干扰当前任务的执行。愤怒表情则更容易锁定人的注意,当愤怒表情与观察者主体有关时,人能更有效地保持对其的动态追踪。

面孔吸引力在人类的求偶行为中具有重要影响。日常经验以及实验结果都表明人们通常会更加注意漂亮的脸,并更长时间地注视漂亮的脸。本研究进一步考查当漂亮的人脸与当前任务无关,且当前任务要求人的注意高度投入的时候,人的注意是否会被漂亮人脸所干扰。本研究采用了多身份追踪(Multiple-Identity Tracking)范式。多张人脸不断运动,被试被要求追踪一些目标人脸并忽略另外一些干扰人脸,然后在人脸停止运动并被掩蔽后,指出每张目标人脸最终停止的位置。目标人脸可能是漂亮人脸或不漂亮人脸,干扰子人脸也可能是漂亮人脸或不漂亮人脸。结果显示当干扰子是漂亮的女性人脸时,相比于干扰子是不漂亮的女性人脸条件,男性被试的任务绩效显著降低。而女性被试的任务绩效并不受到干扰子人脸漂亮程度的影响。另外,女性对于男性目标人脸的追踪绩效高于女性目标人脸;而男性被试追踪男性与女性目标人脸的追踪绩效无显著差异。从进化心理学角度分析,这一实验结果体现了男性与女性在进化历史中的不同求偶策略。为了成功的繁殖,男性的策略是接触更多的女性,尤其是外表漂亮的女性,因为这表明她们可能具有更佳的繁殖能力。因此男性的认知系统可能也进化成为适宜追踪更多漂亮女性的状态。而在进化历史中,女性的繁殖成功率主要不受接触的男性个数的影响,而是受拥有的养育后代的资源量的影响,所以其认知系统可能更适宜保持当前可获得的男性。

AIM： To explore if ischemic preconditioning （IPC） can enhance the survival of retinal ganglion cells （RGCs） after optic nerve axotomy. METHODS： Twenty-four hours prior to retinal ischemia 60min or axotomy, IPC was applied for ten minutes in groups of （n=72） animals. The survival of RGCs, the cellular expression of heat shock protein 27 （HSP27） and heat shock protein 70 （HSP70） and the numbers of retinal microglia in the different groups were quantified at 7 and 14d post-injury. The cellular expression of HSP27 and HSP70 and changes in the numbers of retinal microglia were quantified to detect the possible mechanism of the protection of the IPC. RESULTS： Ten minutes of IPC promoted RGC survival in both the optic nerve injury （IPC-OnT） and the retinal ischemia 60min （IPC-IR60） groups, examined at 7d and 14d post-injury. Microglial proliferation showed little correlation with the extent of benefit effects of IPC on the rescue of RGCs. The number of HSP27-positive RGCs was significantly higher in the IPC-OnT group than in the sham IPC-OnT group, although the percentage of HSP27-positive RGCs did not significantly differ between groups. For the IPC-IR60 group, neither the number nor the percentage ofthe HSP27-positive RGCs differed significantly between the IPC and the sham-operated groups. The number of HSP70-positive RGCs was significantly higher for both the IPC-OnT and the IPC-IR60 experimental groups, but the percentages did not differ. COnCLUSIOn： The induction of IPC enhances the survival of RGCs against both axotomy and retinal ischemia.
