Study of neural network disturbance learning and application in RoboCup

To solve the problem of convergence to a local optimum in the multi-layer feedforward neural net-work, a new disturbance gradient algorithm is proposed. Through introducing random disturbance into the training process, the algorithm can avoid being trapped into the local optimum. The random disturbance obeys the Boltzmann distribution. The convergence of the algorithm to the global optimum is statistically guaranteed. The application of the algorithm in RoboCup, which is a complex multi-agent system, is dis-cussed. Experiment results illustrate the learning efficiency and generalization ability of the proposed al-gorithm.

Mission planning was thoroughly studied in the areas of multiple intelligent agent systems,such as multiple unmanned air vehicles,and multiple processor ***,it still faces challenges due to the system complexity,the execution order constraints,and the dynamic environment *** address it,a coordinated dynamic mission planning scheme is proposed utilizing the method of the weighted AND/OR tree and the *** the scheme,the mission is decomposed into a time-constraint weighted AND/OR tree,which is converted into an AOE-Network for mission ***,a dynamic planning algorithm is designed which uses task subcontracting and dynamic re-decomposition to coordinate *** scheme can reduce the task complexity and its execution time by implementing real-time dynamic *** simulation proves the effectiveness of this approach.

Object tracking is a fundamental skill of mobile *** a multi-robot system the object tracking accuracy of each robot is usually different because of the dynamic environment and the different sensing *** focus of cooperative object tracking is how to fuse different robots’ observation to obtain more robust and accurate estimation of the *** paper investigates this problem using an adaptive consensus based distributed particle filter *** this algorithm,each robot runs a particle filter to achieve local object *** a consensus algorithm which can establish an agreement between all robots is utilized to generalize a global posterior about the object *** fully consider the difference between each robot’s object tracking accuracy,Renyi entropy is used to adaptively adjust the weight of the consensus *** concept of Renyi entropy is utilized to measure the distance between a robot’s local posterior and the global posterior and then a weight will be assigned to the robot according to the Renyi *** weight will be used continuously in the next consensus *** the proposed algorithm in this paper the accuracy and the robust of the cooperative can be *** the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation results.

The current-sharing is a critical issue for parallel charging system with supercapacitors,which is a high-order nonlinear system with control inputs *** the paper,a uniform pseudospectral real-time closed-loop optimal control framework is proposed for constrained current-sharing control to minimize the charging time based on Radau Pseudospectral Method（RPM）.In the framework,the current-sharing requirements are formulated as trajectory constraints utilizing the leader-follower structure with bounded *** receding horizon control principle and pseudospetral observer are developed to construct a constrained closed-loop optimal control,in which RPM is leveraged to obtain real-time optimal *** results verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

In this paper, a novel nonlinear observer is proposed to accurately identify supercapacitor（SC） energy. With the consideration of dynamic modeling uncertainty, a nonlinear state space model is established based on the SC three branch equivalent circuit model. A piecewise nonlinear feedback function is designed by employing sign function, whose gain is adaptively adjusted. By using the nonlinear function apply for correcting SC model uncertainty, the discrete nonlinear observer is designed. With the observer, the corrected internal capacitor voltages is derived and thus the SC energy is identified. With an elaborately designed experimental scheme, a test platform is built. The derived experimental results show that the energy observation error is 0.4% in charging stage and 1% in discharging stage, which verified the practicability and high accuracy of the proposed energy identification method.

During the boreal summer,intraseasonal oscillations exhibit significant interannual variations in intensity over two key regions:the central-western equatorial Pacific(5°S-5°N,150°E-150°W)and the subtropical Northwestern Pacific(10°-20°N,130°E-175°W).The former is well-documented and considered to be influenced by the ENSO,while the latter has received comparatively less attention and is likely influenced by the Pacific Meridional Mode(PMM),as suggested by partial correlation analysis *** elucidate the physical processes responsible for the enhanced(weakened)intraseasonal convection over the subtropical northwestern Pacific during warm(cold)PMM years,the authors employed a moisture budget *** findings reveal that during warm PMM years,there is an increase in summer-mean moisture over the subtropical northwestern *** increase interacts with intensified vertical motion perturbations in the region,leading to greater vertical moisture advection in the lower troposphere and consequently resulting in convective *** a process is pivotal in amplifying intraseasonal convection *** observational findings were further verified by model experiments forced by PMM-like sea surface temperature patterns.

In this paper, according to the dynamic features of strong coupling, non-linearity and uncertainty for the DK-2 brake,a fault diagnosis strategy based on data-driven and model is proposed for online monitoring and fault isolation. Firstly, based on the analysis of structure and operating principle of the DK-2 brake, the model is established by using bond graph. Secondly,based on the large amount of historical data in normal operating condition, the empirical regression model which can be used to estimate the output by the observations is set up using the auto-associative kernel regression（AAKR）. Thirdly, based on prediction intervals（PIs）, the uncertainty of the system is described quantitatively in the regression model, so the robust on-line monitoring of the system is realized. Combining the two methods, the online monitoring and fault isolation of the DK-2 brake can be achieved. Finally, the strategy proposed in this paper is verified by simulation and the results show that it can realize online monitoring and fault isolation accurately and quickly.

Since collaborative, planning, forecasting, and replenishment （CPFR） was first proposed in 1998, numerous studies have focused on exploring its implementation in retailing contexts. While a considerable body of research has emphasized reduced costs, increased sales and improved forecasting ability, there has been a lack of research on the importance of each of the various factors which affect such implementations. In order to find out the critical success factors affecting CPFR implementation, this paper first collected related influence factors regarding adopting CPFR or business to business （B2B） information systems, and further constructed a factor table with a three-layer hierarchical structure. A pair wise analytic hierarchy process （AHP） questionnaire was designed and distributed to experts who were familiar with implementing CPFR in the retailing industry. After questionnaires were returned, we found out the weights of each impact factor by using a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process （fuzzy AHP） approach. The importance of each critical impact factor was investigated, and the paths of the critical success factors were also analyzed. The results of this study can provide more precise information with regard to allocating optimal resources for retailers implementing CPFR.
