Association between antibiotic exposure and adverse outcomes of children and pregnant women: evidence from an umbrella review

Background Antibiotics are widely prescribed among children and pregnant women,but their safety profile is *** study aimed to summarize and appraise current evidence for the potential impact of antibiotic exposure on pregnancy outcomes and children’s *** PubMed,Embase,Web of Science and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews were searched from inception to June ***-analyses of any study design comparing the impact of antibiotic exposure with nonexposure among children,pregnant women and prepregnant women on adverse health outcomes of children and pregnancy were *** quality of evidence was assessed by a Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews 2(AMSTAR2)and the Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE).Data were reanalyzed,and the credibility of the evidence was *** Out of 2956 studies identified,19 articles with 39 associations were *** 19 of the associations(48.72%)were statistically significant with a P value≤0.05,while only six were supported by highly suggestive *** with postnatal antibiotic exposure had a higher risk of developing asthma odds ratio(OR):1.95,95%confidence interval(CI):1.76–2.17,wheezing(OR:1.81,95%CI 1.65–1.97)and allergic rhinoconjunctivitis(OR:1.66,95%CI 1.51–1.83),with prediction intervals excluding the *** assessed by both AMSTAR2 and GRADE of included meta-analyses were very low in *** Antibiotic exposure in early life was associated with children’s long-term health,especially in cases of allergic *** exposure might also influence children’s health in some aspects but requires more high-quality *** adverse effects of antibiotics on pregnancy outcomes were not observed in our *** with higher quality and better quantification of antibiotic exposure are needed in the future.

The applications of nanoparticles suffer from their extremely small size and intrinsic trend of *** nanoparticles to form micro-sized nanoaggregates(MNAs)with increased size,ordered structure,as well as controllable size,shape,and morphology is a crucial step in various fields of science and technology to maintain the unique characteristics of nanoparticles while obtaining greatly enhanced or new performance at the *** structure of MNAs prominently affects their functionality,which is determined by the arrangement of nanoparticles and the interaction between primary *** methods have been proposed to prepare the MNAs,in which spray-drying technology stands out considering the feasibility,scalability for industry,cost,and *** assembly of nanoparticles through spray-drying under tunable process parameters yields diverse physical properties and structural arrangements of nanoparticles of the MNAs,they therefore exhibit enormous potential in a wide range of application *** review presents the construction and applications of spray-dried *** factors that influence the size,morphology,and structure of the MNAs are discussed in *** addition,the outstanding application performance resulting from the tightly packed nanoparticles in regular-shaped MNAs obtained by the spray-drying process is illustrated.

Integrated data and energy transfer(IDET)enables the electromagnetic waves to transmit wireless energy at the same time of data delivery for lowpower *** this paper,an energy harvesting modulation(EHM)assisted multi-user IDET system is studied,where all the received signals at the users are exploited for energy harvesting without the degradation of wireless data transfer(WDT)*** joint IDET performance is then analysed theoretically by conceiving a practical time-dependent wireless *** the aid of the AO based algorithm,the average effective data rate among users are maximized by ensuring the BER and the wireless energy transfer(WET)*** results validate and evaluate the IDET performance of the EHM assisted system,which also demonstrates that the optimal number of user clusters and IDET time slots should be allocated,in order to improve the WET and WDT performance.

Study on the fast elimination of smoke particle based on electro-acoustic coupling agglomeration technology

Fire smoke,which consists large amounts of fine particles,is considered as the fatal factor in *** this study,a fast smoke particle elimination method based on electro-acoustic coupling agglomeration technology is ***,the experimental results show that the electro-acoustic coupling agglomeration has higher smoke elimination efficiency compared to *** smoke transmission is much less than 80%after 30s of single acoustic or electric field action,while the coupled field reaches 90%.Then,the effects of acoustic frequency,sound pressure level and voltage on the smoke elimination characteristics are *** is found that the optimal acoustic frequency is *** as the sound pressure level and voltage increase,the elimination efficiency first increases and then tends to stabilize,the critical values of the sound pressure level and voltage are 135 dB and *** indicates that there is an optimal combination of the three ***,through the theoretical analysis of particle movement and the micro-morphology of agglomerates,the particle agglomeration mechanism under the electro-acoustic coupling is *** study provides a new idea for the fast elimination of fire smoke particle.

The gun-track launch system is a new special launch device that connects the track outside the *** it is constrained by the track,the characteristics of development of the muzzle jet differ from those of the traditional muzzle ***,it changes from freely developing to doing so in a constrained manner,where this results in an asymmetric direction of flow as well as spatio-temporal coupling-induced interference between various shock waves and the formation of *** this background,the authors of this article formulate and consider the development and characteristics of evolution of the muzzle jet as it impacts a constrained moving *** designed simulations to test the gun-track launch system,and established a numerical model based on the dynamic grid method to explore the development and characteristics of propagation of disturbances when the muzzle jet impacted a constrained moving *** also considered models without a constrained track for the sake of *** results showed that the muzzle jet assumed a circumferential asymmetric shape,and tended to develop in the area above the *** the test platform was close to the ground,the muzzle jet was subjected to reflections from it that enhanced the development and evolution of various forms of shock waves and vortices in the muzzle jet to exacerbate its rate of distortion and asymmetric *** in turn led to significant differences in the changes in pressure at symmetric points that would otherwise have been *** results of a comparative analysis showed that the constrained track could hinder the influence of reflections from the ground on the muzzle jet to some extent,and could reduce the velocity of the shock waves inducing the motion of the muzzle as well as the Mach number of the moving *** work here provides a theoretical basis and the requisite technical support for applications of the gun-track launch *** also sheds light on the

This paper investigates the adaptive trajectory tracking control problem and the unknown parameter identification problem of a class of rotor-missiles with parametric system ***,considering the uncertainty of structural and aerodynamic parameters,the six-degree-of-freedom(6Do F) nonlinear equations describing the position and attitude dynamics of the rotor-missile are established,respectively,in the inertial and body-fixed reference ***,a hierarchical adaptive trajectory tracking controller that can guarantee closed-loop stability is proposed according to the cascade characteristics of the 6Do F ***,a memory-augmented update rule of unknown parameters is proposed by integrating all historical data of the regression *** long as the finitely excited condition is satisfied,the precise identification of unknown parameters can be ***,the validity of the proposed trajectory tracking controller and the parameter identification method is proved through Lyapunov stability theory and numerical simulations.

Experimental study on combustion characteristics of supersonic combustor based on alternating-wedge strut

Acetone Planar Lase-Induced Fluorescence(PLIF)and OH-PLIF were employed to capture the fuel distribution and OH distribution downstream for the supersonic combustor based on the alternating-wedge *** combustion establishment process and combustion mode in the combustor under different fuel injection methods and different equivalence ratios were *** with the kerosene-PLIF and OH-PLIF results in the cavity combustor,a comparative analysis was conducted to understand the combustion characteristics and combustion modes between the alternating-wedge strut-based combustor and the cavity-based *** results show that the combustor is in weak combustion mode in the case of low equivalence ratio,and the combustor is in intensive combustion mode in the case of high equivalence *** lower limit of the equivalence ratio of the combustor to maintain the intensive combustion mode varies based on different fuel injection *** OH distribution under reacting condition has a strong correlation with the fuel distribution under non-reacting *** OH fluorescence signal near the injector is weaker when the fuel distribution is more *** injector position located at the base of the strut rear has better mixing performance,enabling the combustor to be in intensive combustion mode at a lower equivalence *** combustion reaction in the alternating-wedge strut-based combustor is not necessarily dominated by mass transfer due to the mixing enhancement and premixed zone downstream of strut,while the combustion reaction process in the cavity-based combustor is mainly influenced by mass transfer.
