This study was conducted to understand the cellular proliferative effect of Photobiomodulation Therapy(PBMT)on thawed dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs)stored for 2 *** this purpose,cells were exposed to PBMT for short period of time to evaluate the most appropriate PBMT parameter for stimulating cellular proliferation that can be used for future tissue engineering *** characterized DPSCs were seperated into three groups according to the laser energy densities(5 J/cm^(2) or 7 J/cm^(2))applied and a group was served as control in which cells did not receive any laser *** cells in laser-irradiated groups were further divided into two subgroups according to the period of application(24 h and 0 h)and exposed to gallium-Aluminum-Arsenide diode laser *** viability and the proliferation rate of the cells were analyzed with the 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5 diphenyl tetrazolium bromide(MTT)assay,any PBMT related cellular cytotoxicity were determined by performing a lactate dehydrogenase assay(LDH)and statistical analysis of data were *** percentage of proliferation seemed to increase upon laser therapy in both different doses of irradiation(5 J/cm^(2) and 7 J/cm^(2)).DPSCs showed significantly higher proliferation rate upon 7 J/cm^(2) irradiation in both 0 h and 24 h when compared to control ***,DPSCs irradiated with 5 J/cm^(2) dose induced relatively lower proliferation rate when compared to 7 J/cm^(2) dose of *** to the LDH data,PBMT exposure did not show any significant cytotoxicity at both energy densities in all different time *** at 7 J/cm^(2) should be an effective parameter to stimulate proliferation of long-term cryopreserved DPSCs in a short term time *** therapy may be an upcoming tool for future tissue enngineering and regenerative dentistry applications.

The SU（1,1） coherent states for a relativistic model of the linear singular oscillator are considered. The corresponding partition function is evaluated. The path integral for the transition amplitude between SU（1,1） coherent states is given. Classical equations of the motion in the generalized curved phase space are obtained. it is shown that the use of quasiclassical Bohr Sommerfeld quantization rule yields the exact expression for the energy spectrum.

Tomographic techniques have great abilities to interrogate the combustion processes, especially when it is combined with the physical models of the combustion itself. in this study, a data fusion algorithm is developed to investigate the flame distribution of a swirl-induced environmental(EV) burner, a new type of burner for low NOx combustion. An electric capacitance tomography(ECT) system is used to acquire 3D flame images and computational fluid dynamics(CFD) is applied to calculate an initial distribution of the temperature profile for the EV burner. Experiments were also carried out to visualize flames at a series of locations above the burner. While the ECT images essentially agree with the CFD temperature distribution, discrepancies exist at a certain height. When data fusion is applied, the discrepancy is visibly reduced and the ECT images are improved. The methods used in this study can lead to a new route where combustion visualization can be much improved and applied to clean energy conversion and new burner development.

The polycondensation of the mixture of diamines 5,5-methylene bis(2-aminophenol) and 4,4-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)dianiline(molar ratio 0.8:0.2) with isophthaloyl dichloride was used to synthesize poly(amido-o-hydroxy amide)(POA-F)-new heat resistant binder of the composites for microelectronics. The copolymer was fractionated, its hydrodynamic, optical, and conformational properties were researched, and molecular masses(ММ) of the fractions were defined. The polydispersity index was estimated. Based on experimental data, calculation of the size of a segment of Kuhn characterizing degree of an intramolecular orientation order and value of coefficients of the equation of Mark-Kuhn-Hauvink for viscometric and diffusion data were performed. it was demonstrated that introducing 20 mol % of the monomer with-CF3-groups does not lead to any changes in conformational properties of the macromolecules and does not change the degree of intramolecular orientational order(the Kuhn segment length). Optical characteristics of POA-F solutions are virtually similar to the corresponding values for POA prepared with the use of single amine-containing component-5,5-methylene bis(2-aminophenol). The received MM distribution for POA-F(prepolymer) provided the solubility of its films in alkaline solutions. The heat resistance(τ5 and τ10-temperatures corresponding to 5% and of 10% PBO-F mass loss of a polymer) of the powders and the films of PBO, PBO-F were determined. The electrophysical parameters-dielectric permittivity(ε) and dielectric loss tangent(tan δ) of the PBO-F films decreased down to 3.30 and 0.017, in comparison 3.40 and 0.025 for PBO respectively.

We study the size dependency of heat conduction in one-dimensional diatomic FPU-β lattices and establish that for low dimensional material,contribution from optical phonons is found more effective to the thermal conductivity and enhance heat transport in the thermodynamic limit N →∞.For the finite size,thermal conductivity of 1D diatomic lattice is found to be lower than 1D monoatomic chain of the same size made up of the constituent particle of the diatomic *** the present 1D diatomic chain,obtained value of power divergent exponent of thermal conductivity0.428±0.001 and diffusion exponent 1.2723 lead to the conclusions that increase in the system size,increases the thermal conductivity and existence of anomalous energy *** numerical data supports our findings.

The effects of Ca and Sr addition on the microstructure and creep properties of Mg-4Al-2Sn alloys were examined. Tensile tests at 25 ℃ and 200 ℃ and creep tests at 150 ℃ and 200 ℃ were carried out to estimate the room temperature and high temperature mechanical properties of these alloys. The microstrueture of the Mg-4Al-2Sn alloy showed dendritic a-Mg, Mg17Al12 and Mg2Sn phases. The latter two phases precipitated along the grain boundaries. The addition of Ca and Sr resulted in the formation of ternary CaMgSn and SrMgSn phases within the grain. The grain size was reduced slightly with the addition of Sr and Ca. The tensile strength was decreased by the addition of Ca and Sr at room temperature. However, the high temperature tensile strength was increased. The creep strength was improved by the addition of Ca and Sr.

Chronic hepatitis B virus infection affects about 400 million people around the globe and causes approximately a million deaths a year. Since the discovery of interferon-α as a therapeutic option the treatment of hepatitis B has evolved fast and management has become increasingly complicated. The amount of viral replication reflected in the viral load （HBV-DNA） plays an important role in the development of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. The current treatment modalities for chronic hepatitis B are immunomodulatory （interferons） and antiviral suppressants （nucleoside and nucleotide analogues） all with their own advantages and limitations. An overview of the treatment efficacy for both immunomodulatory as antiviral compounds is provided in order to provide the clinician insight into the factors influencing treatment outcome. With nucleoside or nucleotide analogues suppression of viral replication by 5-7 log10 is feasible, but not all patients respond to therapy. Known factors influencing treatment outcome are viral load, ALT levels and compliance. Many other factors which might influence treatment are scarcely investigated. identifying the factors associated with response might result in stopping rules, so treatment could be adapted in an early stage to provide adequate treatment and avoid the development of resistance. The efficacy of compounds for the treatment of mutant virus and the cross-resistance is largely unknown. However, genotypic and phenotypic testing as well as small clinical trials provided some data on efficacy in this population. Discontinuation of nucleoside or nucleotide analogues frequently results in viral relapse; however, some patients have a sustained response.
