Mental health of parents of children with autism spectrum disorder during COViD-19 pandemic: A systematic review

BACKGROUND Children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)may have great difficulties when their routines change,and this may affect the psychological wellbeing of their *** this reason,it is important to examine studies that address the mental health of parents in order to adapt to the coronavirus disease 2019(COViD-19)*** To determine the mental health status of parents with children diagnosed with ASD in the COViD-19 *** The study,which is a systematic review,was conducted between December 15,2020 and December 30,2020 by scanning articles in *** Scopus,Science Direct,PubMed,Cochrane,Web of Science,and Google Scholar databases were used for *** keywords COViD-19 AND(“autism”OR“autistic”OR“autism spectrum disorder”)AND parent AND(“mental health”OR“anxiety”OR“stress”)were used in the search *** inclusion criteria in the study were findings regarding the mental health of parents with children diagnosed with ASD in the COViD-19 pandemic,addressing their anxiety and stress situations,being a research article,and accessing the full text of the *** in the study,a total of 6389 articles were reached,and the full texts of 173 articles were evaluated for *** the articles excluded by the full-text search were eliminated,12 studies involving 7105 parents were included in the *** findings obtained from the articles containing data on mental health in the COViD-19 pandemic of parents with children with autism spectrum disorder were discussed in three *** were findings on the experiences of parents with children with ASD in the COViD-19 pandemic regarding the areas where parents with children with ASD need support in the COViD-19 pandemic and methods of coping with the COViD-19 pandemic for parents with children with *** the systematic review,it was determined that the anxiety and stress of the parents increased,they needed more support compared to the pre-pandemic period,

in this article,we explored the role of adipose tissue,especially mesenteric adipose tissue and creeping fat,and its association with the gut microbiota in the pathophysiology and progression of Crohn’s disease(CD).CD is a form of inflammatory bowel disease characterized by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract,influenced by genetic predisposition,gut microbiota dysbiosis,and environmental *** microbiota plays a crucial role in modulating immune response and intestinal inflammation and is associated with the onset and progression of ***,visceral adipose tissue,particularly creeping fat,a mesenteric adipose tissue characterized by hypertrophy and fibrosis,has been implicated in CD pathogenesis,inflammation,and *** bacteria from the gut microbiota may translocate into mesenteric adipose tissue,contributing to the formation of creeping fat and influencing CD *** creeping fat may be a protective barrier against bacterial invasion,its expansion can damage adjacent tissues,leading to *** gut microbiota through interventions such as fecal microbiota transplantation,probiotics,and prebiotics has shown potential in managing ***,more research is needed to clarify the mechanisms linking gut dysbiosis,creeping fat,and CD progression and develop targeted therapies for microbiota modulation and fat-related complications in patients with CD.

Giant magnetocaloric effect in the Gd_5 Ge_(2.025)Si_(1.925)in_(0.05) compound

The magnetocaloric properties of the GdsGe2.025Si1.925in0.05 compound have been studied by x-ray diffraction, magnetic and heat capacity measurements. Powder x-ray diffraction measurement shows that the compound has a dominant phase of monoclinic Cd5Ge2Si2-type structure and a small quantity of Gds（Ge,Si）3-type phase at room temperature. At about 270 K, this compound shows a first order phase transition. The isothermal magnetic entropy change （△SM） is calculated from the temperature and magnetic field dependences of the magnetization and the temperature dependence of MCE in terms of adiabatic temperature change （△Tad） is calculated from the isothermal magnetic entropy change and the temperature variation in zero-field heat-capacity data. The maximum △SM is -13.6 J·kg^-1.K^- 1 and maximum ATad is 13 K for the magnetic field change of 0 5 T. The Debye temperature （θD） of this compound is 149 K and the value of DOS at the Fermi level is 1.6 states/*** from the low temperature zero-field heat-capacity data. A considerable isothermal magnetic entropy change and adiabatic temperature change under a field change of 0-5 T jointly make the Gd5Ge2.025Si1.925in0.05 compound an attractive candidate for a magnetic refrigerant.

A solvable model of lateral line of a fish based on a wave equation with additional boundary conditions on a set of isolated points is *** the framework of this model it is shown that the ratio of pressures on lateral lines on different fish flanks,as well as the cross section of sound scattering on both the lines,strongly depends on angles of incidence of incoming sound *** strong angular dependence of the pressure ratio seems to be sufficient for the fish to determine the directions from which the sound is coming.

Clinical analysis of propofol deep sedation for 1,104 patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures:A three year prospective study

AiM： To analyze the hemodynamic and respiratory effects of propofol on patients undergoing gastroscopy and colonoscopy. METHODS： in this prospective study, conducted over a period of three years, 1,104 patients referred for a same day Gi endoscopy procedure were analyzed. All patients were given a propofol bolus （0.5-1.5 mg/kg）. Arterial blood pressure （BP） was monitored at 3 rain intervals and heart rate and oxygen saturation （SpO2） were recorded continuously by pulse oximetry. Analyzed data acquisition was carried out before, during, and after the procedure. RESULTS： A statistically significant reduction in mean arterial pressure was demonstrated （P〈0.001） when compared to pre-intervention values, but severe hypotension, defined as a systolic blood pressure below 60mmHg, was noted in only 5 patients （0.5%）. Oxygen saturation decreased from 96.5% to 94.4 % （P〈0.001）. A critical decrease in oxygen saturation （〈90%） was documented in 27 patients （2.4%）. CONCLUSiON： Our results showed that propofol provided good sedation with excellent pain control, a short recovery time and no significant hemodynamic side effelts if carefully titrated. All the patients （and especially ASA Ⅲ group） require monitoring and care of an anesthesiologist.

Effects of manganese doping on magnetocaloric effect in Ge-rich Gd_5Ge_(2.05)Si_(1.95) alloy

The structure, magnetic and magnetocaloric properties of the Ge-rich Gd5Ge2.05-xSi1.95-xMn2x （x=0.01 and 0.03） alloys were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, differential scanning calorimeter （DSC） and magnetization measurements. The results of energy dispersive X-ray analysis （EDX） and X-ray diffraction analyses showed that the composition and crystal structure of the alloys were desired. DSC measurements were performed to determine the transformation temperatures for each alloy. Both alloys exhibited the first order phase transition around room temperature. The alloys showed an anti-ferromagnetic transition around 60 K. The isothermal magnetic entropy changes of the alloys were determined from the isothermal magnetization measurements by using the Maxwell relation. The maximum values of isothermal magnetic entropy change of the Gd5Ge2.05-xSi1.95-xMn2x alloy with x=0.01 was found to be -12.1 and -19.8 J/（kg·K） using Maxwell equation around 268 K in applied fields of 2 and 5 T, respectively.

Near-Surface Correction on Seismic and Gravity Data

it is important and urgent to work out better statics correction methods to facilitate seismic prospecting. This paper presents a new method of statics correction calculation based on development of a seismic-gravity model of the near surface. Gravity interpretation includes determination of the local component caused by the near surface effects and calculation of the near-surface rock density by solving the linear inverse gravity problem. To obtain the near-surface velocities, priori seismic data such as time fields of the first waves recorded in the initial part of common depth point（CDP） seismograms are used. An optimal near-surface model is retrieved on the basis of the successive solution of the inverse and forward seismic problems, correlating with the observed seismic data. Matching of seismic and gravity model of the near surface yields the maximum coefficient of correlation between the values of velocities and densities. At the end of the interactive iterative process we get values of the near-surface seismic wave velocities, used for statics evaluation, and values of gravity anomalies, calculated with a variable density of the interbedded layer. The applications of the proposed method at geophysical exploration of oil and gas confirm the possibility of calculation of statics correction using the gravimetric data by constructing a coherent seismic-gravity model of the near surface.

Effect of Thermal Refining on Mechanical Properties of Annealed SAE 4130 by Multilayer GTAW

During the first welding process in manufacturing a precise seam container, the steel material must first undergo a full annealing treatment. Multilayer welding operations are conducted and then applied with refining treatment to obtain the goal by hardening. The influence of thermal refining on mechanical properties of annealed SAE 4130 by multilayer GTAW （gas tungsten arc welding） was discussed. The AW （annealing＋welding） and AWST （annealing＋welding＋solution＋tempering） occurred with a minimum hardness value at GGHAZ （grain growth heat affected zone） due to coarse grain growth~ the hardness occurred with sudden drops between the multilayer welding, but was still larger than the minimum value at HAZ （heat affected zone）. The welded joint efficiency of the AWST was 89.9%, with the elongation reduced to 77.2% of AST （annealing＋solution＋tempering）. The cross section of the tensile samples both appeared with a uniform dimple-shaped structure, and however the necking for AST was greater than that for AWST. The impact value for AWST was 166.5% of AST. Moreover, from microstructure observations, it was found that AWST had a greater tendency to ductile failure than AST. These results can be inferred., the process of steady pressure and the initial position of the precision tube breakage HAZ. However, when stress occurs instantly, HAZ can absorb more energy, therefore the initial damage does not occur.
