积雪增加引起土壤水热变化,进而可能改变草地生态系统土壤磷循环过程。本研究以青藏高原多年冻土区高寒草甸为研究对象,采用积雪栅栏诱导方式模拟积雪增加,分析测试了对照和积雪增加处理下土壤表层的水热特征、土壤理化性质和磷酸酶活性、土壤磷的有效性和组分特征。结果表明:1)积雪增加提高了生长季(5-9月)浅层(0~10 cm)土壤温度和湿度;2)积雪增加在0~10 cm、10~20 cm土层显著增加了土壤中全磷、有效磷、Al-P含量,降低了有机磷和Ca_(2)-P含量,Ca_(8)-P含量在0~10 cm土层降低,在10~20 cm土层增加;3)冗余分析表明,影响土壤磷形态的关键因子为土壤全氮、有机质和土壤水热状态。积雪增加通过改变土壤全氮含量、有机质含量和水热状态等土壤理化性质和土壤磷酸酶活性,提高土壤有机磷矿化速率,促进Ca_(8)-P和Al-P等缓效磷源释放更多的磷,提高土壤磷有效性。

为了厘清石棉对土壤环境的污染风险,为进一步治理及减缓石棉污染危害提供技术支撑,本文针对青海省祁连县小八宝石棉尾矿库矿区场地土壤环境中石棉组分和相关重金属元素的分布、空间迁移转化规律及其对土壤微生物群落结构和多样性的影响开展研究。结果表明:场地土壤中的主要矿物组成包括石英、斜绿泥石、蛇纹石、铁韭闪石、钠长石等,其中蛇纹石被确定为石棉的特征矿物;在典型垂向和横向剖面土壤中,不同来源的重金属元素质量分数呈现不同的空间分布特点,其中CaO分布趋势与蛇纹石矿物相关,土壤中重金属Cr表现出与石棉矿物相似的分布特征;在垂向和横向剖面的样品中Cr质量分数均超过建设用地风险管制值(二类用地78 mg/kg),特别是在石棉尾矿渣堆处Cr质量分数远超出建设用地风险管制值。石棉的环境胁迫降低了土壤微生物多样性,对土壤微生物群落结构造成较大影响。

Effects of process parameters on periodic impact force exerting on cutting tool in ultrasonic vibration-assisted oblique turning

During ultrasonic vibration-assisted machining,the large impact force induced by tool-workpiece reengagement(TWR)is an important factor that affects tool ***,mechanical analysis into process factors that affect the impact force and their influencing mechanisms are ***,a prediction model for the instantaneous cutting force during both TWR and the stable turning process,which depends on the process parameters and material properties,is firstly proposed based on the kinematic and dynamic analysis of ultrasonic vibration-assisted oblique turning(UVAOT).The results calculated using the developed cutting force model agree well with the experimental results presented in the ***,the linear change law of the instantaneous cutting force with cutting time during the actual TWR is clarified using the proposed *** effect of the UVAOT process parameters on the average impact force during the periodic TWR process is discussed,and the influence mechanism is analyzed from the perspective of mechanics.A positive linear correlation is discovered between the feed speed and average impact *** ultrasonic amplitude and cutting speed do not significantly affect the average impact force of the new sharp cutting *** findings are consistent with the experimental observations of tool chipping and are applicable to select process parameters for reducing tool chipping during UVAOT.

对山东省青岛地区主要栽培食用菌中铅、镉、汞、砷4种重金属含量进行测定,以实时了解青岛地区主要栽培食用菌中重金属的污染水平,掌握青岛地区食用菌质量安全现状,为食用菌安全生产提供参考依据。本文测定青岛地区栽培的平菇、香菇和黑木耳3种食用菌中铅、镉、汞、砷4种重金属含量,利用单一污染指数法和内梅罗综合污染指数法评价食用菌重金属污染程度,利用目标危害系数法对人体通过青岛地区3种食用菌摄入重金属的健康风险进行评估。经检测发现,142份样品中铅检出率为56.3%,超标率2.1%,含量范围为未检出~1.577 mg/kg;镉检出率为64.1%,超标率为0%,含量范围为未检出~0.194 mg/kg;汞检出率为4.2%,超标率为0%,含量范围为未检出~0.021 mg/kg;砷检出率为3.5%,超标率为0%,含量范围为未检出~0.03 mg/kg。食用菌中风险系数(THQ)计算结果表明,3种食用菌单一重金属THQ值均小于1,相关暴露人群处于安全状态;3种食用菌的复合健康风险(TTHQ)平均值均低于警戒值1,说明所抽取的青岛地区的3种食用菌样品整体风险水平较低,不会带来明显的健康风险。通过对青岛地区栽培的3个品种食用菌样品进行重金属铅、镉、汞、砷测定,发现所抽检的食用菌样品总体上处于安全水平,但是从监测数据看,仍有重金属含量超标的问题,应进一步加强食用菌产前、产中、产后的安全监测。

Community livelihood and its dependence on nature resources under pressure of conservation

Conflict between conservation and community livelihood is a significant issue in *** on Sustainable Livelihood Framework(SLA),this study systematically analyzed livelihoods assets of a community in a Yunnan snub-nosed monkey conservation area and found that the livelihood pentagon of the community was shaped by multiple but frail and unstable income sources,abundant natural resources with restricted use right,underutilized labors,inadequate financial resources,inconvenient physical capital and weak social ***'income heavily depended on forest,and grazing and nontimber forest products(NTFP)collection are common and major income sources for ***,differentiation of income dependence on forest among villagers'groups showed that there is no close correlation between the level of income and the level of income dependence on ***'daily life also heavily depended on the forest due to heating and pig-feed cooking;hence,fuelwood cannot be easily replaced by any other energy resource for a long period.

Advances in selective conversion of carbohydrates into 5-hydroxymethylfurfural

Converting carbohydrates into 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF) is an attractive and promising route for value-added utilization of agricultural and forestry biomass resource. As an important platform compound, 5-HMF possesses high active furan structure with hydroxymethyl and aldehyde group for production of various bio-chemicals and materials, meanwhile, which suffer from low stability and poor yield during the industrial biorefinery process. Hence, selective production of 5-HMF with high-yield and low-cost has attracted extensive attention from scientific and industrial researchers. This review sorted and described the latest advanced research on solvent and catalyst system, as well as energy field effect for production of 5-HMF with different feedstock in detail, emphatically discussing the solvent effect and its synergistic effect with other aspects. Besides, the future prospects and challenges for production of 5-HMF from carbohydrates were also presented, which provide a profound insight into industrial 5-HMF process with economic and environmental feature.
