The purpose of this study was to cover the bitter taste of arbidol hydrochloride(ARB)and develop dry suspension with combination of solid dispersion and *** masking was successfully done by solid dispersion using octadecanol as the carrier by fusion *** agents,carriers and other excipients were *** scanning calorimetry(DSC)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)were performed to identify the physicochemical interaction between drug and carrier,DSC analysis indicated that ARB was amorphous in the solid dispersion,FTIR spectroscopy showed no interaction between drug and *** masking was evaluated on six volunteers with a score of *** results demonstrated successful taste *** was used to study the in vitro dissolution performance of the three formulations of commercial tablet,capsule and self-made *** self-made suspension showed a lower and slower release,the insoluble carrier octadecanol blocked the drug dissolving from the solid *** was indicated from the primary stability study,the self-made suspensions were sensitive to high temperature,high humidity and strong light conditions,they should be stored in sealed containers away from heat,light and humidity.

{1012¯}twins were introduced into the magnesium(Mg)plate AZ31 via pre-rolling along its transverse *** plates,both with and without the pre-induced{1012¯}twins,were subjected to uniaxial tension along different *** crystal plasticity modeling,we found that the strengthening effect of the pre-induced{1012¯}twins on the macroscopic flow stress primarily arised from the increased slip resistance caused by the boundaries,rather than the orientation hardening due to the twinning reorientation(although the latter did make its contribution in some specific loading directions).Besides,the pre-existing{1012¯}twins were found,by both experiments and simulation,to promote the activity of prismatic and pyramidalin the parent matrix of the *** analysis showed that the enhanced non-basal slip activity is related to the{1012¯}twin boundaries’low micro Hall-Petch slope ratios of non-basal slips to basal *** the critical resolved shear stress(CRSS)obtained from crystal plasticity modeling and the orientation data from EBSD,a probability-based slip transfer model was *** model predicts higher slip transfer probabilities and thus lower strain concentration tendencies at{1012¯}twin boundaries than that at grain boundaries,which agrees with the experimental observation that the strain localization was primarily associated with the *** present findings are helpful scientifically,in deepening our understanding of how the pre-induced{1012¯}twins affect the strength and slip activity of Mg alloys,and technologically,in guiding the design of the pre-strain protocol of Mg alloys.

Concentrations of heavy metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in needles of Masson pine (Pinus massoniana L.) growing nearby different industrial sources

Emissions from industrial activities pose a serious threat to human health and impose the need for monitoring both inorganic and organic pollutants in industrial areas. We selected Masson pine （Pinus massoniana L.） as potential biomonitor and collected the current （C） and previous year （C＋ 1） needles from three industrial sites dominated by petrochemical, ceramics manufacturing, and iron and steel smelting plants and one remote site to determine heavy metals （Cu, Cd, Pb, Zn, Cr, Ni and Co） and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons （PAHs） in unwashed and water-washed needles. Both unwashed and washed C＋ 1 needles showed generally higher concentrations of heavy metals and PAHs than C needles, although the washed needles more clearly spotlighted the accumulation effect of PAHs over exposure time. Water-washing resulted in a significant decrease in needle PAH concentrations with more significant effects shown in C needles. By contrast, needle heavy metal concentrations were much less affected by washing. Although heavy metals and PAHs might differ in adsorption and uptake strategies, their higher concentrations in the needles at the industrial sites indicated conspicuous contamination due to industrial emissions there. The PAH distribution patterns in pine needles accorded with the real types of energy consumption in the study sites and were efficiently used for pinpointing local pollutant sources.

For an N-dimensional quantum system under the influence of continuous measurement, this paper presents a switching control scheme where the control law is of bang-bang type and achieves asymptotic preparation of an arbitrarily given eigenstate of a non-degenerate and degenerate measurement operator, respectively. In the switching control strategy, we divide the state space into two parts： a set containing a target state, and its complementary set. By analyzing the stability of the stochastic system model under consideration, we design a constant control law and give some conditions that the control Hamiltonian satisfies so that the system trajectories in the complementary set converge to the set which contains the target state. Further, for the case of a non-degenerate measurement operator, we show that the system trajectories in the set containing the target state will automatically converge to the target state via quantum continuous measurement theory; while for the case of a degenerate measurement operator, the corresponding system trajectories will also converge to the target state via the construction of the control Hamiltonians. The convergence of the whole closed-loop systems under the cases of a non-degenerate and a degenerate measurement operator is strictly proved. The effectiveness of the proposed switching control scheme is verified by the simulation experiments on a finite-dimensional angular momentum system and a two-qubit system.

Quantitative trait locus(QTL) mapping is frequently used to understand the genetic architecture of quantitative ***,we performed a genome scanfor QTL affecting the morphometric characters in eight full-sib families containing 522 individuals using different statistical methods(Sib-pair and half-sib model).A total of 194 QTLs were detected in 25 different regions on 10 linkage groups(LGs).Among them,37 QTLs on five LGs(eight,13,24,40 and 45) were significant(5%genome-wide level),while the remaining 40(1%chromosome-wide level) and 117(5%chromosome-wide level) indicated suggestive effect on those *** for most morphometric traits were moderate to high,ranging from 0.21 to 0.66,with generally strong phenotypic and genetic correlations between the traits.A large number of QTLs for morphometric traits were co-located,consistent with their high correlations,and may reflect pleiotropic effect on the same *** pathways were mapped for possible candidate genes on QTL *** significantly enriched pathway was identified onLG45,which had a P-value of 0.04 and corresponded to the "regulation of actin cytoskeleton pathway".The results are expected to be useful in marker-assisted selection(MAS) and provide valuable information for the study of gene pathway for morphometric and growth traits of the common carp.

为了提高放射免疫分析法（RIA）的灵敏度,达到度量人外周血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ（ATII）的要求,必需采用亲和力特别高的特异性抗ATII 抗血清。我们使用不同的载体和结合方法,制备了五种ATIIa 免疫原,以提高其抗原性。它们是:1)聚乙烯吡咯酮吸附血管紧张素II 酰胺（ATIIa）;2)碳二亚胺缩合兔血清白蛋白与ATIIa;3)戊二醛（GDA）结合牛血清白蛋白（BSA）与ATIIa;4)GDA 结合多聚赖氨酸（PL）与ATIIa;5)碳二亚胺缩合琥珀酰化多聚赖氨酸（PL-Succ）与ATIIa。在分组免疫家兔（皮内多点或多途径注射）后,用生物鉴定、被动血球凝集试验和放射免疫稀释曲线法检测及跟踪抗血清的抗ATII 效价。并用RIA 法以Scatchard 图求亲和常数K?统计显示在组间存在显著差别,以BSA-GDA-ATIIa 及PL-Succ-ATIIa 效果为佳。在3～5个月内成功地获得了Ka>1010升/克分子,适用于ATII 的放射免疫测定的一些抗血清。其中之一已经满意地用于建立一个特异、灵敏的RIA,可以直接测定人体外周血中低浓度的ATII。另一些也有相似的能力。对工作中涉及一些问题,如免疫原制备、影响抗血清质量的因素以及抗ATII 检测方法等,作了初步的比较和讨论。本试验结果,从抗原消耗量、抗体产生速度、成功率及抗血清的效价和亲和力等方面,看来较某些报告有优越之处。
