In the last few years the numerical methods for solving the fractional differential equations started to be applied intensively to real world phenomena. Having these things in mind in this manuscript we focus on the fractional Lagrangian and Harniltonian of the complex Bateman-Feshbach Tikochinsky oscillator. The numerical analysis of the corresponding fractionaJ Euler-Lagrange equations is given within the Griinwald-Letnikov approach, which is power series expansion of the generating function.

The present work is aimed at the study of number-size distribution of particles, volatile organic compounds （VOCs）, and carbonyl compounds （CC） or carbonyls emitted from a 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine equipped with a vanadium-based urea selective catalytic reduction catalyst. The engine was run on an electric dynamometer in accordance with the European steady-state cycle. Pollutants were analyzed using an electric low pressure impactor, a gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer, and a high performance liquid chromatography system for the number-size distribution of particles, VOCs, and CC emissions, respectively. Experimental results revealed that total number of particles were decreased, and their number-size distributions were moved from smaller sizes to larger sizes in the presence of the catalyst. The VOCs were greatly reduced downstream of the catalyst. There was a strong correlation between the conversion of styrene and ethyl benzene. The conversion rate of benzene increased with increase of catalyst temperature. Formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein and acetone were significantly reduced, resulting in a remarkable abatement in carbonyls with the use of the vanadium-based urea-SCR system.

Influenza A virus （H1N1）, a genetic reassortment of endemic strains of human, avian and swine flu, has crossed species barrier to human and apparently acquired the capability of human to human transmission. Some strains of H5N1 subtype are highly virulent because NS 1 protein inhibits antiviral interferon α/β production. Another protein NS2 mediates export of viral ribonucleoprotein from nucleus to the cytoplasm through export signal. In this paper, we have studied structure-function relationships of these proteins of H1N1 subtype and have determined the cause of their pathogenicity. Our results showed that non-conservative mutations slightly stabilized or destabilized structural domains of NS1 or NSI-dsRNA complex, hence slightly increased or decreased the function of NS 1 protein and consequently enhanced or reduced the pathogenicity of the H1N1 virus. NS2 protein of different strains carried non-conservative mutations in different domains, resulting in slight loss of function. These mutations slightly decreased the pathogenicity of the virus. Thus, the results confirm the structure-function relationships of these viral proteins.

An optimal layout or three-dimensional spatial distribution of stopes guarantees the maximum profitability over life span of an underground mining ***,stope optimization is one of the key areas in underground mine planning ***,the computational complexity in developing an optimal stope layout has been a reason for limited availability of the algorithms offering solution to this *** article shares a new and efficient heuristic algorithm that considers a three-dimensional ore body model as an input,maximizes the economic value,and satisfies the physical mining and geotechnical constraints for generating an optimal stope *** implementation at a copper deposit demonstrates the applicability and robustness of the algorithm.A parallel processing based modification improving the performance of the original algorithm in terms of enormous computational time saving is also presented.

Radiative heat transfer in the steady two-dimensional flow of Walters＇ B fluid with a non-uniform heat source/sink is investigated. An incompressible fluid is bounded by a stretching porous surface. The convective boundary condition is used for the thermal boundary layer problem. The relevant equations are first simplified under usual boundary layer assumptions and then transformed into a similar form by suitable transformations. Explicit series solutions of velocity and temperature are derived by the homotopy analysis method （HAM）. The dimensionless velocity and temperature gradients at the wall are calculated and discussed.

消化系统是宿主与其环境之间最大的屏障,它拥有一个完整的屏障框架,以保护宿主免受外部毒物,膳食抗原,微生物和其他可能有害的物质的侵害。这种保护是多种多样的,涉及不同的防御机制,例如粘膜层,不断代谢的上皮细胞和紧密连接(TJs)。如今,由于长期高脂肪饮食(HFD)引起的肥胖和肥胖相关的代谢疾病是世界上的重大问题。动物研究的证据表明,HFD诱导肠道生态失调,炎症反应,氧化应激和增加肠道通透性。肠道屏障系统调节宿主防御机制以保护宿主免受外部毒物的侵害,但HFD通过刺激促炎信号级联直接增加肠道通透性,并间接通过激活屏障破坏细胞因子增加肠道通透性。TRIM67基因是TRIM家族蛋白质的成员,TRIM家族蛋白参与细胞周期停滞、细胞凋亡、DNA修复和衰老等重要的细胞过程。据我们所知,没有研究阐明TRIM67在HFD诱导肥胖小鼠回肠中的保护作用。本研究的目的是揭示TRIM67对肥胖诱导小鼠回肠炎症、氧化应激和屏障功能的改善作用。在本研究中通过在野生型(WT)和敲除(KO)小鼠中使用HFD饮食14周成功构建肥胖模型。通过使用包括H&E,PAS和Masson染色来观察回肠的组织形态学变化。通过荧光定量PCR(q PCR)和蛋白质免疫印迹检查TRIM67基因缺失对肥胖小鼠肠道炎症,抗氧化酶活性和肠道屏障功能的影响。主要实验结果如下。1.高脂肪饮食对TRIM67表达的影响及肥胖模型构建成功HFD喂养14周后,与对照(CTR)饮食喂养的小鼠相比,用HFD喂养的小鼠体重显着增加。HFD增加了WT和KO小鼠的血糖水平,而对照饮食喂养的KO小鼠的血糖水平没有增加,并且表明TRIM67对血糖没有显着影响。此外,与WT CTR饮食小鼠相比,用HFD喂养的WT小鼠中的TRIM67表达下调。***67缺失诱导肥胖小鼠回肠组织病理学损伤组织病理学观察表明,KO小鼠和HFD喂养小鼠表现出病理损伤,包括绒毛的缩短和变钝以及隐窝深度的减少。而且,用HFD喂养的KO小鼠的杯状细胞数量减少和轻度纤维化。***67的缺失加剧肥胖诱导回肠中的炎症反应TRIM67缺失加剧肥胖诱导小鼠回肠中的肠炎症反应。包括TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β和IL-2在内的炎性细胞因子的分析表明,与WT CTR组相比,KO CTR组中这些细胞因子的m RNA表达高。此外,与CTR组相比,HFD组(WT和KO)的m RNA表达量高。与WT HFD小鼠相比,KO HFD小鼠的IL-1β和IL-2m RNA表达上调。Western印迹(WB)结果显示KO HFD小鼠中TNF-α,IL-6和IL-1的蛋白表达量增加;与CTR组相比,HFD组小鼠抗炎细胞因子(IL-4和IL10)的m RNA表达受到抑制,IL-10和IL-4的蛋白表达水平表明,与所有其他组相比,KO HFD组的表达最低。***67缺失加剧肥胖小鼠回肠的屏障破坏本研究发现,用HFD喂养的WT和KO小鼠中claudin-1,occludin和ZO-1的m RNA表达下调,但KO CTR和KO HFD小鼠之间occludin的m RNA表达没有显着差异。此外,与WT CTR组相比,KO CTR饮食组中紧密连接蛋白的表达下调。WB结果表明,KO HFD组的相对蛋白表达水平比实验的所有其他组都受到抑制。***67缺失加剧肥胖小鼠回肠中的氧化应激与CTR组相比,HFD组中抗氧化酶SOD-1和SOD-2的m RNA表达降低。此外,HFD组中用试剂盒检测的SOD活力和GSH含量都显著下调,WT CTR组和KO CTR组的SOD活力没有显着差异,而KO CTR组的GSH含量与WT CTR组相比显著下降。总之,我们的数据提供了关于TRIM67在肥胖小鼠回肠中的保护作用的重要见解。我们证明TRIM67可以防止肠道炎症,保持肠道完整性,并减少HFD喂养引起的氧化应激。此外,需要更多的分析和临床试验来阐明TRIM67作为保护标志物的机制,因为近年来肥胖和肥胖相关的代谢疾病逐渐增加,TRIM67可能是有价值的治疗靶标。

曾经地球上的水非常的丰富,湖里的水清澈见底,河里的鱼儿种类丰富自由自在,这样的水可以供人们直接饮用也不会受到危害。但是,随着人口的增长和工业的发展,水质因为人类的开发利用而下降。废水污染的主要来源有两个:工业废水和城市生活污水。工业废水包括污水排放和工业用水,例如采矿和制造业会产生大量废水,它们产生的大量废水排放到附近的河流,对珍贵的水资源造成污染。本次实验通过研究成熟辣木种子和干辣木种子中提取的辣木粉对水质的影响。辣木籽是一种廉价的局部混凝剂,本试验收集的废水在中国四川绵阳的西南科技大学校园内取得。分别制备了不同浓度2mg/L,4mg/L和6mg/L的镉和铬溶液作为校准曲线。加入一滴硝酸来还原溶液;在经过MOPC处理后,重金属浓度大幅度降低。铬和镉(2 mg/L)的去除率分别为92.85%和89.84%,铬和镉(4 mg/L)的去除率分别为82.30%和81.23%,铬和镉(6 mg/L)的去除率分别为81.53%和79.52%。废水的浑浊度为47.7 NTU,在MOPC溶液中加入MOPC后,其浑浊度降至最低9.7 NTU,最优值为20000 ppm。浊度显著增加了毛胚蛋白c的浓度,从而改变了残余浊度。浊度去除率最高为79.6%。经不同浓度的MOPC处理后,p H值在8.13.13之间波动,差异无统计学意义。当最佳浓度为15000ppm时,废水COD从236.3mg/L降至98.03 mg/L,随着MOPC溶液浓度的增加,COD值略有增加。最大COD去除率为58.51%。辣木籽饼是一种有效的重金属去除剂天然混凝剂,具有降低水中p H、浊度、EC等理化污染物的能力,是一种廉价的处理污水的材料。人们想要得到更多的安全饮用水,就可以通过这种方式来处理水,使废水得到净化,除了其它多种处理废水的方法之外,用辣木籽饼也是一种很好的处理水的方法。

An on-line electric vehicle(OLEV)uses a wireless charging phenomenon,in which power transmitters are installed beneath the road and the OLEV’s battery is charged *** paper deals with the optimization of two key economic and design parameters,i.e.,the size of the battery and the power transmitters allocation.A complete model configuration of the OLEV system,including the vehicle design and power transmitter,is implemented using MATLAB/*** battery’s state of charge(SOC)rises and drops according to the vehicle’s velocity and power collection and *** mixed integer programming(MIP)model is used for cost ***,with the help of the SOC graph and MIP model,the battery size and the number of power transmitters,along with their placements,are *** proposed model is applicable to both closed and open environments as it accepts both regulated and deregulated *** test cases are performed for this *** first test case deals with regulated velocity for which we have applied the KAIST campus OLEV’s velocity along with its 13 kWh battery size and 4 power transmitters,and then applied the suggested solution with the same velocity and route i.e.,8 power transmitters with shorter lengths and reduced battery size(3.25 kWh;one-fourth of the first case).SOC is found within limits at the end of the route,saving$1600 and validating the proposed model in this *** the second test case,we use deregulated velocity and optimize both parameters,using the same approach.

The exceptional properties of graphene make it ideal as a reinforcement to enhance the properties of aluminum matrices and this critically depends on uniform dispersion. In this study, the dispersion issue was addressed by sonication and non-covalent surface functionalization of graphite nanoplatelets（GNPs） using two types of surfactant： anionic（sodium dodecyl benzene sulfate（SDBS）） and non-ionic polymeric（ethyl cellulose（EC））. After colloidal mixing with Al powder, consolidation was performed at two sintering temperatures（550 and 620°C）. The structure, density, mechanical and wear properties of the nanocomposite samples were investigated and compared with a pure Al and a pure GNPs/Al nanocomposite sample. Noticeably, EC-based 0.5 wt% GNPs/Al samples showed the highest increment of 31% increase in hardness with reduced wear rate of 98.25% at 620°C, while a 22% increase in hardness with reduced wear rate of 96.98% at 550°C was observed, as compared to pure Al. Microstructural analysis and the overall results validate the use of EC-based GNPs/Al nanocomposites as they performed better than pure Al and pure GNPs/Al nanocomposite at both sintering temperatures.
