组织芯片（tissue chip）技术具有高产出（high-throughput），实验误差小和省时、省力、节约经费的优点，并能应用于科研、教学、生物试剂测试、质量监控及标准化等领域。我们采用了组织芯片这项技术并选用了5种常用抗体（AEI/3、波形蛋白、CD45、结蛋白和S-100蛋白）对54例正常组织及60例肿瘤标本进行了抗原表达的检测，以了解该技术在这方面的使用价值。

Discovery and Characterization of a Thermostable Esterase from an Oil Reservoir Metagenome

With the aim of identifying novel thermostable esterases, comprehensive sequence databases and cloned fosmid libraries of metagenomes derived from an offshore oil reservoir on the Norwegian Continental Shelf were screened for enzyme candidates using both sequence-and function-based screening. From several candidates identified in both approaches, one enzyme discovered by the functional approach was verified as a novel esterase and subjected to a deeper characterization. The enzyme was successfully over-produced in Escherichia coli and was shown to be thermostable up to 90°C, with the highest esterase activity on short-chain ester substrates and with tolerance to solvents and metal ions. The fact that the thermostable enzyme was solely found by functional screening of the oil reservoir metagenomes illustrates the importance of this approach as a complement to purely sequence-based screening, in which the enzyme candidate was not detected. In addition, this example indicates the large potential of deep-sub-surface oil reservoir metagenomes as a source of novel, thermostable enzymes of potential relevance for industrial applications.

The paper presents the results of the research project ADTYRE that is concentrated on the development of dynamic tyre pressure control systems（TPCS）with the aim to reduce rolling resistance and to improve driving *** project is coordinated by the Ilmenau University of Technology（Germany） in cooperation with Gumpert Sportwagenmanufaktur GmbH（Germany）,senTec Elektronik GmbH（Germany）.Vilnius Gediminas Technical University（Lithuania）,and Szent Istvan University（Hungary）.The paper covers the following content:（1） State-ofthe-art of tyre pressure monitoring and control systems;（2） Simulation study to estimate the potential of high-dynamic tyre pressure adaptation to the actual driving situation and operational state of the tyres;（3） TPCS design procedure using complex simulation tool（AMESim,IPG CarMaker）;（4） Design of a data acquisition system with high sampling rate to monitor the tyre pressure and temperature;（5） Functional validation of the TPCS approach with experiments on the test rig and real *** of the laboratory and vehicle testing point out that the developed dynamic tyre pressure control system has an evident potential in increasing the vehicle safety and performance.

Endotracheal Metastasis from Colon Cancer: A Rare Case

Primary tracheal cancer is a well-known disease while metastases to the trachea from distant sites are exceedingly rare. We report a case of endotracheal metastasis from a colon cancer in a female, who underwent surgery for a sigmoid cancer with no metastases. Five years later, she was diagnosed with a solitary pulmonary metastasis and underwent a left lower lobectomy. After further two years, a tracheal metastasis was found. She was successfully treated with a tracheal resection. In conclusion, it is important to know that colorectal cancer may provide endotracheal metastases. Definitive and aggressive treatment of these metastases is advisable.

背景:慢性疼痛的治疗效果仍不理想。尽管现在治疗慢性疼痛的药物种类较多,但许多患者对疗效仍不满意或诉药物的副作用太大。越来越多的证据表明,免疫系统参与了伤害性和神经病理性慢性疼痛的病理过程。设计:在英国利物浦的专题会议上,专家们出示了免疫系统参与慢性疼痛的证据。近来的研究表明,静脉(IVIg)或皮下(SCIg)注射免疫调节药物——多价免疫球蛋白(Ig G)可缓解外周神经病理性疼痛和其他疼痛性疾病。专题会议讨论了IVIg和SCIg治疗的适应证、效价比及其副作用。结果:Ig G可缓解某些伤害性和神经病理性慢性疼痛,如糖尿病、干燥综合征、纤维肌痛症、复杂性区域疼痛综合征、小儿麻痹后遗症和继发于病理性自身抗体的疼痛。结论:Ig G对某些慢性疼痛具有一定的治疗前景。Ig G是一种相对安全的治疗方法,副作用少而轻,但价格较贵。今后有必要对Ig G治疗顽固性疼痛进行随机对照研究和预测性临床试验。

中国城市机动化和郊区化进程不断深入,传统商业区正迎来"提档升级"的挑战和机遇。以重庆市解放碑商圈为例,采用PLPS、问卷调查以及商户座谈的方法收集现状数据,据此对商圈步行交通发展条件及主要问题进行分析。提出创建全方位、适应不同特性的步行交通网络,以及具备复合功能、高品质的公共空间系统,进而制定六大规划策略。将步行交通系统网络划分为轨道交通入口广场、核心步行空间、城市道路、慢速道路、街巷等8种类型的公共空间,针对每种类型给出设计指引。最后,确定近期实施示范项目,开展方案设计。
