The current investigations are presented to solve the fractional order Hbv differential infection system(FO-Hbv-DIS)with the response of antibody immune using the optimization based stochastic schemes of the Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation(LMb)neural networks(NNs),i.e.,*** FO-Hbv-DIS with the response of antibody immune is categorized into five dynamics,healthy hepatocytes(H),capsids(D),infected hepatocytes(I),free virus(v)and antibodies(W).The investigations for three different FO variants have been tested numerically to solve the nonlinear *** data magnitudes are implemented 75%for training,10%for certification and 15%for testing to solve the FO-Hbv-DIS with the response of antibody *** numerical observations are achieved using the stochastic LMbNNs procedures for soling the FO-Hbv-DIS with the response of antibody immune and comparison of the results is presented through the database Adams-bashforth-Moulton *** authenticate the validity,competence,consistency,capability and exactness of the LMbNNs,the numerical presentations using the mean square error(MSE),error histograms(EHs),state transitions(STs),correlation and regression are accomplished.

The growth and ordering of C60 molecules on the WO2/W（110） surface have been studied by low-temperature scanning tunnelling microscopy and spectroscopy （STM and STS）, low-energy electron diffraction （LEED）, and density functional theory （DFT） calculations. The results indicate the growth of a well-ordered C60 layer on the WO2/W（110） surface in which the molecules form a close-packed hexagonal structure with a unit cell parameter equal to 0.95 nm. The nucleation of the C60 layer starts at the substrate＇s inner step edges. Low-temperature STM of C60 molecules performed at 78 K demonstrates well-resolved molecular orbitals within individual molecules. In the C60 monolayer on the WO2/W（110） surface, the molecules are aligned in one direction due to intermolecular interaction, as shown by the ordered molecular orbitals of individual C60. STS data obtained from the C60 monolayer on the WO2/W（110） surface are in good agreement with DFT calculations.

Acute gastrointestinal bleeding(GIb) can lead to significant morbidity and mortality without appropriate treatment. There are numerous causes of acute GIb including but not limited to infection, vascular anomalies, inflammatory diseases, trauma, and malignancy. The diagnostic and therapeutic approach of GIb depends on its location, severity, and etiology. The role of interventional radiology becomes vital in patients whose GIb remains resistant to medical and endoscopic treatment. Radiology offers diagnostic imaging studies and endovascular therapeutic interventions that can be performed promptly and effectively with successful outcomes. Computed tomography angiography and nuclear scintigraphy can localize the source of bleeding and provide essential information for the interventional radiologist to guide therapeutic management with endovascular angiography and transcatheter embolization. This review article provides insight into the essential role of Interventional Radiology in the management of acute GIb.

bACKGROUND Laparoscopic pancreaticoenteric anastomosis is one of the technically challenging steps of minimally invasive pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD),especially during the learning *** multiple randomized controlled trials and meta-analyses,the type of pancreatico-enteric anastomosis as a risk factor for post-pancreatectomy complications is ***,the ideal technique of pancreatic reconstruction during the learning curve of laparoscopic PD has not been well *** To compare the short-term outcomes of modified binding pancreaticogastrostomy(PG)and blumgart pancreaticojejunostomy(PJ)during learning curve of laparoscopic *** The first 25 patients with resectable pancreatic or periampullary tumors who underwent laparoscopic PD with modified binding PG or modified blumgart PJ between January 2015 and May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed to compare perioperative outcomes during the same learning curve.A single layer of the fullthickness purse-string suture was placed around the posterior gastrotomy in the modified binding *** the modified blumgart technique,only a single transpancreatic horizontal mattress suture was placed on either side of the pancreatic duct(total two sutures)to secure the pancreatic parenchyma to the ***,on the ventral surface,the knot is tied on the jejunal wall without going through the pancreatic *** pancreatectomy complications are graded as per the RESULTS During the study period,modified binding PG was performed in 27 patients and modified blumgart PJ in 29 *** demographic and clinical parameters of the first 25 patients included in both groups were *** end cholangiocarcinoma and ampullary adenocarcinoma were the primary indications for laparoscopic PD in both groups(32/50,64%).The median operative time for pancreatic reconstruction was significantly lower in the binding PG group(42 vs 58 min,P=0.01).The clinically relevant(Grade b/C)postoperative pancreatic fistula(POP

Adolescent tibial tuberosity injuries are infrequent fractures usually seen in physically active adolescent males. Powerful contraction of the knee extensors by sudden acceleration or deceleration of the quadriceps muscle can result in avulsion fractures of the tibial tuberosity apophysis. In late puberty, as the growth plate closes, it is transiently replaced by fibrocartilaginous elements. This transition causes a period of weakened tensile strength, which predisposes the tibial tuberosity to traction injury. Classification of tibial tuberosity fractures includes types I-v with added A and b subsets to types I, II and III. Multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) is a useful tool to more accurately classify complex, higher grade adolescent tibial tuberosity avulsion fractures when compared to plain film. This aids in preoperative planning and, therefore, results in improved treatment and management.
