Sensorless Control of Four-Switch Inverter for Brushless DC Motor Drive and Its Simulation

The major function of this proposed research is to control the speed of the brushless DC motor with sensor less control for four-switch three phase inverter. This proposed system is simplified the topological structure of the conventional six-switch three phase inverter. In this proposed method, a new structure of four-switch three phase inverter [1] with reduced number of switches for system is introduced to reduce the mechanical commutation, switching losses that occur in the six-switch method. The proposed inverter fed brushless DC motor used in sensorless control schemes which is used for sensing positioning signals. To improve sensor less control performance, four-switch electronic commutation modes based proportional intergral controller scheme is implemented. In this four-switch three phase inverter reduction of switches, low cost control and saving of hall sensor were incorporated. The feasibility of the proposed sensor less control four-switch three phase inverter fed brushless DC motor drive is implemented, analysed using MATLAB/SIMULINK, effective simulation results have been validated out successfully.

The association of scyphomedusae with invertebrates has been long known in the literature; especially with hyperiids amphipods. The association of echinoderms with jellyfish is not common and rarely recorded. We reported the association of the ophiuroid Ophiocnemis marnmrata with the rhizostome scyphomedusa Rhopilema hispidum collected in Vellar estuary （on the southeast coast of India）. O. marmorata is supposed to be a filter feeding ophiuroid, quite common in soft bottom of shallow waters. The brittle stars possibly seek for food supply, shelter and protection through the association.

Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS)have become a vital part in improving human lives and modern *** aims at enhancing road safety and environmental *** is a tremendous increase observed in the number of vehicles in recent years,owing to increasing *** vehicle has its own individual emission rate;however,the issue arises when the emission rate crosses a standard *** to the technological advances made in Artificial Intelligence(AI)techniques,it is easy to leverage it to develop prediction approaches so as to monitor and control air *** current research paper presents Oppositional Shark Shell Optimization with Hybrid Deep Learning Model for Air Pollution Monitoring(OSSOHDLAPM)in ITS *** proposed OSSO-HDLAPM technique includes a set of sensors embedded in vehicles to measure the level of *** addition,hybridized Convolution Neural Network with Long Short-Term Memory(HCNN-LSTM)model is used to predict pollutant level based on the data attained earlier by the *** HCNN-LSTM model,the hyperparameters are selected and optimized using OSSO *** order to validate the performance of the proposed OSSO-HDLAPM technique,a series of experiments was conducted and the obtained results showcase the superior performance of OSSO-HDLAPM technique under different evaluation parameters.

SMS 2.0: An Updated Database to Study the Structural Plasticity of Short Peptide Fragments in Non-redundant Proteins

The function of a protein molecule is greatly influenced by its three-dimensional （3D） structure and therefore structure prediction will help identify its biological function. We have updated Sequence, Motif and Structure （SMS）, the database of structurally rigid peptide fragments, by combining amino acid sequences and the corre- sponding 3D atomic coordinates of non-redundant （25%） and redundant （90%） protein chains available in the Protein Data Bank （PDB）. SMS 2.0 provides information pertaining to the peptide fragments of length 5-14 resi- dues. The entire dataset is divided into three categories, namely, same sequence motifs having similar, intermedi- ate or dissimilar 3D structures. Further, options are provided to facilitate structural superposition using the pro- gram structural alignment of multiple proteins （STAMP） and the popular JAVA plug-in （Jmol） is deployed for visualization. In addition, functionalities are provided to search for the occurrences of the sequence motifs in other structural and sequence databases like PDB, Genome Database （GDB）, Protein Information Resource （PIR） and Swiss-Prot. The updated database along with the search engine is available over the World Wide Web through the following URL http：//***/sms/.
