The present study aimed to assess the most appropriate rearing system for broiler housing in tropical regions using the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP).The research was done using data sampling from a field study carried out in eight mechanically-ventilated commercial broiler *** had positive ventilation(open-sided conventional system),and the other four had negative pressure systems,which were named according to the curtains color and light management(blue-house with blue curtains,and dark-house with black side curtains).The data from the field research(rearing dry-bulb temperature and relative humidity;ammonia and carbon dioxide concentrations;energy use;litter type and quality;and broiler performance)were organized,and the multi-criteria analysis AHP was *** the process,the decision-maker must define the problem and chose the criteria to evaluate the alternatives to make a suitable *** alternative selected needs to be according to the stakeholders’*** alternatives consisted of houses using three ventilation systems(conventional,blue-house,and dark-house).The different chosen criteria were the thermal and aerial environment,broiler productivity,energy consumption,and litter *** selected data collected from the field experiment and from current literature to subsidize the selection of the *** computation was done using field data results,knowledge from existing literature,and the expertise of three *** the first time,the AHP technique is applied to select the most suitable broiler housing,considering the complex variables involved in the *** indicated the conventional system as the most appropriate *** of the conventional system showed the highest scores on most criteria in the pairwise *** considered broiler performance,gasses concentration,and electricity cost,providing natural ventilation open-sided conventional house as the most appropriate rearing system

There is substantial public concern about the health risks of proximity to petrochemical *** the Haifa Bay Area(HBA),which contains Israel’s densest industrial area,these concerns have been strengthened by elevated cancer mortality rates since the late *** studied the association between adolescent exposure to industrial air pollution in the HBA and adult-onset *** is a historical cohort *** study population comprised 2,187,317 subjects,using the Israeli medical corps data linked to the Israel National Cancer Registry with follow-up of up to 45 *** assessments were estimated by a spatial kriging interpolation model of sO2,serving as a marker for the dispersion of air pollution emitted from the complex during the study *** found increased crude(HR=1.23,95%CI=1.17 to 1.29)and adjusted(HR=1.16,95%CI=1.10 to 1.21)risk of cancer with increased exposure to air pollution in *** associations remained robust in analyses stratified by decade and socio-economic *** found evidence of monotonically increased risk in five of 13 cancer categories(leukemia,melanoma,female breast,central nervous system,and thyroid tumors).Our findings strengthen the hypothesis that this exposure posed a carcinogenic risk during the study period.

A three-dimensional(3D)BurgersJ equation adopting perturbative methodology is derived to study the evolution of a shock wave with Landau quantized magnetic field in relativistic quantum *** characteristics of a shock wave in such a plasma under the influence of magnetic quantization,relativistic parameter and degenerate electron density are studied with assistance of steady state *** magnetic field has a noteworthy control,especially on the shock wave's amplitude in the lower range of the electron density,whereas the amplitude in the higher range of the electron density reduces *** rate of increase of shock wave potential is much higher(lower)with a magnetic Held in the lower(higher)range of electron *** the relativistic factor,the shock wave's amplitude increases significantly and the rate of increase is higher(lower)for lower(higher)electron *** combined effect of the increase of relativistic factor and the magnetic field on the strength of the shock wave,results in the highest value of the wave potential in the lower range of the degenerate electron density.

A new search for two-neutrino double-beta(2vββ) decay of136Xe to the 01+excited state of136Ba is performed with the full EXO-200 dataset.A deep learning-based convolutional neural network is used to discriminate signal from background *** detection efficiency is increased relative to previous searches by EXO-200 by more than a factor of *** the addition of the Phase Ⅱ dataset taken with an upgraded detector,the median 90%confidence level half-life sensitivity of 2vββ decay to the 01+state of136Ba is 2.9 × 1024yr using a total136Xe exposure of 234.1 kg *** statistically significant evidence for 2vββ decay to the 01+state is observed,leading to a lower limit of T1/22v(0+→01+)>1.4×1024yr at 90% confidence level,improved by 70% relative to the current world’s best constraint.

In this paper,the results of exploration macrostructure and microstructure of continuous cast copper bars are shown. Quantitative parameters of copper cast bars depending on the speed of continuous casting are rated. It is fixed that independent of speed of casting the macrocrystalline columnar structure consisting of four zones is formed. By means of raster electron microscopy,the microstructure of cast copper is studied. It is determined that the accumulations of eutectic Cu-Cu2O in the form of lines and gas pores by size from 2 to 35 microns at the boundaries grain are observed. With the use of the transmission electron microscope,specific dislocation configuration on cast copper sub-boundary grains is determined. It indicates to high-temperature strain of cupper in the course of cast bar solidification. The important finding can be used for the design technology of copper continuous casting and plastic working of cast bars.

New theoretical calculations are performed to investigate the Coulomb proximity and angular momentum effects on multifragmentation picture for84kr+112,124 sn collisions at an incident beam energy of 35 Me V/*** and isotopic distributions and the mean neutron-to-proton ratios of the fragments are reproduced within the microcanonical Markov chain calculations on the basis of statistical Multifragmentation Model. It is shown that the Coulomb interactions and angular momentum effects are very important to reproduce isotopic composition of nuclear fragments in peripheral heavy-ion collisions at Fermi energies. Our results imply that it is possible to investigate in laboratories the modification of structure parameters of fragments, such as the symmetry energy coefficient, at subnuclear densities in dense environment of other species.

The performance of engineered wood products is highly associated with proper bonding and an efﬁcient cutting *** paper investigates the inﬂuence of CO_(2) laser cutting on the wetting properties,the modiﬁed che-mical component of the laser-cut surface,and the strength and adhesive penetration near the ***-wood is cut by the laser with varying processing parameters,cutting speeds,gas pressures,and focal point *** laser-cut samples were divided into two groups,sanded and non-sanded *** acetate adhesive(PVAc)was used to bond the groups of laser-cut *** assembly with cold pressing,the tensile shear test was carried *** modelling was carried out to determine the partial elongation and shear strain of the glue *** on this,the shear modulus and linear elasticity of the glue line were ***-ning electron microscopy was used to assess the adhesive penetration into the porosity structure of the laser-cut samples,and the depth of the heat-affected *** laser-cut surface was analysed by Fourier transform infrared *** wetting properties of the laser-cut surface were investigated by using a contact angle *** numerical model of the strain-stress curve conﬁrmed the experimental *** highest modulus of the linear elasticity of the glue in the numerical calculation belongs to the joint containing laser-cut samples at a gas pressure of 21(bar).The penetration depth of PVAc adhesive into the porosity structure of the laser-cut sam-ples was similar to that of sawn *** deepest heat-affected zone in the laser-cut samples was 150µm.A PVAc drop disappeared immediately on the laser-cut surface without sanding,but gradually on the sanded *** contrast,the drop on the sawn surface remained with an angle of 32°–48°.The degradation of hemi-cellulose and lignin was proven by the lower intensity of the C=O and C-O Bonds,compared to the sawn surface.
