Global pandemics caused by influenza or coronaviruses cause severe disruptions to public health and lead to high morbidity and *** remains a medical need for vaccines against these ***(cytomegalovirus)is aβ-herpesvirus that induces uniquely robust immune responses in which remarkably large populations of antigen-specific CD8+T cells are maintained for a ***,CMV has been proposed and investigated as a novel vaccine vector for expressing antigenic peptides or proteins to elicit protective cellular immune responses against numerous *** generated two recombinant murine CMV(MCMV)vaccine vectors expressing hemagglutinin(HA)of influenza A virus(MCMV^(HA))or the spike protein of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(MCMV^(s)).A single injection of MCMVs expressing either viral protein induced potent neutralizing antibody responses,which strengthened over ***,MCMV^(HA)-vaccinated mice were protected from illness following challenge with the influenza virus,and we excluded that this protection was due to the effects of memory T ***,we show here that MCMV vectors induce not only long-term cellular immunity but also humoral responses that provide long-term immune protection against clinically relevant respiratory pathogens.

In-plane angular correlations between light charged particles and fragments with different charge number were measured in a ^(84)kr+^(27)Al reaction at 8.5 MeV/*** asymmetry in the angular correlation relative to the beam direction was found which cannot be explained in the fusion-fission reaction mechanism *** may imply the domination of deeply inelastic collisions over the complete fusion in the reaction.

This article outlines the major scientific objectives of the sHui project that seeks to optimize soil and water use in agricultural systems in the EU and China,by considering major current scientific challenges in this ***(for soil Hydrology research platform underpinning innovation to manage water scarcity in European and Chinese cropping systems)is large cooperative project that aims to provide significant advances through transdisciplinary research at multiple scales(plot,field,catchment and region).This paper explains our research platform of long-term experiments established at plot scale,approaches taken to integrate crop and hydrological models at field scale;coupled crop models and satellite-based observations at regional scales;decision support systems for specific farming situations;and the integration of these technologies to provide policy recommendations through socio-economic analysis of the impact of soil and water saving *** also outlines the training of stake-holders to develop a basic common curriculum despite the subject being distributed across different disciplines and *** such,this article provides a review of major challenges for improving soil and water use in EU and China as well as information about the potential to access information made available by sHui,and to allow others to engage with the project.

In this paper we explore the formation of bars and present the bulge and bar properties and their correlations for a sample of lenticular barred(sB0)and lenticular unbarred(s0)galaxies in the central region of the Coma Cluster using HsT/ACs *** our sample,we identified bar features using the luminosity profile decomposition software *** classified the bulges based on sérsic index and Kormendy *** found that the average mass of the bulge in sB0 galaxies is 1.48×10^(10)M☉whereas the average mass of the bulge in s0 galaxies is 4.3×10^(10)M☉.We observe that sB0 galaxies show lower bulge concentration,low mass and also smaller B/T values compared to s0 *** the Kormendy relation,we found that among the lenticular barred galaxies,82%have classical bulges and 18%have pseudo *** classical bulges have low masses compared to the classical bulges of unbarred galaxies.s0,galaxies with massive classical bulges do not host *** also found that for all sB0s the bulge effective radius is less than the bar effective ***0 galaxies with classical bulges suggest that the bar may have formed by mergers.

Background:After promising initial results from the administration of a third(booster)dose of the BNT162b2 messenger RNA vaccine(Pfizer-BioNTech)to persons 60 years of age or older,the booster campaign in Israel was gradually expanded to persons in younger age groups who had received a second dose at least 5 months ***:We extracted data for the period from July 30 to October 10,2021,from the Israel Ministry of Health database regarding 4,696,865 persons 16 years of age or older who had received two doses of BNT162b2 at least 5 months *** the primary analysis,we compared the rates of confirmed coronavirus disease 2019(Covid-19),severe illness,and death among those who had received a booster dose at least 12 days earlier(booster group)with the rates among those who had not received a booster(nonbooster group).In a secondary analysis,we compared the rates in the booster group with the rates among those who had received a booster 3 to 7 days earlier(early postbooster group).We used Poisson regression models to estimate rate ratios after adjusting for possible confounding factors.

In this paper,we set up dynamic solitary perturb solutions of a unidirectional stochastic longitudinal wave equation in a magneto-electro-elastic annular bar by a feasible,useful,and influential method named the dual(G’/G,1/G)-expansion *** software,like Mathematica,is used to complete this *** obtained solutions of the proposed equation are classified into trigonometric,hyperbolic,and rational types which play an important role in searching for numerous scientific *** technique employed here is an extension of the(G’/G)-expansion technique for finding all previously discovered *** illustrate our findings more clearly,we provide 2D and 3D charts of the various recovery *** then contrasted our findings with those of past *** graphical illustrations of the acquired solutions are singular periodic solitons and kink solitons which are added at the end of this paper.

膜分离技术因其设备投资小、低能源消耗和稳定性能在水处理中发挥着重要作用。然而,分离膜固有的渗透性-选择性的权衡效应仍然是制约膜分离技术广泛应用的重大障碍。共价有机框架材料(COF)是一种高度稳定且完全由有机分子组成的结晶框架材料,其多样化结构特性引起科学家们的关注。目前,基于COFs纳滤膜的制备研究仍然缺乏简便而温和的方法。界面聚合(IP)过程是一种成熟的纳滤膜制备方法。因此,本研究尝试通过界面聚合过程制备高性能COFs纳滤膜,并研究其有机污染物的脱除过程。本研究采用界面聚合技术制备了一种具有高渗透通量和截留率的COFs纳滤膜。首先,实验采用1,2,3-三氨基胍盐酸盐(TAGH)为水相单体,2,5-二羟基对苯二甲醛(Dha)为有机相单体,通过界面聚合反应在聚砜(Psf)基膜表面成功制备出连续无缺陷的共价有机框架纳滤膜。实验采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(sEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对COFs纳滤膜进行结构表征,分析COFs纳滤膜的化学组成、表面形貌和晶态结构,从而验证COFs选择层的成功制备。实验系统评价了COFs纳滤膜的渗透选择性能。采用制备的TAGH-Dha/Psf纳滤膜在25°C和3 bar的操作压力下对染料分子的水溶液进行分离,其渗透通量约为40.2L·m·h·bar,对CB-T和CR染料分子的截留率高于98%,AF的截留率为95.3%,MB的截留率为95%,AO7的截留率为89%。进而,采用制备的TAGH-Dha/Psf纳滤膜在25°C和3 bar的操作压力下对1000 ppm NasO溶液进行分离,其渗透通量为19.9 Lmh,NasO截留率为12.8%。与文献报道的COFs纳滤膜相比,制备的TAGH-Dha/Psf膜表现出较高的渗透通量和染料脱除性能。因此,本工作成功在多孔基底上制备具有良好渗透选择性能和稳定性能的COFs纳滤膜,在有机污染物去除方面具有一定的应用潜力。

Objective:To compare the protective effects of chitosan-trypolyphosphate(Cs-TPP) nanoparticle conjugated chloroquine(CQ) with effect of CQ alone on the reversal of splenic damages and induction of ***:Different researches have been carried out to explore the potential role of chitosan based drug delivery system against parasitic *** successive Plasmodium berghei NK65 parasiste infection by intraperitoneal injection in swiss mice and subsequent parasite development,the ROs generation,anti-apoptotic and pro apoptotic protein levels in spleen were *** analyze caspases,flow cytometry study was performed with annexin 桋-FITC and with PI ***:The results revealed that ROs mediated caspase 3 and 9 activation and the induction of apoptosis occurred during the parasitic ***,Cs-TPP conjugated CQ was relatively better in reversing the splenic damage compared with similar effects of CQ ***:This study indicates that Plasmodium berghei NK65 induces apoptosis in the *** study further shows that Cs-TPP nanoparticles conjugation with CQ have positive influence on the recovery of damaged host's system towards maintenance of normal homeostasis,and this is shown to be selective to Cs-TPP conjugated CQ treated animals only.

since last two decades,the Portland Pozzolane Cement(PPC)is extensively used in structural ***,till to date,a few literature is available on bond strength of concrete using PPC *** are many literatures available on bond strength of concrete mixes using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC).Hence,a comparative study was conducted on bond strength between OPC and PPC *** the present investigation,total 24 samples consisting of M20,M35 and M50 grades of concrete and 16 and 25 mm diameter of TMT bar were tested for 7 and 28 *** pullout bond test was conducted on each specimen as per Is:2770-1967/1997[1]and the results were observed at 0.25 mm slip at loaded end called as critical bond stress and at maximum bond load called as maximum bond *** was observed that the critical bond strength of PPC mixes is 10%higher than OPC ***,marginal improvement was noticed in maximum bond strength of PPC ***,based on these findings,it could be concluded that development length for PPC mixes could be reduced by 10%as compared with same grade of OPC mixes.
