The application of blockchain beyond cryptocurrencies has received increasing attention from industry and scholars *** predicted looming food crises,some of the most impactful deployments of blockchains are likely to concern food supply *** study outlined how blockchain adoption can result in positive affordances in the food supply *** Q-methodology,this study explored the current status of the agri-food supply chain and how blockchain technology could be useful in addressing existing *** theorization leads to the proposition of the 3TIC value-driver framework for determining the enabling affordances of blockchain that would increase shared value for ***,we propose a framework based on the most promising features of blockchain technology to overcome current challenges in the agri-food *** value-driver framework is driven by the Q-study findings of respondents closely associated with the agri-food supply *** framework can provide supply chain stakeholders with a clear perception of blockchain affordances and serve as a guideline for utilizing appropriate features of technology that match organizations’capabilities,core competencies,goals,and ***,it could assist top-level decision-makers in systematically evaluating parts of the organization to focus on and improve the infrastructure for successful blockchain implementation along the agri-food supply *** conclude by noting certain significant challenges that must be carefully addressed to successfully adopt blockchain technology.

Indium tin oxide （ITO） thin films have been deposited using RF sputtering technique at different pressures, RF powers, and substrate temperatures. Variations in surface morphology, optical properties, and film resistances were measured and analyzed. It is shown that a very low value of sheet resistance （1.96 Ω/sq.） can be achieved with suitable arrangement of the deposition experiments. First, at constant RF power, deposition at different pressure values is done, and the condition for achieving minimum sheet resistance （26.43 Ω/sq.） is found. In the next step, different values of RF powers are tried, while keeping the pressure fixed on the previously found minimum point （1-2 Pa）. Finally, the minimum resistivity is obtained by sweeping the substrate temperatures, while keeping RF power and the working pressure at their optimum values. Furthermore, the effects of process parameters on properties, such as the surface morphology and the optical transmission, are discussed. Although the point of minimum resistivity does not coincide with that of the maximum transparency of ITO film, relatively acceptable values of transmittance （approximately 75% on a glass substrate with intrinsic transparency of 89%） can be obtained.

The increasing demana for advanced modelling methods, which can reflect complex travel activities of individuals, requires enhanced travel data collection methods. The introduction of GPS-assisted data collection methods has provided an alternative to the conventional methods of travel data collection. GPS-assisted data collection methods improve the accu- racy of data collection and enable capturing more details of individuals＇ travel behaviour. Recent technological advancements in smartphone-based positioning technologies and communication facilities have opened up new opportunities to apply smartphones as the media of GPS-assisted data collection. Although, different GPS-assisted methods have been employed recently, their performance has not been widely evaluated in real-world experi- ments compared to traditional data collection methods. Accordingly, this paper evaluates the performance of three GPS-assisted methods, namely handheld GPS tracking, smart- phone-based GPS tracking and smartphone-based prompted-recall data collection methods, in conjunction with the web-based data collection to shed light on different aspects of GPS- assisted data collection methods. These methods are compared in terms of the quality and accuracy of the collected data, the demographic attributes of participants and the specifi- cations of labelled trips. The results show that an appropriate employment of smartphones enhances the accuracy of data collection. It is also found that putting an extra burden on participants during a travel data collection survey results in lower trip-rates and poor data quality. Finally, it is found that the application of smartphone-assisted data collection methods help reporting non-motorised trips more accurately.

Nowadays, ocean energy has attracted more attention among the researchers due to its massive energy potential. As designing, constructing and testing prototypes are both expensive and time consuming, recently, many researchers have developed numerical wave tanks to simulate the behaviour of the waves as well as the interaction of waves with wave energy converters. This paper aims to model numerical wave tanks, using waves2Foam-a solver within Open FOAM, to show the propagation of waves, as well as different wave breaking types. Firstly, a flat-bottom wave tank is modelled in order to simulate both generation and absorption of the waves. Such results are benchmarked against laboratory experiments data and the comparison between simulation and experiment results showed a good agreement. Furthermore, some additional cases are modelled to assess the capability of waves2 Foam in absorption of waves’ reflection from the outlet boundary. Secondly, different sloped wave tanks are modelled to investigate the capability of waves2 Foam in properly simulating wave breakings. Results demonstrated that waves2 Foam is not only able to well simulate wave generation and absorption but it is also able to simulate all types of wave breaking. This work presents waves2 Foam as powerful toolbox which can properly model waves based on different wave theories. However, some limitations of the solver were identified.

The mobile industry has always strived to have an "all capable" mobile devices that provide end-users with unlimited performance and simply utmost reliability. This has lead to an unending technological pursuit of arming these devices with the best possible applications so as to have them meet these demanding end-user requirements. The technology has to be state- of the-art and providing more navigational adventure that is more fulfilling and meeting the present situations. So this paper proposes mobile Augmented Reality （AR） application called Augmented Reality Logo Analyzer （ AReLA） that can help users get the best out of logos they come across almost every day by simply "superimposing" more information in a logo using a Symbian OS operated mobile device.

Multi-objective optimization of building energy performance and indoor thermal comfort: A new method using artificial bee colony(ABC)

The aim of this paper is to present a powerful simulation-based multi-objective optimization of building energy efficiency and indoor thermal comfort to obtain the optimal solutions of the comfort-energy efficient configurations of building envelope. The optimization method is developed by integrating a multi-objective artificial bee colony(MOABC) optimization algorithm implemented in MATLAB with EnergyP lus building energy simulation tool. The proposed optimization approach is applied to a single office room; and the building parameters, including the room rotation, window size, cooling and heating setpoint temperatures, glazing and wall material properties are considered as decision variables. In the present study, single-objective and multi-objective optimization analyses of the total annual building electricity consumption and the Predicted Percentage of Dissatisfied(PPD)are investigated to bring down the total energy cost as well as the thermal discomfort in four major climate regions of Iran, i.e. temperate, warm-dry, warm-humid and cold ones. In the results part,the achieved optimal solutions are presented in the form of Pareto fronts to reveal the mutual impacts of variables on the building energy consumption and the thermal discomfort. Finally, the ultimate optimum solution on the Pareto fronts are selected by TOPSIS decision-making method and the results of double-objective minimization problem are compared with the single-objective ones as well as the base design. The results of double-objective optimization problem indicate that in different climates, even though the total building electricity consumption increases a bit about2.9-11.3%, the PPD significantly decreases about 49.1-56.8%compared to the baseline model. In addition, the comparisons of single-objective and double-objective optimization approaches clearly show that multi-objective optimization methods yield more appropriate results respect to the single ones, mainly because of the lower deviati

我们提出了运动不耐受(motion sickness,MS),视觉诱发运动不耐受(visually induced motion sickness,VIMS),运动病(motion sickness disorder,MSD)和视觉诱发运动病(visually induced motion sickness disorder,VIMSD)的诊断标准,这些标准将被纳入国际前庭疾病分类。MS和VIMS是一种正常生理反应,几乎所有人都可能出现,但在某些情况下,个体对这种反应的易感性和严重性过高则被认为是一种疾病。本文提供了对由躯体运动或视觉运动引起的症状和体征的评价标准及个体反应严重程度是否可构成疾病诊断的指南。MS和VIMS的诊断标准包括由于暴露于躯体运动或视觉运动所引发的不良反应,通常导致在以下方面出现严重程度大于最低限度的症状或体征:恶心和/或胃肠道功能紊乱、体温调节功能紊乱、觉醒水平改变、头晕和/或眩晕、头痛和/或眼疲劳。这些症状/体征在暴露于运动状态时出现,随着暴露时间延长而加重,最终随运动结束而消失。当相同或相似的刺激反复诱发MS或VIMS发作,其严重程度在反复暴露后没有明显减轻,且因症状/体征而调整活动状态、避免参与诱发不耐受的运动刺激或负性情绪反应时,即可诊断为MSD和VIMSD。MS/MSD和VIMS/VIMSD可以单独出现,也可同时出现。由躯体运动或视觉运动刺激诱发的症状严重程度个体差异较大,并且同一个体也会因年龄、适应能力及合并疾病的变化而发生改变。本文探讨了评估MS症状的主要方法,易出现MS和VIMS相关情境以及导致易感性增加相关的个体特征。对上述环境和个人因素特征的准确评估及理解,将有助于MSD和VIMSD的诊断优化。
