Kansei engineering, also known as k, unsei ergonomics or emotional engineering, aims at analysing and incorporating customer＇s feeling and demands into product function and product design. Founded in the late 1970＇s, kansei is now considered as a key consumer-oriented technology for new product development. This paper described a system called FuzEmotion for the purpose of assessing the kansei aspects of a product by considering design attributes of a product. Fuzzy logic is used to represent kansei words and process fuzzy input. The system has been successfully implemented to ascertain gender inclination of a mobile phone. Principal parameters of a mobile phone are considered, i.e., length, width, thickness, and mass. The system can inform gender inclination of a mobile phone with accuracy up to 76 %. This is based on a set of 92 mobile phone samples from the five major mobile phone manufacturers.

目的:观察调Q激光联合氨甲环酸治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮(Erythematous telangiectasia rosacea,ETR)的疗效。方法:选取2022年9月-2023年6月武汉中南医院收治的90例ETR患者,采用随机数字表法分为三组,每组30例。对照1组采用修护保湿霜,同时予以氨甲环酸湿敷治疗;对照2组采用强脉冲光(Intense pulsed light,IPL),同时予以氨甲环酸湿敷治疗;实验组采用调Q激光,同时予以氨甲环酸治疗。比较三组持续性红斑评估量表(Clinician’s erythema assessment,CEA)、丘疹脓疱研究者整体评估分级量表(Investigator’s global assessment,IGA)、临床疗效、皮肤屏障功能、生活质量[痤疮特异性生活质量问卷(Acne-Quality of Life,Acne-QoL)]和不良反应。结果:治疗后,三组CEA和IGA评分均降低,实验组对照2组(80.00%)>对照1组(53.33%),两两对比差异有统计学意义(均P对照2组>对照1组,三组经皮水分流失量均减少,实验组对照2组>对照1组,两两对比差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。三组均未发生明显的不良反应。结论:调Q激光联合氨甲环酸治疗ETR可提高临床疗效,并能够减轻皮损症状,修复皮肤屏障功能,提高患者生活质量,安全可靠。

In the speech recognition system,the acoustic model is an important underlying model,and its accuracy directly affects the performance of the entire *** paper introduces the construction and training process of the acoustic model in detail and studies the Connectionist temporal classification(CTC)algorithm,which plays an important role in the end-to-end framework,established a convolutional neural network(CNN)combined with an acoustic model of Connectionist temporal classification to improve the accuracy of speech *** study uses a sound sensor,ReSpeakerMic Array v2.0.1,to convert the collected speech signals into text or corresponding speech signals to improve communication and reduce noise and hardware *** baseline acousticmodel in this study faces challenges such as long training time,high error rate,and a certain degree of *** model is trained through continuous design and improvement of the relevant parameters of the acousticmodel,and finally the performance is selected according to the evaluation ***,which reduces the error rate to about 18%,thus improving the accuracy ***,comparative verificationwas carried out from the selection of acoustic feature parameters,the selection of modeling units,and the speaker’s speech rate,which further verified the excellent performance of the CTCCNN_5+BN+Residual model *** terms of experiments,to train and verify the CTC-CNN baseline acoustic model,this study uses THCHS-30 and ST-CMDS speech data sets as training data sets,and after 54 epochs of training,the word error rate of the acoustic model training set is 31%,the word error rate of the test set is stable at about 43%.This experiment also considers the surrounding environmental *** the noise level of 80∼90 dB,the accuracy rate is 88.18%,which is the worst performance among all *** contrast,at 40–60 dB,the accuracy was as high as 97.33%due to less noise pollution.

This study mainly uses the concept of the Internet of Things(IoT)to establish a smart house with an indoor,comfortable,environmental,and real-time monitoring *** the smart house,this investigation employed the temperature-and humidity-sensing module and the lightness module to monitor any con-dition for an intelligent-living *** data of temperature,humidity,and lightness are transmitted wirelessly to the human-machine *** correlation of the weight of the extension theory is used to analyze the ideal and comfortable environment so that people in the indoor environment can feel better thermal comfort and *** this study,improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)is employed—an effective evolutionary method used to search the function *** is simple and has a fast *** convergence accuracy of this algorithm is not high at the beginning,and it can easily fall into the local extreme *** effect of the inertia weight in mix extension theory and PSO becomes IPSO-Extension Neural Network(ENN),which was analyzed and found *** by the idea of power function,a new non-linear strategy for decreasing inertia weight(DIW)was proposed based on the existing linear ***,a novel hierarchical multi-sensor data fusion algorithm adopting this strategy was presented,and the weight factor of the data fusion was *** distinctive feature of this algorithm is its capability of fusing data in a near-optimal manner when there is no available information about the reliability of the information sources,the degree of redundancy/complementarities of the information sources,and the structure of the *** obtained effective information from the fusion data,successfully removed the noise disturbance,and achieved favorable results.

The Internet of Things has grown rapidly in recent years,and the technologies related to it have been widely used in various *** idea of this paper is to build a set of Internet of Things systems in a smart home wireless network environment,with the purpose of providing people with a more comfortable,convenient,and safe *** the sensing layer of the Internet of Things,we discuss the uses of common sensing technologies on the Internet and combine these with Arduino microprocessors to integrate temperature sensing modules,humidity sensing modules,gas sensing modules,and particulate matter 2.5(PM2.5)sensing *** the network layer,we discuss using the Wi-Fi wireless networking function composed of a home router and a wireless Wi-Fi chip Espressif system 8266(ESP8266)to transmit the collected home-sensing data to the ThingSpeak cloud ***,in the application layer part,the system uses a mobile device with fuzzy calculation optimization *** system is also connected remotely for home environment monitoring,so the home environment can be optimized anytime,anywhere.

In recent years,conductive hydrogels have become a promising candidate for application in fields such as tissue engineering and flexible electronic devices because of their conductivity,soft and wet ***,the preparation of tough and uniformly conductive hydrogels remains challenging because conductive nanofillers tend to aggregate during hydrogel ***,a hydrophilic polymer assistant dispersion strategy is proposed to fabricate a tough,conductive composite hydrogel with doublenetwork based on well-dispersed carbon nanotubes(CNTs).In particular,A@T_(2.0)/polyacrylamide(PAM)hydrogels showed a tensile strength of 332.9 kPa,elongation of 584.6%,Young’s modulus of 91.5 kPa,and conductivity of 2.765 S m^(-1),and a demonstration was performed to show the strain sensing for health monitoring and *** showed that the fabricated conductive hydrogels offer promising and broad insights in the field of wearable sensors for health monitoring,innovative electronics,and human-machine interactions.

AIM: To determine the number of regulatory T cells (Tregs) in gastric mucosa of patients with gastritis, peptic ulcers and gastric cancer. METHODS: This study was a retrospective analysis of gastric antrum biopsy specimens from healthy controls (n = 22) and patients with gastritis (n = 30), peptic ulcer (n = 83), or gastric cancer (n = 32). Expression of CD4, CD25 and Foxp3 was determined by immunohistochemistry in three consecutive sections per ***: Compared with healthy controls, there was an increased number of CD25+ and Foxp3+ cells in patients with gastritis (P = 0.004 and P = 0.008), peptic ulcer (P < 0.001 and P < 0.001), and gastric cancer (P < 0.001 and P < 0.001). The ratio of CD25+/CD4+ or Foxp3+/CD4+ cells was also significantly higher in all disease groups (P < 0.001, respectively). The number of CD4+, CD25+, and Foxp3+ cells, and the ratio of CD25+/CD4+ and Foxp3+/CD4+ cells, were associated with the histological grade of the specimens, including acute inflammation, chronic inflammation, lymphoid follicle number, and Helicobacter pylori infection. The number of CD4+, CD25+ and Foxp3+ cells, and the ratio of CD25+/CD4+ and Foxp3+/CD4+ cells, were negatively associated with intestinal metaplasia among gastritis (P < 0.001, P < 0.001, P < 0.001, P = 0.002 and P = 0.002) and peptic ulcer groups (P = 0.013, P = 0.004, P < 0.001, P = 0.040 and P = 0.003).

As the COVID-19 epidemic spread across the globe,people around the world were advised or mandated to wear masks in public places to prevent its spreading *** some cases,not wearing a mask could result in a *** monitor mask wearing,and to prevent the spread of future epidemics,this study proposes an image recognition system consisting of a camera,an infrared thermal array sensor,and a convolutional neural network trained in mask *** infrared sensor monitors body temperature and displays the results in real-time on a liquid crystal display *** proposed system reduces the inefficiency of traditional object detection by providing training data according to the specific needs of the user and by applying You Only Look Once Version 4(YOLOv4)object detection technology,which experiments show has more efficient training parameters and a higher level of accuracy in object *** datasets are uploaded to the cloud for storage using Google Colaboratory,saving human resources and achieving a high level of efficiency at a low cost.
