BACKGROUND The success of liver resection relies on the ability of the remnant liver to *** of the knowledge regarding the pathophysiological basis of liver regeneration comes from rodent studies,and data on humans are ***,there is limited knowledge about the preoperative factors that influence postoperative *** To quantify postoperative remnant liver volume by the latest volumetric software and investigate perioperative factors that affect posthepatectomy liver *** A total of 268 patients who received partial hepatectomy were *** were grouped into right hepatectomy/trisegmentectomy(RH/Tri),left hepa-tectomy(LH),segmentectomy(Seg),and subsegmentectomy/nonanatomical hepatectomy(Sub/Non)*** regeneration index(RI)and late rege-neration rate were defined as(postoperative liver volume)/[total functional liver volume(TFLV)]×100 and(RI at 6-months-RI at 3-months)/RI at 6-months,*** lower 25th percentile of RI and the higher 25th percentile of late regeneration rate in each group were defined as“low regeneration”and“delayed regeneration”.“Restoration to the original size”was defined as regeneration of the liver volume by more than 90%of the TFLV at 12 months *** The numbers of patients in the RH/Tri,LH,Seg,and Sub/Non groups were 41,53,99 and 75,*** RI plateaued at 3 months in the LH,Seg,and Sub/Non groups,whereas the RI increased until 12 months in the RH/Tri *** to our multivariate analysis,the preoperative albumin-bilirubin(ALBI)score was an independent factor for low regeneration at 3 months[odds ratio(OR)95%CI=2.80(1.17-6.69),P=0.02;per 1.0 up]and 12 months[OR=2.27(1.01-5.09),P=0.04;per 1.0 up].Multivariate analysis revealed that only liver resection percentage[OR=1.03(1.00-1.05),P=0.04]was associated with delayed ***,multivariate analysis demonstrated that the preoperative ALBI score[OR=2.63(1.00-1.05),P=0.02;per 1.

目的研究秦艽Gentiana macrophylla干燥根部的化学成分及抗炎保肝活性。方法采用多种色谱学方法对秦艽正丁醇和水层萃取物进行系统的分离纯化;采用脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导的RAW 264.7巨噬细胞中炎症因子白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)的表达为指标,评价各化合物的抗炎活性;采用对乙酰氨基酚(paracetamol,APAP)诱导人肝细胞(LO2)为模型,研究对APAP诱导LO2细胞损伤的抑制作用,以评价各化合物的保肝活性。结果从秦艽70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定11个化合物,分别为(+)-秦艽酸甲(1a)、(−)-秦艽酸甲(1b)、gentiananoside A(2)、3′-O-β-D-葡萄糖基龙胆苦苷(3)、chinshanol A(4)、8-羟基-落叶松脂醇-4'-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(5)、berchemol(6)、6-去甲氧基茵陈色原酮(7)、1-(β-D-ribofuranosyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazone(8)、尿嘧啶苷(9)、β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基苯甲酸酯(10)和2-苯乙基-βD-吡喃葡萄糖(11)。活性研究显示,化合物1b对IL-6的分泌抑制效果明显;化合物1、1a、1b、2、8可降低APAP诱导的LO2细胞损伤中的丙氨酸转氨酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)和天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)水平。结论化合物1a和1b为1对新的苯并二氢吡喃光学异构体,化合物2~3为环烯醚萜类化合物,化合物4~6为木脂素类化合物,还含有黄酮、苯环衍生物等,化合物4~5、8、10为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物9为首次从该植物中分离得到;部分化合物显示出良好的抗炎保肝作用前景。

For high performance manufacturing of micro parts and features,a hybrid chemical modification strategy is proposed to decrease critical energy barrier of mechanical removal of hard and brittle crystal material by refining localized machining *** strategy,namely UVlight and IR-laser hybrid chemical modification(UVIR-CM)strategy,includes two steps,an ultraviolet light(UV-light)catalytic advanced oxidation and an infrared laser(IR-laser)assisted selective modification based on Fenton liquid–solid reaction for monocrystalline *** modification effects of UVIR-CM strategy were investigated by surface morphology micro-observation,crosssection transmission electron microscopy(TEM)observation,Raman spectroscopy analysis and nanoindentation *** results demonstrated that varied degrees of laser texturing appeared on different strategy samples’IR-laser scanned *** the IR-laser thermal damage has been successfully inhibited due to the refraction and reflection of energy by bubbles in liquid *** for the UVIR-CM strategy,a uniform and amorphous silicate layer is detected in a certain *** UV-light promotes oxidation cycle ability of the chemical solution and ensures sufficient oxide modified layer for subsequent *** to synergism of photochemical,photothermal and kinetic effects induced by IR-laser,the modified layer displays layered structure with about 600 nm thickness,(2.7±0.60)GPa nanohardness,and(93.7±22.9)GPa indentation *** the layered structure is amorphous layer,nanocrystal and micro-twins layer from the surface to the interior of ***,it reveals that the subsequent mechanical removal will become easy due to decreasing energy barrier of monocrystalline silicon in selective ***,its original excellent mechanical properties also are maintained under a certain *** results contribute to develop a novel combined micro-machining technology to achieve collaborative manufacturin

Capillary filling in small length scale is an important process in nanotechnology and microfabrication. When one end of the tube or channel is sealed, it is important to consider the escape of the trapped gas. We develop a dynamic model on capillary filling in closed-end tubes, based on the diffusion-convection equation and Henry＇s law of gas dissolution. We systematically investigate the filling dynamics for various sets of parameters, and compare the results with a previous model which assumes a linear density profile of dissolved gas and neglect the convective term.

Straight Darrieus wind turbine has attractive characteristics such as the ability to accept wind from random direction and easy installation and maintenance. But its aerodynamic performance is very complicated,especially for the existence of dynamic stall. How to get better aerodynamic performance arouses lots of interests in the design procedure of a straight Darrieus wind turbine. In this paper,mainly the effects of number of blades and tip speed ratio are discussed. Based on the numerical investigation,an assumed asymmetric straight Darrieus wind turbine is proposed to improve the averaged power coefficient. As to the numerical method,the flow around the turbine is simulated by solving the 2D unsteady Navier-Stokes equation combined with continuous equation. The time marching method on a body-fitted coordinate system based on MAC (Marker-and-Cell) method is used. O-type grid is generated for the whole calculation domain. The characteristics of tangential and normal force are discussed related with dynamic stall of the blade. Averaged power coefficient per period of rotating is calculated to evaluate the eligibility of the turbine.

A Large Eddy Simulation (LES) technique was applied to solve the turbulentchannel flow for Re_τ = 150 . Three types of turbulence models are employed, such as theSmagorinsky model, the Dynamic Sub-Grid Scale(SGS) model and the Generalized Normal Stress (GNS)model. The simulated data in time series for the LES were averaged in both time and space to carryout the statistical analysis. Results of LES were compared with that of a DNS. As an application, aLES technique was used for 2D body in order to check the validation by investigating the turbulentvortical motion around the afterbody with a slant angle.
