Communication plays a vital role in incorporating smartness into the interconnected power ***,historical records prove that the data transfer has always been vulnerable to *** these cyber-attacks are identified and cordoned off,they may lead to black-out and result in national security *** paper proposes an optimal two-stage Kalman filter(OTS-KF)for simultaneous state and cyber-attack estimation in automatic generation control(AGC)***/cyber-attacks are modeled as unknown inputs in the AGC *** types of cyber-attacks,i.e.,false data injection(FDI),data replay attack,denial of service(DoS),scaling,and ramp attacks,are injected into the measurements and estimated using *** the load variations of each area are seldom available,OTS-KF is reformulated to estimate the states and outliers along with the load variations of the *** proposed technique is validated on the benchmark two-area,three-area,and five-area power system *** simulation results under various test conditions demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed filter.

This study directs the discussion of HIV disease with a novel kind of complex dynamical generalized and piecewise operator in the sense of classical and Atangana Baleanu(AB)derivatives having arbitrary *** HIV infection model has a susceptible class,a recovered class,along with a case of infection divided into three sub-different levels or categories and the recovered *** total time interval is converted into two,which are further investigated for ordinary and fractional order operators of the AB derivative,*** proposed model is tested separately for unique solutions and existence on bi *** numerical solution of the proposed model is treated by the piece-wise numerical iterative scheme of Newtons *** proposed method is established for piece-wise derivatives under natural order and non-singular Mittag-Leffler *** cross-over or bending characteristics in the dynamical system of HIV are easily examined by the aspect of this research having a memory effect for controlling the said *** study uses the neural network(NN)technique to obtain a better set of weights with low residual errors,and the epochs number is considered *** obtained figures represent the approximate solution and absolute error which are tested with NN to train the data accurately.

Malware Security Intelligence constitutes the analysis of applications and their associated metadata for possible security *** Programming Interfaces(API)calls contain valuable information that can help with malware *** malware analysis with reduced feature space helps for the efficient identification of *** goal of this research is to find the most informative features of API calls to improve the android malware detection *** swarm optimization methods,viz.,Ant Lion Optimization(ALO),Cuckoo Search Optimization(CSO),and Firefly Optimization(FO)are applied to API calls using auto-encoders for identification of most influential *** nature-inspired wrapperbased algorithms are evaluated using well-known Machine Learning(ML)classifiers such as Linear Regression(LR),Decision Tree(DT),Random Forest(RF),K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN)&SupportVector Machine(SVM).A hybrid Artificial Neuronal Classifier(ANC)is proposed for improving the classification of android *** experimental results yielded an accuracy of 98.87%with just seven features out of hundred API call features,i.e.,a massive 93%of data optimization.

Primary sclerosing cholangitis and the risk of colon neoplasia in patients with Crohn’s colitis

Background and aim:Crohn’s colitis(CC)is associated with primary sclerosing cholangitis(PSC).However the risk of colon cancer or dysplasia in CC and PSC is *** aim was to study the risk of colon neoplasia in CC in patients with and without ***:This is a nested,case-control cohort study of all patients diagnosed with concurrent CC and PSC,seen at the Cleveland Clinic between 1985 and ***-three patients with both CC and PSC were compared with a random sample of 159 CC controls without PSC during the same ***:Seven(16.3%)of 43 CC patients with PSC developed colon cancer or dysplasia,compared with 22(13.8%)of 159 controls(P=0.98).Of seven colon neoplasia cases in the PSC group,100%occurred proximal to the splenic flexure,compared with 50%(11/22)cases of colon neoplasia in controls occurring in the proximal colon(P=0.001).Based on Cox regression analysis,male gender independently increased the risk of neoplasia[hazard ratio(HR)=2.68;95%confidence interval(CI)1.30-5.54;P=0.008],as did age at CC diagnosis(HR=1.29;95%CI 1.14-1.47;P<0.001),while the use of azathioprine/6-mercaptopurine was protective(HR=0.30;95%CI 0.13-0.70;P=0.005).The presence of PSC did not increase the risk for colon neoplasia(HR=0.45;95%CI 0.18-1.13;P=0.09).Conclusions:CC patients with PSC appear not to be at increased risk of developing colon *** patients in our cohort with colon neoplasia and concurrent PSC,the neoplasia occurred in the proximal colon in all cases.

To determine the significance of germination on phytochemical constituents and non-enzymatic antioxidant activ- ities of Ceiba pentandra seed extracts. Phytochemicals and antioxidant activities of raw and germinating seeds of Ceiba pentandra were estimated by different methods. The levels of phytochemical constituents were influenced by germination and increased except alkaloids and tannins, which were decreased significantly during germination. Among non-enzymatic antioxidants like DPPH, FRAP, reducing assay and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity all showed improved activity compared with non-germinating seeds. This may be due to various reactive oxygen species （ROS） that were generated as by-products of metabolism during germination. This group of ROS included superoxide radicals （O2）, hydrogen peroxide radicals （HzOz） and hydroxyl radicals （OH）. The formation of these oxygen radicals resulted in the accumulation of lipid hydroperoxides by radical chain oxidation via phospholipids peroxy radicals within membranes. Therefore, it was hypothesized that this could be related to the increase of anti- oxidant activity in large unilamellar vesicles observed in germinated seeds. The implication of this study is that the Ceiba pentandra seeds as natural antioxidant agents and put forward the possibility of employing for therapeutic potential.
