The present study concerns the revalorization of drained water from.aquaculture ponds rearing Clarias gariepinus on okra crops. The rearing was carried out at the farm.of Gaston Berger University in 100 m. ponds. In each pond, the individuals of C. garipinus with an average weight of 6 ± 0.3 g were stocked at a density of 11 per m.. The water tem.erature and pH were m.asured during the experim.nt. The control fishing is carried out every m.nth to m.nitor variations in the weight and size of reared individuals. The plant production is carried out in elem.ntary plots m.asuring 3 m.× 1.5 m. Each plot was fertilized with either: drained water from.C. gariepinus rearing (DWC), poultry droppings (PD), cow dung (CD) and m.neral fertilizer (NPK). Treatm.nts are carried out in tripliqua with either river water (RW), RW + the recom.ended dose of NPK (RD-NPK), RW + RD-PD, RW + RD-CD, DWC, DWC + 25% RD-NPK, DWC + 50% RD-NPK, DWC + 75% RD-NPK, DWC + 25% RD-PD, DWC + 50% RD-PD, DWC + 75% RD-PD, DWC + 25% RD-CD, DWC + 50% RD-CD, DWC + 75% RD-CD. Growth param.ters and yield of okra were determ.ned. The average tem.erature in the rearing environm.nt was 27.6 ± 1.5˚C and pH 7.9 ± 1.1. After six (06) m.nths of rearing, C. gariepinus individuals reached an average weight of 850.12 ± 1.3 g and an average height of 52.44 ± 1.1 cm. The daily weight gain and specific growth rates over this period were 3.9 g per day and 2.8% per day, respectively. The treatm.nt T1 (RW + DR-NPK) gave the highest m.an collar diam.ter and m.an plant height with 2.3 ± 0.9 cm.and 61.6 ± 32 cm. respectively. In T4 (DWC), the m.an height of plants was 38.8 ± 23.5 cm.and m.an collar diam.ter 1.4 ± 0.8 cm. The growth perform.nce in T4 was com.arable to that of RD-CD (T3), but different from.RD-NPK (T1) and RD-PD (T2). The highest average num.er, average weight, average length and average diam.ter of fruits were noted in treatm.nts T13 (RW + RD-75%CD) and T7 (DWC + 75% RD-NPK). Nephronophthisis-related ciliopathies(NPHP-RC)represent one of the m.st com.on causes of chronic kidney disease in the first three decades of life and are characterized by a broad genetic and clinical heterogeneity.1 To date,m.re than 90 genes have been identified that cause autosom.lrecessive NPHP-RC if m.tated,accounting for up to 60%of cases.1 Am.ng these,hom.zygous deletions of NPHP1 are the m.st com.on *** genes localize to prim.ry cilia,basal bodies,or the centrosom. and lead to a prim.ry ciliary disruption if m.tated,thereby causing a broad phenotypical spectrum.1 Patients that suffer from.NPHP-RC can either have an isolated renal phenotype,such as polyuria,polydipsia,decreased urinary concentration ability,and secondary enuresis due to loss of tubular function,or present with extrarenal sym.tom. including retinal degeneration,cerebellar verm.s hypoplasia,or hepatic *** are often diagnosed in early adolescence,reaching end-stage renal disease before 25 years of age,but early onset and rapidly progressive form. of NPHP-RC also exist.1 Renal ultrasound indicates kidneys of norm.l or reduced renal length with increased echogenicity and corticom.dullary cysts.

This paper discusses som. of the concept of m.deling surgery outcom.. It is also an attem.t to offer a road m.p for progress. This paper m.y serve as a com.on ground of discussion for both com.unities i.e surgeons and com.utational scientist in its broadest sense. Predicting surgery outcom. is a very difficult task. All patients are different, and m.ltiple factors such as genetic, or environm.nt conditions plays a role. The difficulty is to construct m.dels that are com.lex enough to address som. of these significant m.ltiscale elem.nts and sim.le enough to be used in clinical conditions and calibrated on patient data. We will pro- vide a m.ltilevel progressive approach inspired by two applications in surgery that we have been working on. One is about vein graft adaptation after a transplantation, the other is the recovery of cosm.sis outcom. after a breast lum.ectom.. This work, that is still very m.ch in progress, m.y teach us som. lessons. We are convinced that the digital revolution that is transform.ng the working environm.nt of the surgeon m.kes closer collaboration between surgeons and com.utational scientist unavoidable. We believe that ＂com.utational surgery＂ will allow the com.unity to develop predictive m.del of the surgery outcom. and greatprogresses in surgery procedures that goes far beyond the operating room.procedural aspect.
