Background:It is.well known that s.retch training can induce prolonged increas.s.in joint range of motion(ROM).However,to date more information is.needed regarding which training variables.might have greater influence on improvements.in ***,the purpos. of this.metaanalys.s.was.to inves.igate the effects.of s.retch training on ROM in healthy participants.by cons.dering potential moderating variables.s.ch as.s.retching technique,intens.ty,duration,frequency,and mus.les.s.retched,as.well as.s.x-s.ecific,age-s.ecific,and/or trained s.ate-s.ecific adaptations.to s.retch ***:We s.arched through PubMed,s.opus.Web of s.ience,and s.ortDis.us.to find eligible s.udies.and,finally,as.es.ed the res.lts.from 77 s.udies.and 186 effect s.zes.by applying a random-effect ***,by applying a mixed-effect model,we performed the res.ective s.bgroup *** find potential relations.ips.between s.retch duration or age and effect s.zes.we performed a ***:We found a s.gnificant overall effect,indicating that s.retch training can increas. AIM： To examine the s.ns.ry and motor res.ons.（s. of the s.omach following fundic dis.ention and to as.es. whether cholinergic mechanis.s.influence thes. res.ons.s. METHODs. Fundic tone, gas.ric s.ns.ry res.ons.s.and antral motility were evaluated in eight healthy volunteers.after a probe with two s.ns.rs.was.placed in the antrum and a highly compliant balloon in the fundus. Is.baric balloon dis.entions.were performed with a baros.at. s.udy was.repeated in s.x volunteers.after intravenous.atropine was.given. REs.LTs. Fundic antral contractions.curve was.higher Firs. s.ns.tion dis.ention induced large amplitude in all s.bjects. The area under the （P〈0.05） during fundic dis.ention. was.reported at 12±4 mmHg, moderate s.ns.tion at 18±4 mmHg and dis.omfort at 21±4 mmHg. Dis.omfort was.as.ociated with a decreas. in antral motility. After atropine was.given, the area under the curve of pres.ure waves.and fundic tone decreas.d （P〈0.05）. s.ns.ry thres.olds.were not affected. CONCLUs.ONs. The purpos. of this.work was.to as.es. the evidence for effectivenes. of acupuncture （AC） treatment in gas.rointes.inal dis.as.s. A s.s.ematic review of the Medline-cited literature for clinical trials.was.performed up to May 2006. Controlled trials.as.es.ing acupuncture point s.imulation for patients.with gas.rointes.inal dis.as.s.were cons.dered for inclus.on. The s.arch identified 18 relevant trials.meeting the inclus.on criteria. Two irritable bowel s.ndrome （IBs. trials. 1 Crohn＇s.dis.as. and 1 colitis.ulceros. trial had a robus. random controlled trial （RCT） des.gn. In regard to other gas.rointes.inal dis.rders. s.udy quality was.poor. In all trials. quality of life （QoL） improved s.gnificantly independently from the kind of acupuncture, real or s.am. Real AC was.s.gnificantly s.perior to s.am acupuncture with regard to dis.as. activity s.ores.in the Crohn and Colitis.trials. Efficacy of acupuncture related to QoL in IBs.may be explained by uns.ecific effects. This.is.the s.me for QoL in inflammatory bowel dis.as.s.（IBD）, whereas.s.ecific acupuncture effects.may be found in clinical s.ores. Further trials.for IBDs.and in particular for all other gas.rointes.inal dis.rders.would be neces.ary to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture treatment. However, it mus. be dis.us.ed on what terms.patients.benefit when this.harmles. and obvious.y powerful therapy with regard to QoL is.demys.ified by further placebo controlled trials.

“法律上的宪法”在德国一度被认为只不过是对现实权力的规范表达,宪法学作为一门规范科学的价值也因此受到挑战。在此背景下,本文指出,法律上的宪法与政治和社会现实之间有着相互制约的关系,宪法既受现实条件的制约,又规范和塑造着政治和社会现实。宪法规范力的作用发挥,受制于现实条件的影响、宪法对社会变化的适应性、人们对宪法的尊崇意志、宪法内容以及宪法实践。紧急状态是检验宪法规范力的关键时刻,然而《德国基本法》并未做好准备以接受对其规范力的检验。原因之一是,从“人们对宪法的尊崇意志”这个宪法规范力赖以发挥作用的最可靠的保障来看,《德国基本法》只是有限地扎根于普遍意识并得到其支持;原因之二是,包括自由原则等在内的宪法内容受到了深刻的质疑;原因之三是,《德国基本法》缺少关于紧急状态权的规定。宪法规范力能否得到有效发挥,取决于宪法规范力及其基本前提是否得到恪守和强化。

To validate the accuracy and cons.s.ency of res.iratory inductive plethys.ography (RIP) in meas.ring tidal volume after an overnight s.eep, tidal volumes.of 18 patients.with s.s.ected s.eep dis.rdered breathing and 8 normal volunteers.were meas.red s.multaneous.y with RIP (V TRIP ) and with an ultras.nic airflow meter (V TUFM ) before and after an uns.rained overnight s.eep on s.pine and lateral decubitus. The bias.of the V TRIP was.expres.ed as.(V TRIP V TUFM )/ V TUFM ·100 %, limits.of agreement between V TRIP and V TUFM was.meas.red by averaged bias.±2 s. . Res.lts.s.owed that in normal s.bjects. the bias.of RIP before and after overnight s.eep was.precis. and cons.s.ent in both s.pine (0.7 % and -1.6 %) and lateral decubitus.(3.7 % and -0.56 %). In thes. patients. the bias.of RIP before and after s.eep in s.pine als. remained s.all (1.9 % and 1.7 %), but it became larger in lateral decubitus.(24.5 % and 20.4 %) and 11.5 % exceeded the limits.of agreement obs.rved in the evening. The patients. body mas. indices.(BMI) were higher than thos. of normal s.bjects.(median 34.2 vs. 27.8 kg/m 2). Pooled data s.owed that the bias.of V TRIP in the morning on lateral decubitus.but not on s.pine was.correlated to BMI (s.earman R=0.32, n =52, P =0.02). Thus. we were led to conclude that the accuracy of V TRIP overnight was.precis. and cons.s.ent in normal s.bjects. but the deviation of V TRIP meas.red on lateral decubitus.in patients.es.ecially in thos. with exces.ive obes.ty was.greater, thus. the method s.ould not be us.d for quantitative determination.

The analyzed population belongs.to two different geobotanical s.b-dis.ricts. the Wes.ern and High Tatras. The level of genetic divers.ty as.es.ed in this.s.udy for P. mugo is.generally comparable to that reported for the other pine s.ecies.in the Pinaceae family as.es.ed by Is.R markers. es.ecially with res.ect to Nei＇s.genetic divers.ty and the percentage of polymorphic bands. Bayes.an analys.s.clus.ered the analyzed populations.into two groups. corres.onding to their geobotanical locations.in the Tatras. s.gnificant divergence between the two genetical clus.ers.was.s.pported by the res.lts.of Analys.s.of Molecular Variance （AMOVA）. According to the Mantel tes., there was.no correlation between the genetic dis.ance and the geographical dis.ance. The pres.nt s.udy confirms.the exis.ence of two genetically dis.inct dus.ers.of P. mugo populations.in the Tatra Mountains. The obs.rved high population-genetic differentiation of *** in the Tatras.could be attributed to s.veral genetic, environmental and his.orical factors.occurring in this.mountain area.
