AIm To determine the prevalence of depression and its risk factors among patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) treated in German primary care *** Longitudinal data from nationwide general practices in Germany(n = 1072) were *** initially diagnosed with CHD(2009-2013) were identified,and 59992 patients were included and matched(1:1) to 59992 *** primary outcome measure was an initial diagnosis of depression within five years after the index date among patients with and without *** proportional hazards models were used to adjust for *** mean age was equal to 68.0 years(SD = 11.3).A total of 55.9% of patients were *** a five-year follow-up,21.8% of the CHD group and 14.2% of the control group were diagnosed with depression(P multivariate regression model,CHD was a strong risk factor for developing depression(HR =1.54,95%CI:1.49-1.59,P mentia,and eight other chronic conditions were associated with a higher risk of developing ***,older patients and women were also more likely to be diagnosed with depression compared with younger patients and men,*** The risk of depression is significantly increased among patients with CHD compared with patients without CHD treated in primary care practices in *** patients should be routinely screened for depression to ensure improved treatment and management.

Shifts in Carbon Stocks through Soil Profiles Following management Change in Intensive Agricultural Systems

Soil carbon content is an important ecosystem property, especially under the ongoing climate change. The stability of soil organic matter (SOm) is controlled by environmental and biological factors including anthropogenic-induced agricultural management change. However, understanding the effects of anthropogenic activities (e.g., intensive agricultural practices) on carbon stability of soil profiles remains a challenge. The objective of this study was to determine the changes in carbon stocks through soil profiles following agricultural management change from grain fields to greenhouse vegetable fields. The sampling sites were located in an intensive vegetable production area in northernChina. A total of 20 pairs of grain fields (GF) and adjacent vegetable fields (VF) within a distance of50 mwere selected. The results showed that soil organic carbon (SOC) storage increased by 10.6 mg C ha-1 in upper soil layers but decreased by 5.3 mg C hm2 indeeper soil layers due to large input of organic manure and chemical fertilizer following the conversion from GF to VF. Conversion to VF also led to increased dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and dissolved organic nitrogen (DON) concentrations. Extremely higher input of chemical N fertilizer in the VF led to the soil C:N ratio decreased by 2.02 times and the -N leached to deeper soils increased by 3.7 times compared to that in the GF. The pH value and microbial biomass carbon (mBC) content were lower in the VF than in the GF. These results indicate that excessive nitrogen application as fertilizers might lead to deeper soil carbon depletion. Reducing nitrogen addition in intensive agricultural systems is thus necessary to reduce soil carbon loss and to maintain a relatively sustainable soil system.

目的检测经典型Richter综合征的IgVH基因克隆重排及突变状态，分析转化前后IgVH基因的分子特征及其与预后的关系，并对可能涉及的分子机制进行初步探讨。方法用基因扫描和测序分析IgVU基因。另外用免疫组织化学LAB—SA法检测两种肿瘤中zeta链结合蛋白激酶70（ZAP70）、p53、干扰素调节因子（IRF）-4等可能潜在危险因子的表达，并结合随访资料进行生存率分析，筛选危险因子。结果（1）B—CLL／DLBCL克隆相关（18／23，78．3％），克隆不相关（5／23，21．7％）；（2）在16例克隆相关中，12例转化前B-CLL及转化后DLBCL携带未突变IgVH基因；（3）转化前后IgVH基因使用是非随机的，在克隆相关的病例中，B-CLL／DLBCL最常使用VH3-23、VH3-74、VH1-2，各占11．1％；（4）转化后DLBCL仅部分表达CD5（32．1％）和CD23（14．3％）及ZAP70（23．8％），绝大多数表达p53（80．6％）和IRF-4（82．6％）；（5）17例转化后DLBCL患者中位生存时间为7个月；（6）统计学分析生存时间与B—CLL／DLBCL转化前后克隆相关与否、IgVH基因的突变状态、ZAP70、p53、IRF-4的表达不相关。结论（1）转化后DLBCL中克隆相关与克隆不相关的比例为2：1；（2）克隆相关的DLBCL多由携带未突变型IgVH基因的B—CLL患者转化而来；（3）发生转化的B—CLL中IgVH基因使用的偏向性提示了抗原在转化中的可能作用；（4）转化后DLBCL与普通DLBCL在IgVH基因的使用、突变状态，免疫表型及预后的不同，提示其可能是一种新的DLBCL亚类。

目的检测霍奇金淋巴瘤（HL）亚型Richter综合征免疫球蛋白重链可变区（IgVH）基因重排、突变、克隆相关性等基因特征及其与预后的关系，初步探讨其可能涉及的分子机制。方法用基因扫描分析HL亚型Richter综合征及慢性B淋巴细胞性白血病（B—CLL）伴CD30阳性R—S细胞样细胞病例IgVH基因的克隆性重排，测序分析IgVH基因的突变状态及其分子特征；用激光显微切割结合半套式PCR扩增R—S细胞和R—S细胞样细胞的IgVH基因，比较两种肿瘤成分的克隆相关性；用免疫组织化学LAB—SA法检测两种肿瘤中zeta相关蛋白70（ZAP70）、p53、干扰素调节因子4（IRF-4）及EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白-1（LmP1）等因子表达的不同。结果（1）6例向HL转化及6例向R—S细胞样细胞转化的B—CLL患者中，携带突变型IgVH基因的患者各占5例；（2）4例IgVH基因克隆相关性分析中，与相应B—CLL克隆不相关的2例R-S细胞和1例R—S细胞样细胞表达LmP1。而1例与B—CLL来自相同克隆的R—S细胞样细胞不表达LmP1；（3）HL亚型Richter综合征中B—CLL肿瘤细胞常使用的IgVH基因是VH3和VH4家族，6例中各有2例使用VH4—34和VH3-48基因。结论（1）转化的HL和R—S细胞样细胞主要与生发中心或生发中心后的B—CLL有关，提示不同类型的Richter综合征可能涉及的发病机制不同；（2）HL与R—S细胞样细胞既可以是B—CLL克隆相关病例，也可以是克隆不相关的病例。而后者可能与B—CLL患者免疫抑制后继发EB病毒感染有关；（3）IgVH基因在HL亚型Richter综合征B—CLL中的偏向性使用，提示抗原在转化中的作用。

针对摄影测量三维建模向全自动化发展的背景,该文基于SURE摄影测量软件,实现了自动化建立三维场景。阐述了主要的处理环节,包括密集匹配、平差交会、三角构网及贴图等,可生产的产品包括密集点云、真正射影像、数字表面模型、不规则三角网及三维贴图场景;通过分析匹配效率及点云和数字表面模型的精度,显示出其产品均可达到测量级精度。使用高重叠度或倾斜影像,SURE还可以生产出精美的三维城市模型;充分挖掘每一个像素的高精度三维坐标,是其在同类软件中的一大特色。

ConGrap -Contour Detection Based on Gradient map of Images

In this paper, the authors present ConGrap, a novel contour detector for finding closed contours with semantic connections. Based on gradient-based edge detection, a Gradient map is generated to store the orientation of every edge pixel. Using the edge image and the generated Gradient map, ConGrap separates the image into semantic parts and objects. Each edge pixel is mapped to a contour by a three-stage hierarchical analysis of neighbored pixels and ensures the closing of contours. A final post-process of ConGrap extracts the contour borderlines and merges them, if they semantically relate to each other. In contrast to common edge and contour detections, ConGrap not only produces an edge image, but also provides additional information (e. g., the borderline pixel coordinates the bounding box, etc.) for every contour. Additionally, the resulting contour image provides closed contours without discontinuities and merged regions with semantic connections. Consequently, the ConGrap contour image can be seen as an enhanced edge image as well as a kind of segmentation and object recognition.
