The rapid development of communication technology and electronic industry has brought unprecedented serious electromagnetic interference(EMI)and electromagnetic wave(EMW)*** EMI shields and EMW absorbers based on metal or magnetic materials were used to solve these problems,they have long been criticized for their high price,high density and easy *** order to achieve low density and efficient dissipation of electromagnetic energy,aerogels stand out among manifold ***,constructing aerogels with good EMI shielding or EMW absorption performance and acceptable mechanical properties is not an easy *** biopolymers,such as cellulose,lignin,chitin/chitosan and alginate,breathe new life into aerogels for high-efficiency EMW shielding and ***,we reviewed the contributions of biopolymers in the fields of aerogels for EMW shielding and *** the same time,some challenges and outlook were also pointed out,aiming to promote the advance of aerogel-based EMI shields and EMW absorbers as well as the rational utilization of biopolymers.

This paper presents a coordinating and stabilizing control law for a group of underwater vehicles with unstable dynamics. The coordinating law is derived from a potential that only depends on the relative configuration of the underwater vehicles. Being coordinated,the group behaves like one mechanical system with symmetry,and we focus on stabilizing a family of coordinated motions,called relative equilibria. The stabilizing law is derived using energy shaping to stabilize the relative equilibria which involve each vehicle translating along its longest（unstable） axis without spinning,while maintaining a relative configuration within the group. The proposed control law is physically motivated and avoids the linearization or cancellation of nonlinearities.

在新一轮科技革命和产业变革的背景下,以知识产权为导向的创新成为当代世界经济增长的原动力.以2008年颁布的《国家知识产权战略纲要》为标志,中国知识产权制度走向战略主动,政府先后出台了多项知识产权政策.本文选取2009—2016年国家及上海市颁布的知识产权政策,运用文本分析方法,展开词频分析、关联网络分析、政策结构分析,探究我国知识产权政策体系的关注重点以及变迁趋势,揭示中央和地方政策的内在耦合关系,为加快知识产权强国建设提供相关对策建议.

Previous studies have demonstrated linear polymers embedded with B←N units display efficient photocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance,but their limited structural tunability restricts photogenerated carrier dynamics *** researches mainly focus on linear polymers,while the study of B←N units in the field of two-dimension conjugated polymers(2DCPs)photocatalytic hydrogen evolution remains an uncultivated ***,three 2DCPs containing B←N units were synthesized and their photocatalytic hydrogen production performance was *** them,the BN-Tz exhibited the best property with a hydrogen production rate of 89.5μmol·h^(-1),while BN-Ph and BN-TPB were only 26.4 and 8.5μmol·h^(-1),*** analyses showed that the remarkable photocatalytic ability of BN-Tz catalyst was mainly attributed to its superior transport and separation of photogenerated carriers,as well as the ability to construct a stronger built-in electric field and better ***,it was found that the manipulation of the electronic properties of the structures connected to the B←N unit could effectively regulate the molecular polarity,thus achieving the control of the electronic structure of the *** work extends the application of materials containing B←N units in photocatalysis and lays a good foundation for the subsequent design of photocatalysts containing B←N units.

Some neurons in the brain of freely moving rodents show special firing pattern. The firing of head direction cells(HDCs) and grid cells(GCs) is related to the moving direction and distance, respectively. Thus, it is considered that these cells play an important role in the rodents' path integration. To provide a bionic approach for the vehicle to achieve path integration, we present a biologically inspired model of path integration based on the firing characteristics of HDCs and GCs. The detailed implementation process of this model is discussed. Besides, the proposed model is realized by simulation, and the path integration performance is analyzed under different conditions. Simulations validate that the proposed model is effective and stable.

Using expectations regarding utilities to make decisions in a risk environment hides a paradox,which is called the expected utility ***,the mystery has not been solved yet;an imagined utility function on the risk-return plane has been applied to establish the mean-variance model,but this hypothetical utility function not only lacks foundation,it also holds an internal *** paper studies these basic *** risk preference VNM condition is proposed to solve the expected utility *** can a utility function satisfy the VNM condition?This is a basic problem that is hard to deal ***,it is found in this paper that the VNM utility function can have some concrete forms when individuals have constant relative risk ***,in order to explore the basis of mean-variance utility,an MV function is founded that is based on the VNM utility function and rooted in underlying investment *** is shown that the MV function is just the investor's utility function on the risk-return plane and that it has normal ***,the MV function is used to analyze the laws of investment activities in a systematic risk *** doing so,a tool,TRR,is used to measure risk aversion tendencies and to weigh risk and return.

Water resources are scarce in arid or semiarid areas,which not only limits economic development,but also threatens the survival of *** local communities around the Hangjinqi gasfield depend on groundwater sources for water supply.A clear understanding of the groundwater hydrogeochemical characteristics and the groundwater quality and its seasonal cycle is invaluable and indispensable for groundwater protection and *** this study,self-organizing maps were used in combination with the quantization and topographic errors and K-means clustering method to investigate groundwater chemistry *** Piper and Gibbs diagrams and saturation index were systematically applied to investigate the hydrogeochemical characteristics of groundwater from both rainy and dry ***,the entropy-weighted theory was used to characterize groundwater quality and assess its seasonal variability and suitability for drinking *** hydrochemical groundwater dataset,consisting of 10 parameters measured during both dry and rainy seasons,was classified into 6 clusters,and the Piper diagram revealed three hydrochemical facies:Cl-Na type(clusters 1,2 and 3),mixed type(clusters 4 and 5),and HCO3-Ca type(cluster 6).The Gibbs diagram and saturation index suggested thatweathering of rock-forming mineralswere the primary process controlling groundwater chemical composition and validated the credibility and practicality of the clustering ***-thirds of 45 groundwater samples were categorized as excellent-or good-quality and were suitable as drinking *** changes within the same and different clusters from the dry season to the rainy season were detected in approximately 78%of the collected *** main factors affecting the groundwater quality were hydrogeochemical characteristics,and dry season groundwater quality was better than rainy season groundwater *** on this work,such results can be used to investigate the seasonal variation of hy
