Highly efficient hydrogen evolution reaction（HER） electrocatalysts play a crucial part in generating green ***,an electrochemical activation approach was applied to design 6.7 Rh-Ni2P-800CV electrocatalysts in alkaline *** results confirm that the generation of metal oxide sites through the electrochemical activation strategy can effectively improve the intrinsic activity of 6.7 *** density functional calculations further confirm that metal oxide active sites are favorable for H2O adsorption and activation and H*adsorption/*** 6.7 Rh-Ni2P-800CV possesses significantly enhanced HER performance with low overpotential（25 mV at 10 mA·cm2）,small Tafel(60 mV·dec-1) and robust stability in 1.0 M KOH,outperforming Pt/C and 6.7 Rh-Ni2P ***,6.7 Rh-Ni2P-800CV can even operate at a large current density(550 mA·cm-2) up to 90 h with an overpotential of 320 mV,which meets the requirements of industrial water ***'s more,the overall watersplitting systems（6.7 Rh-Ni2P-800CV ‖ 6.7 Rh-Ni2P-800CV） can be directly driven by the solar *** work highlights that electrochemical activation technology provides a robust avenue toward constructing efficient electrocatalysts for sustainable energy conversion.

Remaining Life Prediction Method for Photovoltaic Modules Based on Two-Stage Wiener Process

Photovoltaic (PV) modules, as essential components of solar power generation systems, significantly influence unitpower generation *** service life of these modules directly affects these costs. Over time, the performanceof PV modules gradually declines due to internal degradation and external environmental *** cumulativedegradation impacts the overall reliability of photovoltaic power generation. This study addresses the complexdegradation process of PV modules by developing a two-stage Wiener process model. This approach accountsfor the distinct phases of degradation resulting from module aging and environmental influences. A powerdegradation model based on the two-stage Wiener process is constructed to describe individual differences inmodule degradation processes. To estimate the model parameters, a combination of the Expectation-Maximization(EM) algorithm and the Bayesian method is employed. Furthermore, the Schwarz Information Criterion (SIC) isutilized to identify critical change points in PV module degradation trajectories. To validate the universality andeffectiveness of the proposed method, a comparative analysis is conducted against other established life predictiontechniques for PV modules.

Numerical Study of Flow and Heat Transfer Characteristics of Shell-and-Tube Molten Salt Electric Heater with Circularly Perforated Baffles

Numerical simulations of the flow and heat transfer characteristics of four shell-and-tube molten salt electric heaters with different perforation rates was ***-and-tube electric heaters have the same geometry and tube arrangement,and all of them use single segmental baffles,but there exist four different baffle openings（φ）,i.e.,0%,2.52%,4.06%,and 6.31%.The results indicated that the reasonable baffle opening could significantly reduce the shell-side pressure drop,effectively decreasing the shell-side flow dead zone *** can eliminate the local high-temperature phenomenon on the surface of electric heating tubes,but the heat transfer coefficient is slightly *** perforated schemes significantly reduce shell-side pressure drop compared to the baseline solution without open *** particular,the φ=6.31% scheme exhibits the optimal performance among all the schemes,with a maximum reduction of up to 50.50% in shell-side pressure drop relative to the unopened holes *** heat transfer coefficient is the highest for φ=0%,exhibiting a range of5.26% to 5.73%,5.14% to 5.99%,and 7.31% to 8.54% higher than φ=2.52%,4.06%,and 6.31%,respectively,within the calculated *** composite index h/（Δp）1/3was higher for all open-hole solutions than that for the unopened-hole *** best overall performance was for φ=6.31%,which improved the composite index by15.29% to 17.18% over the unopened-hole solution.

High-dense nanocrystalline W-based alloy prepared by hot isostatic pressing with uniform microstructure, ultrahigh hardness and good thermal stability

High-density uniform microstructure nanocrystalline W-10wt.% Cr-5wt.% Y（W-10Cr-5Y） alloy with an average grain size of 85 nm and a relative density of 99.8% was successfully prepared.W-Cr-Y alloys with different amounts of second-phase particles were prepared by high-energy ball milling and hot isostatic pressing *** effects of composition design,ball milling parameters,and sintering parameters on the microstructure of W-Cr-Y alloys were studied.A feasible technology for controlling the synthesis of high-density nanocrystalline W-based alloys has been *** microstructure analysis of nanocrystalline W-10Cr-5Y alloy shows that there are two types of doping in the second phase:intergranular doping and intragranular *** "uniform distribution YOx-rich particles" effectively suppresses the grain growth of W and leads to the formation of nanocrystalline W-10Cr-5Y alloy.W-10Cr-5Y has an ultra-high hardness,with a Vickers hardness of 1312±12 kgf·***-temperature annealing treatment shows that W-10Cr-5Y has good thermal stability at 1000 and1100℃,as demonstrated by the comparison of Vickers hardness and grain size between annealed and unannealed alloys.

Observation of acoustic hybrid topological phases induced by the p-d orbital interactions

In spinless systems,growing attention has recently been attracted to synthetic gauge fields,which redefine the fundamental crystal symmetries by utilizing the projective algebraic ***,synthetic gauge fields have been commonly investigated in single orbital systems,and explorations on hybrid orbitals remain elusive in ***,we report the experimental observation of hybrid topological phases induced by hybrid synthetic gauge flux,which is formed by the interaction between p and d orbitals embedded in acoustic *** breaking the translation symmetries of Lxand/or Ly,we unambiguously demonstrate the first-order M?bius edge states and higher-order corner *** work establishes a platform for seeking exotic topological phases induced by hybrid-orbitals interactions and initializing the framework of hybrid-orbitalsrelated topological *** applications can be anticipated in scenarios such as high-quality sensing and robust wave trapping due to the stepwise energy distribution of the hybrid topological phase.

Niobates are promising all-climate Li^(+)-storage anode material due to their fast charge transport,large specific capacities,and resistance to electrolyte ***,their moderate unit-cellvolume expansion(generally 5%–10%)during Li^(+)storage causes unsatisfactory long-term ***,“zero-strain”NiNb_(2)O_(6) fibers are explored as a new anode material with comprehensively good electrochemical *** Li^(+)storage,the expansion of electrochemical inactive NiO_(6) octahedra almost fully offsets the shrinkage of active NbO_(6) octahedra through reversible O *** superior volume-accommodation capability of the NiO_(6) layers guarantees the“zero-strain”behavior of NiNb_(2)O_(6) in a broad temperature range(0.53%//0.51%//0.74%at 25//−10//60℃),leading to the excellent cyclability of the NiNb_(2)O_(6) fibers(92.8%//99.2%//91.1%capacity retention after 1000//2000//1000 cycles at 10C and 25//−10//60℃).This NiNb_(2)O_(6) material further exhibits a large reversible capacity(300//184//318 mAh g−1 at 0.1C and 25//−10//60℃)and outstanding rate performance(10 to 0.5C capacity percentage of 64.3%//50.0%//65.4%at 25//−10//60℃).Therefore,the NiNb_(2)O_(6) fibers are especially suitable for large-capacity,fast-charging,long-life,and all-climate lithium-ion batteries.

Development of Cu-based complex electrocatalysts is more easily to achieve a high activity and selectivity for reducing CO to multi-carbon hydrocarbons, exploring the synergistic effect between Cu and other materials may help the design of high efficient catalysts. This paper reports an impact factor for synergistic effect between Cu and nitrogen doped carbon(NC) support by comparing CO reduction reaction(CO RR) performances on MOFs-derived Cu-NC catalysts obtained by calcining N-containing benzimidazole(BEN) modified Cu-BTC(1, 3, 5-benzenetricarboxylic acid) MOFs(BEN-Cu-BTC) at different temperatures. The characterization and experimental results indicate that high contents of pyrrolic-N and pyridinic-N doped carbon support formation at low annealing temperature can facilitate the C-product generation on Cu surface, with the faradaic efficiency for ethylene(11%) and ethanol(18%) achieving at-1.01 V(vs. reversible hydrogen electrode), while high contents of graphitic-N or N-free samples show a completely different features. This means that the catalytic activity on MOFs-derived Cu-NC catalyst can be controlled by N-types changes dominating of annealing temperatures, offering a new tack for designing highly selective complex catalysts.

In this paper, a series of SnO nanocomposites modified by [60]Fullerene(C), reduced graphene oxides(RGO) and nitrogen-doped RGO(N-RGO) with different weight ratios are prepared via simple absorbing and hydrothermal methods. The dye photosensitization degradation under visible light irradiation is enhanced observably with the introduced carbon materials, which is ascribed to the broaden light absorption region of catalyst and the increased adsorption of dye by the catalyst. . The optimum weight ratios of the composites are 1.25 wt% C-SnO, 7.5 wt%N-RGO-SnO and 5 wt % RGO-SnO, their degradation rates for rhodamine B(RhB) are about 13.9, 18.8 and 11.1 times higher than pure SnO under visible light irradiation, respectively. The degradation effect of dyes was affected by the differences in adsorbability of carbon materials on dyes. This study proposes that N-RGO was used as an electron donor to transfer electrons to SnO, which is different from the electron transmission paths of C/RGO-SnO. C and RGO receive electrons from SnO as electron receptors, which reduces the recombination of photogenic electron hole pairs thus improves the photocatalytic ability. We hope this concept could provide a primitive understanding of the photocatalytic reaction process at the level of electron transfer pathway and new insights to construct more efficient carbon-based nanocomposites.
