An outbreak of a novel coronavirus was reported in Wuhan,China,in late *** has spread rapidly through China and many other countries,causing a global *** February 2020,over 28 countries/regions have reported confirmed *** with the infection known as coronavirus disease-19(COVID-19)have similar clinical features as severe acute respiratory syndrome first encountered 17 years ago,with fever,cough,and upper airway congestion,along with high production of proinflammatory cytokines(PICs),which form a cytokine *** induced by COVID-19 include interleukin(IL)-6,IL-17,and monocyte chemoattractant *** production of cytokines is regulated by activated nuclear factor-kB and involves downstream pathways such as Janus kinase/signal transducers and activators *** expression is also regulated by post-translational modification of chromosomal *** residues in the peptide tails stretching out from the core of histones bind the sequence upstream of the coding portion of genomic *** modification,particularly methylation,activates or represses gene *** have been reported to be induced by histone modification and stimulate exudation of hyaluronic acid,which is implicated in the occurrence of *** findings indicate the impact of the expression of PICs on the pathogenesis and therapeutic targeting of COVID-19.

To provide theoretical guidance for performance stability control of low-reactive mold fluxes,the effects of BaO and MgO on the structure and properties of aluminate slag with various CaO/Al_(2)0_(3)(C/A)ratios were investigated using the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,Raman spectroscope,hemispherical melting point instrument,rotational viscometer and X-ray *** results indicated that with BaO and MgO addition,the structure polymerization was first weakened and then enhanced at C/A of 1.1,and the transition contents corresponded to 8 wt.%BaO and 2 wt.%MgO,respectively,while the structure polymerization decreased continuously at C/A of *** the viscosity change was well consistent with the structure evolution,the polymerization degree played a more prominent role in the slag viscosity than superheat degree when the melting temperature difference was within 40℃.The break temperature decreased initially and then increased with augment of BaO and MgO at C/A of 1.1,while it manifested a decrease trend with BaO addition,and it decreased obviously but then turned to increase with MgO increment at C/A of *** crystallization phase and crystallization ratio kept stable with BaO increment,while the crystallization ratio rose greatly with MgO promoting LiAlO_(2)precipitation at C/A of *** crystal types of all experimental slags were mainly Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33)and CaF_(2)at C/A of 1.3,and the precipitation of crystalline phase BaAl2O4 demonstrated a rising trend,while that of Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33)gradually declined with BaO augment.

Lily Bart is the heroine of The house of mirth, the novel by American writer Edith Wharton, while Carrie Meeber is the protagonist of Theodore Dreiser＇s Sister Carrie. Both novels are set at the beginning of 20th century and criticize a changing American society in which people were forced to recognize the influence of money and struggled to realize their ＂American Dream＂. On the one hand, Lily and Carrie greatly resemble each other in marriage motivation, living environment, standard of values, and moral awareness. On the other hand, their different levels of upholding moral values lead to their different fates.

Background:The influence of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)infection on bronchiolitis remains ***,reports on the efficacies of leukotriene receptor antagonists in the treatment of bronchiolitis have been ***:Children with respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)-induced bronchiolitis were divided into two groups:RSV+MP group and RSV *** group was randomly divided into two subgroups:one received routine and placebo treatment,while the other received routine and montelukast treatment for 9 *** cumulative numbers of wheezing episodes and recurrent respiratory tract infections were *** parameters were ***:Patients in the RSV+MP group exhibited an older average age,fever,more frequent flaky and patchy shadows in chest X-rays,more frequent extrapulmonary manifestations,and longer hospital stays compared with patients in the RSV ***,higher baseline blood eosinophil counts,eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),total immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,IL-4/interferon-γratios,leukotriene(LT)B4,and LTC4,and lower baseline lipoxin A4(LXA4)/LTB4 ratios were observed in the RSV+MP group compared with the RSV *** treatment decreased the cumulative numbers of recurrent wheezing episodes and recurrent respiratory tract infections at 9 and 12 *** efficacy may be related to the montelukast-induced reductions in peripheral eosinophil counts,ECP and total IgE,as well as the montelukast-dependent recovery in T helper(Th)1/Th2 balance and LXA4/LTB4 ratios in children with ***:RSV bronchiolitis with MP infection was associated with clinical and laboratory features that differed from those of RSV bronchiolitis without MP ***-on therapy with montelukast for 9 months was benefi cial for children with bronchiolitis at 9 and 12 months after the initiation of treatment.

A novel compound-monohydrated zinc nicotinate was prepared via room temperature solid phase synthesis and ball ***,chemical and elemental analyses and X-ray powder diffraction technique were applied to characterizing the structure and composition of the ***-temperature heat capacities of the solid coordination compound were measured by a precision automated adiabatic calorimeter over a temperature range from 77 to 400 K.A solid-solid phase transition process occurred in a temperature range of 321―342 K inferred according to the heat capacity curve,and the peak temperature,molar enthalpy and entropy of the phase transition of monohydrated zinc nicotinate were determined to be Ttrs=（340.584±0.829） K,ΔtrsHm=（12.682±0.041） kJ/mol and ΔtrsSm=（37.235±0.101） KJ/mol）.The experimental values of the molar heat capacities in the temperature regions of 77―321 K and 342―400 K were,respectively,fitted to two polynomial *** addition,the polynomial fitted values of the molar heat capacities and fundamental thermodynamic functions of the sample relative to the standard reference temperature 298.15 K were calculated and tabulated at intervals of 5 K.
