Background Cyberbullying is presently an alarming problem worldwide due to its impact on the emotions,behaviour and psychological well-being of not only the victims,but the bullies themselves and also *** This study aims to investigate bystanders'behaviours in cyberbullying and associated *** This research is a cross-sectional study of 578 secondary school students in Bangkok,*** random sampling was used to select four secondary *** were collected through online questionnaires which included four sections:(1)demographic data,(2)bystanders'behaviour in cyberbullying(cyberbullying experience and attitude towards cyberbullying were included in this section),(3)parental attachment(nventory of Parent Attachment-Revised),and(4)self-esteem(Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale-Revised).Results It was found that most occurrences of bystanders'behaviour were:(a)willing to intervene or help victims(34.6%),(b)ignoring the cyberbullying(28%)or(c)partaking in cberbulling(263%).Participants who either were victims of cyberbullying or knew of cyberbullying happening to friends or relatives and had high parental attachment would intervene more than those Who never had such *** Who knew of cyberbullying happening to the general public had tendencies towards ignoring the *** who indicated they were bullies and had positive atitude towards joining in tended to partake in the cyberbullying more than those who were *** Factors relating to the behaviours of bystanders in cyberbullying should be further explored to provide support in the discouragement of ignoring and averting participation in *** parental attachment is one important factor that should be instilled during childhood years.

Validity and reliability of the Thai version of the Utrecht Gender Dysphoria Scale-Gender Spectrum(UGDS-GS)in Thai youths and young adults with gender dysphoria

背景:有关青少年过度使用各种电子媒体所带来的负面心理影响已经引起越来越多的关注,但是在中低收入国家对这些行为的监测是非常薄弱的。目的:评估曼谷中学生使用各种类型电子媒体的情况。方法:对来自曼谷4所学校的学生分层随机抽样,由受访者完成一份问卷调查表。该问卷在美国主要研究中使用,在本次研究中经过修订。结果:768名受访者中,443名(57.7%)为女性,325名(42.3%)为男性。他们平均(SD)年龄为15.4(1.5)岁。几乎所有的受访者都可以方便地接触到各种类型的电子媒体,其中94%的人有手机,77%的人卧室中有电视,47%的人可以在自己的卧室上网。调查前一天39%的人观看电视节目或电影超过3h,28%花在社交网站的时间大于3h,25%听音乐的时间超过3h,18%的人玩电脑游戏超过3h。总体而言,27%的人报告在前一天使用电子设备超过12h。只有19%的人报告父母对在家使用电子设备是有严格规定的。参与上述各种活动的时间与父母教育程度不相关。除了玩电脑游戏的时间与学生的平均成绩有相关性外,其他的电子媒体活动时间与平均成绩均不相关。在利用这些电子设备参与社交互动方面(如通过电话或社交网络聊天),低年级学生花的时间比高年级学生少,男生比女生少,而男生在这些设备上玩游戏的时间比女生多。结论:青少年每天在各种类型的电子设备上化了大量的时间。需要一些纵向研究,精确记录电子设备使用的时间以及描述通过电子设备访问什么内容,以确定这些活动对青少年社会发展和心理发展产生负面(或正面)影响的程度。

Factors associated with parent engagement in DIR/Floortime for treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder

Background The Developmental, Individual-differences, Relationship-based model(DIR/Floortime) is one of the well-known therapies for autism spectrum disorder(ASD), in which its main principle is to promote holistic development of an individual and relationships between the caregivers and children. Parental engagement is an essential element to DIR/Floortime treatment and involved with various factors. Finding those supporting factors and eliminating factors that might be an obstacle for parental engagement are essential for children with ASD to receive the full benefits of *** To examine the association between parents, children and provider and service factors with parental engagement in DIR/Floortime *** This is a cross-sectional study of parents with children aged 2–12 years who were diagnosed with ASD. Data were collected using a parent, child, provider and service factors questionnaire. Patient Health Questionaire-9, Clinical Global Impressions-Severity and Childhood Autism Rating Scale were also used to collect data. For parent engagement in DIR/Floortime, we evaluated quality of parental engagement in DIR/Floortime and parent application of DIR/Floortime techniques at home. Finally, Clinical Global Impressions-Improvement and Functional Emotional Developmental Level were used to assess child *** Parents who were married, had lower income and higher knowledge of DIR/Floortime theory were more likely to have higher parent engagement(χ2=4.43, p=0.035; χ2=13.1, p<0.001 and χ2=4.06, p=0.044 respectively). Furthermore, severity of the diagnosis and the continuation of the treatment significantly correlated with parent engagement(χ2=5.83, p=0.016 and χ2=4.72, p=0.030 respectively). It was found that parents who applied the techniques for more than 1 hour/day, or had a high-quality parent engagement, significantly correlated with better improvement in child development(t=-2.03, p=0.049; t=-2.00, p=0.053, respectively).Conclusio

背景:18项成人ADHD自评量表(ASRS-V1.1)是一份针对成人ADHD的筛查量表。目标:旨在测试泰国版18项成人ADHD筛查量表(ASRS-V1.1)的信度和效度。方法:将原版18项成人ADHD筛查量表翻译为泰语。经翻译、回译、对比,并通过国内的文化调适、现场测试和最终确认等一系列步骤完成。对1500名来自曼谷幼儿园、小学的家长采用泰国版18项成人ADHD自评量表进行阳性结果和阴性结果筛查,并从中随机选取各50例进行诊断性访谈。最终由3名精神科医生进行临床访谈,根据DSM-5注意缺陷多动障碍诊断标准明确诊断为成人ADHD患者。结果:泰国版18项成人ADHD筛查量表有较好的内部一致性(Cronbach alpha=0.86:其中注意缺陷型Cronbach alpha=0.78,多动/冲动型Cronbach alpha=0.76)。泰国版18项成人ADHD自评量表效度检验显示问卷有较好敏感性(90.9%)和特异性(62.5%)。前6项的AUC为0.80(95%CI:0.68-0.92),18项的AUC为0.71(95%CI:0.55-0.86)。结论:18项ASRS-V1.1泰国版对成人ADHD筛查量表具有较好的信度和效度,特别是量表前6项。

背景:现时互联网在日常生活中扮演着重要角色,尤其是对青少年,他们更关心自己的脸型和体型。尽管有传统媒体对体象满意度影响的大量研究,但很少关注到新媒体(网络)的影响,而且几乎没有青少年在网上时间和体象满意度之间关系的研究。目标:旨在研究7-12年级泰国学生在网上时间、体象满意度和饮食习惯的关系。方法:对来自泰国曼谷6所中学的620名学生进行随机抽样调查。采用自制的媒体和互联网使用行为问卷,青少年和成人的体像自信量表(BESAA)泰国版,肌肉强壮量表(DMS只用于男性),Rosenberg自尊量表泰国版,26项饮食态度测试泰国版(EAT-26)和饮食习惯带来肥胖风险问卷进行测量。结果:受试平均年龄为15.7(1.9)岁,其中男性246名(39.7%),女性374名(60.3%)。从互联网和社交网络获得体象和饮食行为相关内容的上网时间,与身体意象满意度负相关(r=-0.096,p=0.17&r=-0.097,p=0.016),与不恰当的饮食态度/行为、贪食、自我诱导式呕吐、使用泻药/利尿剂,对强壮肌肉获取关注的行为/态度的控制正相关。同时也与饮食习惯带来的肥胖风险相关(r=0.109,p=0.006&r=0.102,p=0.011)。结论:上网时间,尤其是花在改善自我形象上的活动、饮食态度及行为,都与体象满意度下降和不良饮食习惯相关。
