In order to produce the more information-added production, the grading system and automatically fruits selection system is often used. Fruits grading is carried out using non-destructive inner quality evaluation method such as relative density, imaging sensor, near-infrared spectroscopy （NIR）, X-ray, terra-hertz light. However, in many cases, these methods have some problems that they can only measure some specific factor such as sugar content, etc. The inner-quality evaluation of agricultural production could not be decided on only one factor. In this paper, the sugar content, amino acid content, acid content and water content of tomatoes will be measured at the same time by two different methods. The present work compares the machine vision system technology and near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy （NIR） in tomato inner-quality analysis. The machine vision system is effective on measuring the fruit outer-quality, but the NIR is often used for the inner-quality. This paper applied machine vision technology to get the inner-quality of tomato, and make a comparison with the result from NIR. Due to the different fruit color, tomatoes of different periods were considered in the experiment, the growing period and the matured period. 4 kinds of important inner-quality of tomato, sugar content and amino-acid value were measured in this experiment. In NIR, the spectra were taken by inner quality sensor used 710-949nm spectra with 1nm resolution. The calibration model with 710-949nm spectra converted to the second derivative. As a result, sugar content, amino acid content, acid content and water content of the tomatoes were predicted through NIR spectroscopy. On the other side, a stable light box was built due to the color image is sensitive to the light condition in machine vision system. Factors Influence Hanoians’ Choice of Non-Motorized Transport Mode to Access Bus Stations

Hanoi’s rapid urbanization has led to a surge in private vehicle ownership, particularly motorcycles, amidst inadequate public transportation infrastructure. Despite government efforts, many still prefer motorized transport, citing mobility and safety concerns, exacerbated by insufficient pedestrian infrastructure. This study examines the motivations behind this reliance on motorized vehicles, particularly motorcycles, in Hanoi. Findings reveal safety and convenience as primary factors driving motorized transport use, especially for accessing bus stations. Economic incentives could promote non-motorized travel and public transport adoption. Policy implications highlight the importance of addressing economic factors and improving access infrastructure to manage motorized vehicle reliance and foster sustainable urban mobility in Hanoi.

Cell competition and its implications for development and cancer

Cell competition is a struggle for existence between cells in heterogeneous tissues of multicellular organisms. Loser cells, which die during cell competition, are normally viable when grown only with other loser cells, but when mixed with winner cells, they are at a growth disadvantage and undergo apoptosis. Intriguingly, several recent studies have revealed that cells bearing mutant tumor-suppressor genes, which show overgrowth and tumorigenesis in a homotypic situation, are frequently eliminated, through cell competition, from tissues in which they are surrounded by wild-type cells. Here, we focus on the regulation of cellular competitiveness and the mechanism of cell competition as inferred from two different categories of mutant cells：（1） slower-growing cells and （2） structurally defective cells. We also discuss the possible role of cell competition as an intrinsic homeostasis system through which normal cells sense and remove aberrant cells, such as precancerous cells, to maintain the integrity and normal development of tissues and organs.

日本已成功建立了全面的社会保障体系,实现了全民医疗和全民年金等目标。该制度的演变跨越了漫长的历史,适应了每个时代的挑战。第二次世界大战结束后,日本采取政策措施为生活贫困者、儿童和残疾人建立了相应的社会救助和社会福利制度。从20世纪50年代末到70年代初,日本完善了全民医疗和全民年金等社会保障制度。自20世纪90年代起,日本开始应对出生率下降和人口老龄化问题,并对社会保障制度进行改革,以确保其可持续性。至此,日本建成了包括医疗、年金、长期护理、育儿支持和公共援助在内的全面社会保障体系以保障民生。然而,在未来老龄化社会的背景下,出生率下降、人口减少以及地区差异的存在,都给政策带来了挑战,包括财政的可持续性、基于社区的医疗和社会服务供给的发展以及应对相对贫困等政策。当前人口减少不仅在日本,在中国和韩国也已成为普遍现象。对中日韩的研究人员来说,探讨人口减少背景下的社会保障等政策选择具有重要意义。

A super absorbent material was prepared with the super absorbent resin （ SAR ） and inorganic gel. The SAR of the carboxymethyl cellulose grafting acrylic acid （ CMC-AA ） was copolymer synthesized using the method of inverse-phase suspension polymerization. The influences of the monomer concentration, neutralization degree, the initiator, dispersion agent, cross-linking agent, reaction and drying temperature on the grafting copolymer properties were examined. Meanwhlie, its properties was investigated and the model for absorption mechanism of this absorbent composite was proposed.

Dependence of yields of OH (hydroxyl) radicals on the mass and specific energy of heavy ions and elapsed time after irradiation was investigated,to understand chemical reactions of aqueous *** yields of irradiation products of phenol,super-linearly increased with the incident energy of He,C,and Ne ions ranging from 2 to 18 MeV/*** yields of the OH radicals were estimated by analyzing the yields of the irradiation products of phenol. The yields of the OH radicals increased with the specific energy for each ion,but decreased both with the mass of each ion at the same specific energy and elapsed time after irradiation.
