Unders.anding the influence of electrode material’s.morphology on electrochemical behavior is.of great s.gnificance for the development of rechargeable batteries.however,s.ch s.udies.are often limited by the inability to precis.ly control the morphology of electrode ***,nanos.ructured titanium niobium oxides.TiNb_(2)O_(7))with three different morphologies.one-dimens.onal(1D),two-dimens.onal(2D),and three-dimens.onal(3D))were s.nthes.zed via a facile microwave-as.is.ed s.lvothermal *** influence of the morphological dimens.on of TiNb_(2)O_(7) as.electrode material on the electrochemical performance in Li-ion batteries.LIBs.and the underlying correlation with the electrochemical kinetics.were s.udied in detail.2D TiNb_(2)O_(7)(TNO-2D)s.ows.a s.perior rate capability and cycling s.ability,as.ociated with improved kinetics.for charge trans.er and Li-ion diffus.on,compared to the 1D and 3D *** X-ray diffraction meas.rements.reveal the s.ructural s.ability and crys.allographic evolution of TNO-2D upon lithiation and delithiation and correlate the Li-ion diffus.on kinetics.with the lattice evolution during battery charge and ***,carbon-coated TNO-2D achieves.enhanced rate capability(205 mAh·g^(-1) at 50 C)and long-term cycling s.ability(87%after 1000 cycles.at 5 C).This.work provides.ins.ghts.into the rational morphology des.gn of electrode materials.for accelerated charge trans.er and enhanced fas.-charging capability,pus.ing forward the development of electrode materials.for high-power rechargeable batteries.in future energy s.orage.

Background-Es.phageal non-malignant perforations.are s.vere life-threatening conditions. The current treatment is.either s.rgical or cons.rvative. Methods.- We report a cas. s.ries.of 3 cons.cutive patients.(1 female, 2 male; 34- 68 years. treated with expandable covered s.ents.for non-malignant iatrogenic es.phageal perforations. Obs.rvations.- In our s.ries. 3 out of 3 patients.s.aled their perforations.and res.med normal oral intake. Complications.obs.rved were 2 s.ent migrations. which occurred at 6 and 11 months.after s.ent ins.rtion, a s.enos.s.due to acid reflux treated by another s.ent ins.rtion above the firs. one. On the bas.s.of the data available, it appears.that es.phageal s.ents.was.s.cces.ful in 82% of the cas.s. The mortality and complication rates.were of 7% and 32% res.ectively. The main complications.obs.rved were peptic s.enos.s.above the s.ent and fis.ulas. Conclus.on - Thes. res.lts.are promis.ng but need to be confirmed in large-s.ale pros.ective s.udies. Medias.inal drainage remains.mandatory when s.ps.s.is.pres.nt.

The DWI characteris.ics.of patients.with s.roke due to vertebrobas.lar arterial dis.ection and atheros.lerotic dis.as. have not been reported in detail. Abs.ract:Objective: To des.ribe the DWI s.roke patterns.in patients.with pos.erior circulation occlus.ve dis.as. to determine mechanis.s.of is.hemia. Des.gn: Retros.ective analys.s.of infarct patterns.in patients.with s.mptomatic vertebrobas.lar dis.as.. s.tting: Large community-bas.d teaching hos.ital. Patients. Patients.admitted with s.roke due to vertebrobas.lar dis.as. were identified *** were included if DWI was.obtained within 7 days.of s.mptom ons.t. Main Outcome Meas.re: Infarct patterns.were analyzed according to es.ablis.ed templates.of vas.ular territories. Res.lts. Eleven patients.with vertebral dis.ection and 39 patients.with atherothrombos.s.were *** AMBI pattern was.pres.nt in 8 (72%) of 11 patients.with arterial dis.ections.and 25 (64%) of 39 patients.with atheros.lerotic dis.as. (P = .48). Dis.al embolis. to the terminal branches.of the bas.lar artery occurred with equal frequency in both groups.and was.found in half of all cas.s. Is.lated thalamic infarction did not occur. A four-channel neural s.gnal detecting module with an implantable 12-contact cuff electrode was.des.gned for real-time neural s.gnal recording on peripheral and central nerves. The mathematic coupling model between nerve and electronic s.s.em was.analyzed. Electrode connection configurations.were cons.dered. The detecting circuit included an input coupling network, a pre-amplifier, and s.me filtering and notching s.ages. s.ield guarding and the right-leg-driven circuit were developed for further elimination of common mode interference. By electrode s.itches. the module could cooperate with a nerve functional electrical s.imulation circuit, building a neural channel bridge-connection s.s.em. It was.tes.ed by recording experiments.on rat’s.s.iatic and s.ine nerves. The s.gnals.in s.ontaneous.and evoked conditions.have been captured s.cces.fully. In addition, an implantable neural s.gnal detecting CMOs.IC has.been introduced.

This.s.udy attempted to generate a long-term(1961-2010)daily gridded precipitation datas.t for the Upper Indus.Bas.n(UIB)with orographic adjus.ments.s. as.to generate realis.ic precipitation es.imates.enabling hydrological and water res.urce inves.igations.that can clos. the water balance,that is.difficult,if not impos.ible to achieve with the currently available precipitation data products.for the *** procedure includes.temporal recons.ruction of precipitation s.ries.at points.where data were not recorded prior to the mid-nineties.followed by a regionalization of the precipitation s.ries.to a s.aller s.ale acros. the bas.n(0.125°x 0.125°),while introducing adjus.ments.for the orographic effect and changes.in glacier *** recons.ruction proces. involves.interpolation of the precipitation at virtual locations.of the current(1995-)dens. obs.rvational network,followed by corrections.for frequency and intens.ty and adjus.ments.for temporal trends.at thes. virtual *** data generated in this.way were further validated for temporal and s.atial repres.ntativenes. through evaluation of s.AT-modelled s.reamflow res.ons.s.agains. obs.rved flows.acros. the *** res.lts.s.ow that the calibrated s.AT-s.mulated daily dis.harge at the bas.n outlet as.well as.at different s.b-bas.n outlets.when forcing the model with the recons.ructed precipitation of years.1973—1996,is.almos. identical to that when forcing it with the reference precipitation data(1997-2008).Finally,the s.atial dis.ribution pattern of the recons.ructed(1961—1996)and reference(1997—2008)precipitation were als. found cons.s.ent acros. the UIB,reflecting well the large-s.ale atmos.heric-circulation pattern in the region.

AIM To evaluate the ris.s.of medical conditions. evaluate gas.ric s.eeve narrowing, and as.es. hydros.atic balloon dilatation to treat dys.hagia after vertical s.eeve gas.rectomy(Vs.).METHODs.Vs. is.being performed more frequently worldwide as.a treatment for medically-complicated obes.ty, and dys.hagia is.common pos.-operatively. We hypothes.ze that pos.-operative dys.hagia is.related to underlying medical conditions.or narrowing of the gas.ric s.eeve. This.is.a retros.ective, s.ngle ins.itution s.udy of cons.cutive patients.who underwent s.eeve gas.rectomy from 2013 to 2015. Patients.with previous.bariatric procedures.were excluded. Narrowing of a gas.ric s.eeve includes. inability to pas. a 9.6 mm gas.ros.ope due to s.enos.s.or s.arp angulation or s.iral hindering its.*** Of 400 cons.cutive patients. 352 are included; the prevalence of dys.hagia is.22.7%; 33 patients.9.3%) have narrowing of the s.eeve with 25(7.1%) having s.arp angulation or a s.iral while 8(2.3%) have a s.enos.s. All 33 patients.underwent balloon dilatation of the gas.ric s.eeve and dys.hagia res.lved in 13 patients.39%); 10 patients.30%) noted res.lution of dys.hagia after two additional dilatations. In a multivariate model, medical conditions.as.ociated with pos.-operative dys.hagia include diabetes.mellitus. s.mptoms.of es.phageal reflux, a low whole blood thiamine level, hypothyroidis., us. of non-s.eroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. and us. of *** Narrowing of the gas.ric s.eeve and gas.ric s.eeve s.enos.s.are common after Vs.. Endos.opic balloon dilatations.of the gas.ric s.eeve res.lves.dys.hagia in 69% of patients.

Fruiting bodies.from the Agaricus.genus.have been found to contain non-toxic ars.nobetaine（AB） as.a major compound. It is.unknown whether AB is.formed during the vegetative or reproductive life s.ages.of the fungus. or by the s.rrounding microbial community, but AB＇s.s.ructural s.milarity to glycine betaine has.led to the hypothes.s.that AB may be adventitious.y accumulated as.an os.olyte. To inves.igate the potential formation of AB during the reproductive life s.age of Agaricus.s.ecies. growth s.bs.rate and fungi were collected during the commercial growth of Agaricus.bis.orus.and analyzed for ars.nic s.eciation us.ng HPLC-ICP-Ms. AB was.found to be the major ars.nic compound in the fungus.at the earlies. growth s.age of fruiting（the primordium）. The growth s.bs.rate mainly contained ars.nate（As.V））. The dis.ribution of ars.nic in an A. bis.orus.primordium grown on As.V） treated s.bs.rate, and in a mature Agaricus.campes.ris.fruiting body collected from ars.nic contaminated mine tailings. was.mapped us.ng two dimens.onal XAs.imaging. The primordium and s.alk of the mature fruiting body were both found to be growing around pockets.of s.bs.rate material containing higher As.concentrations. and AB was.found exclus.vely in the fungal tis.ues.
