Diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPP)is one of the most promising building blocks for constructing polymer semiconductors with high charge-carrier mobilities in organic field-effect transistors(OFETs).In this study,a novel DPP-based conjugated polymer,PDPPy-BDD,was designed and *** ambipolar field-effect transistor characteristics were realized with the average hole and electron mobilities of 3.5×10^(-3)and 3.07×10^(-2)cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1),*** the hole and electron mobilities could be successfully en-hanced by using a tetramethylammonium iodide(NMe4l)*** an enhancement was attributed to the formation of stronger interchainπ-πstackings,the weakening of the face-on packing orientation in the thin film state,and the higher channel conductivi-ties in the OFETs.

利用甲醇-硫酸混合液（体积比10∶7）对土壤和白菜中低分子量有机酸同时进行提取和甲酯化衍生,然后利用二氯甲烷液-液萃取,气相色谱法分析。土壤中7种低分子量有机酸（草酸、丙二酸、反丁烯二酸、琥珀酸、马来酸、L-苹果酸、柠檬酸）的添加回收率为81.93%～95.58%,白菜中的添加回收率为84.78%～106.99%,方法的检出限为0.72～4.14 mg/kg。方法用于测定根际、非根际土壤和白菜根系、茎叶中的低分子量有机酸,结果准确可靠。

Introduction: Obstetric Fistulas (OF) constitute a major public health problem in developing countries in general and in Central African Republic (CAR) in particular because of its numerous consequences. The objective of this work is to contribute to the management of OF cases in CAR. Patients and Methods: This was a retrospective, descriptive and analytical study, including data from several OF care services. The study included 245 cases of OF, operated on from 2009 to 2018. The parameters studied were maternal and obstetrical data, sociodemographic data, the specific characteristics of the fistulas as well as the modalities and outcome of surgical treatment. The data collected came from six (6) OF surgical repair campaigns organized by the Ministry of Health and Population with the support of UNFPA. Results: We recorded 245 patients, representing a prevalence of 0.77% of OF per year. Among these patients, almost half (45.3%) were treated at the Sino-Central African Friendship University Hospital Center (CHUASC). The average age of the patients was 30 years (range 14 to 78 years). They were unschooled (53.9%) and primigravidas (35%). The fistulas had an average duration of evolution of 7.58 years. They were vesicovaginal in 25.3%. Types V and I dominated in 17.4% and 9.2%, respectively. In 85.9% of cases, fistulorrhaphy was performed, half of which (50.2%) via the upper route. The cure rate was 83.3%. Note that our study reveals statistically significant links between the evolution after surgery with age (p = 0.04 Conclusion: OF mainly affected women of childbearing age, uneducated, primiparous. Vesicovaginal fistula was the frequently encountered type and was manifested by urine loss clinically with a positive methylene blue test.

Despite recent improvements in the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer(PC),clinical outcomes remain ***,there are no effective prognostic or predictive biomarkers or options beyond carbohydrate antigen 19-9 for personalized and precise *** tumor cells(CTCs),as a member of the liquid biopsy family,could be a promising biomarker;however,the rarity of CTCs in peripheral venous blood limits their clinical *** the first venous drainage of PC is portal circulation,the portal vein can be a more suitable location for the detection of *** ultrasound-guided portal venous sampling of CTCs is both feasible and *** studies have suggested that the detection rate and number of CTCs may be higher in the portal blood than in the peripheral *** counts in the portal blood are highly associated with hepatic metastasis,recurrence after surgery,and *** phenotypic and genotypic properties measured in the captured portal CTCs can help us to understand tumor heterogeneity and predict the prognosis of *** sample sizes and heterogeneous CTC detection methods limit the studies to ***,a large number of prospective studies are needed to corroborate portal CTCs as a valid biomarker in PC.

While an increasing number of therapeutic options are now available for the first-line treatment of locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer,the optimal choice for treatment in the second-line setting and beyond is less well defined.A variety of cytotoxic agents,either alone or in combination,have been evaluated,although primarily in the context of small single-arm or retrospective *** regimens have been associated with median progression-free survival rates in the range of 2-4 mo and overall survival rates between 4-8mo,highlighting the very poor prognosis of patients who are candidates for such *** therapies studied in this chemotherapy-refractory setting,meanwhile,have produced even worse efficacy *** the current article,we review the clinical evidence for treatment of refractory disease,primarily in patients who have progressed on front-line gemcitabine-based *** the process,we highlight the limitations of the available data to date as well as some of the challenges in designing appropriate clinical trials in this salvage setting,including how to select an appropriate control arm given the absence of a wellestablished reference standard,and the importance of incorporating predictive biomarkers and quality of life measures whenever possible into study design.

The phenomenon of data explosion represents a severe challenge for the upcoming big data ***,the current Internet architecture is insufficient for dealing with a huge amount of traffic owing to an increase in redundant content transmission and the end-point-based communication ***-centric networking(ICN)is a paradigm for the future Internet that can be utilized to resolve the data explosion *** this paper,we focus on content-centric networking(CCN),one of the key candidate ICN *** has been studied in various network environments with the aim of relieving network and server burden,especially in name-based forwarding and in-network caching *** paper studies the effect of several caching strategies in the CCN domain from the perspective of network and server ***,we comprehensively analyze the in-network caching performance of CCN under several popular cache replication methods(i.e.,cache placement).We evaluate the performance with respect to wellknown Internet traffic patterns that follow certain probabilistic distributions,such as the Zipf/Mandelbrot–Zipf distributions,and *** the experiments,we developed an OPNET-based CCN simulator with a realistic Internet-like topology.

Herein,the innovative hybrid photocatalyst PET-based Zn-MOF on orange peel biochar(BC)(PZM/BC)was designed and synthesized via the hydrothermal *** methods have been used to demonstrate the action of the PET-MOF in the PZM/BC photocatalyst as a medium for electron *** latter involved the synthesis of a zinc-containing metal-organic framework(MOF)in which the linkers were derived from the depolymerization of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)originating from plastic *** to research,the catalytic reactions are sped up when porous BC and linker PET are assimilated into PZM/BC photocatalyst ***,BC stored electrons under light and released these electrons under dark *** BC was combined with PET-MOF,the electrons on the biochar activated the catalytic redox activity of ***,it lowers the reassimilation rate due to the combined meshed nanostructures and functionality of PET-MOF and PZM/***-Vis DRS,Mott-Schottky,Photoluminescence(PL),and Electrochemical Impedance spectra(EIS)results showed that the PZM/BC exhibited efficient spatial separation and transportation of photogenerated charge carriers and exhibited superior photocatalytic *** spin resonance(ESR)analysis confirmed that⋅OH and h+were the predominant radical species responsible for the degradation of acetaminophen(ACT).The optimum conditions for ACT removal were observed at pH 6.07,with a PZM/BC dosage of 0.1 g L^(−1),and an initial ACT concentration of 50 mg L^(−1),highlighting the pivotal role of the PZM/BC system in ACT ***,potential photocatalytic degradation pathways of ACT were inferred renders on the identified intermediates which are responsible for the degradation of refractory *** trials were carried out to assess the stability of the ***,the degraded intermediates generated during the degradation processes were examined,providing a
