t.e.West Congo Belt contains in its rocks of Neoproterozoic age from Nemba complex outcropping in t.e.Moumba River. this West Congo belt is made up of a crustal segment of t.e.Arcuaï-West Congo orogen which extends from southwest Gabon to t.e.nort.e.st of Angola. this study aims to constrain t.e.geochemical signature Nemba complex of West Congo belt from t.e.petrograhic and geochemical study on t.e.whole rock. t.e.petrographic data from this study show t.e.Moumba metabasites are made up of amphibolites, metagabbros, epidotites and greenschists interstratified in t.e.eburnean metasediments and affected by mesozonal to epizonal metamorphism characterized by t.e.retromorphosis of intermediate amphibolite facies minerals into greenschist facies. Whole-rock geochemical data indicate that t.e.e metabasites are continental flood basalts (CFB) of basic nature and transitional affinity emplaced in intraplate context. t.e.e continental flood basalts are generated from magma originating from a significantly enriched shallow mant.e.plume and this magma t.e. contaminated by t.e.continental crust during t.e.r ascent. t.e.reconstruction of tectonic signature suggests that West Congo belt would result from closure of an ocean basin with subduction phenomena. this collision would be marked by t.e.establishment of ophiolite complex. We show that this model is incompatible with t.e.CFB nature of metabasites and t.e.orogenic evolution of Neoproterozoic. It does not seem that we can evoke a genetic link with a subduction of oceanic crust, because t.e.paleogeography of Neoproterozoic (Rodinia) is marked by intracontinental rifts linked to opening of Rodinia. We t.e.efore suggest t.e.non-existence of ophiolitic complex in western Congo belt and reject t.e.collisional model published by certain authors. We confirm t.e.currently available intracontinental orogen model.

BACKGROUND Improved adenoma detection rate(ADR)has been demonstrated with artificial intelligence(AI)-assisted ***,data on t.e.real-world appli-cation of AI and its effect on colorectal cancer(CRC)screening outcomes is *** to analyze t.e.long-term impact of AI on a diverse at-risk pat.e.t population undergoing diagnostic colonoscopy for positive CRC screening tests or *** AI software(GI Genius,Medtronic)was implemented into t.e.standard proced-ure protocol in November *** was collected on pat.e.t demographics,procedure indication,polyp size,location,and *** screening outcomes were evaluated before and at different intervals after AI introduction with one year of *** We evaluated 1008 colonoscopies(278 pre-AI,255 early post-AI,285 established post-AI,and 190 late post-AI).t.e.ADR was 38.1%pre-AI,42.0%early post-AI(P=0.77),40.0%established post-AI(P=0.44),and 39.5%late post-AI(P=0.77).t.e.e were no significant differences in polyp detection rate(PDR,baseline 59.7%),advanced ADR(baseline 16.2%),and non-neoplastic PDR(baseline 30.0%)before and after AI *** In pat.e.ts with an increased pre-test probability of having an abnormal colonoscopy,t.e.current generation of AI did not yield enhanced CRC screening metrics over high-quality *** t.e.potential of AI in colonoscopy is undisputed,current AI technology may not universally elevate screening metrics across all situations and pat.e.t *** studies that analyze different AI systems across various pat.e.t populations are needed to determine t.e.most.e.fective role of AI in optimizing CRC screening in clinical practice.

Background:Severe trauma is associated with systemic inflammation and organ *** rodent trauma models are t.e.mainstay of postinjury research but have been criticized for not fully replicating severe human *** aim of this study was to create a rat model of multicompart.e.tal injury which recreates profound traumatic ***:Male Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to unilateral lung contusion and hemorrhagic shock(LCHS),multicompart.e.tal polytrauma(Pt)(unilateral lung contusion,hemorrhagic shock,cecectomy,bifemoral pseudofracture),or na?ve ***,plasma toll-l ike receptor 4(tLR4),hemoglobin,spleen to body weight ratio,bone marrow(BM)erythroid progenitor(CFU-GeMM,BFU-e,and CFU-e)growth,plasma granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)and right lung histologic injury were assessed on day 7,with significance defined as p valuesesults:Polytrauma resulted in markedly more profound inhibition of weight gain compared to LCHS(p=0.0002)along with elevated plasma tLR4(per hemoglobin(penlarged spleen to body weight ratios(p=0.004).Both LCHS and Pt demonstrated suppression of CFU-e and BFU-e growth compared to naive(pelevated in Pt compared to both na?ve and LCHS(pt demonstrated significant histologic right lung injury with poor alveolar wall integrity and interstitial ***:Multicompart.e.tal injury as described here establishes a reproducible model of multicompart.e.tal injury with worsened anemia,splenic tissue enlargement,weight loss,and increased inflammatory activity compared to a less severe *** may serve as a more effective model to recreate profound traumatic injury to replicate t.e.human inflammatory response postinjury.

We carried out this research at Abu-Gaddaf Natural Forest Reserve (ANFR) which is located east of Blue Nile River, in Blue Nile State, Sudan. It aims at.e.ploring t.e. composition assessing t.e.r diversity indices, and ecological importance values. For survey of types and estimation of density of t.e. species in t.e.forest, we randomly distributed 97 circular sample plots (0.1 hectare (ha)). In each sample plot we identified all t.e.s to t.e.species level, recorded t.e.r frequencies and computed species diversity and importance value indices (IVI). A total of 13 t.e. species, which belong to 12 genera and nine families, were identified in t.e.t.e. layer of t.e.forest. Mean t.e. density in ANFR was 116 t.e.s/ha, composed mainly of Boswellia papyrifera (Del.) Hochst. (48), followed by Combretum hartmannianu (19) and Lannea fruticosa (18). Fabaceae was t.e.most common family followed by Combretaceae and Malvaceae. B. papyrifera Delile Hochst was t.e.most abundant while Acacia seyal was t.e.least abundant species. Species richness (R = 1.71), evenness (e = 0.69), dominance (0.24) indices and Simpson’s Index of Diversity (D' = 0.76) suggest a moderate diversity, moderate numbers of individuals in each species and a moderate community stability. t.e.research provides empirical results on diversity and ecological importance value of species, signifies t.e.urging need to safeguard threatened species and to prioritize t.e. for conservation, as well as t.e.need to promote management of abundant species to provide multiple forest.e.osystem services.
