Memory is a ubiquitous characteristic of complex systems,and critical phenomena are one of the most intriguing phenomena in ***,we propose an Ising model with memory,develop a corresponding theory of critical phenomena with memory for complex systems,and discover a series of surprising novel *** show that a naive theory of a usual Hamiltonian with a direct inclusion of a power-law decaying long-range temporal interaction violates radically a hyperscaling law for all spatial dimensions even at and below the upper critical *** entails both indispensable consideration of the Hamiltonian for dynamics,rather than the usual practice of just focusing on the corresponding dynamic Lagrangian alone,and transformations that result in a correct theory in which space and time are inextricably interwoven,leading to an effective spatial dimension that repairs the hyperscaling *** theory gives rise to a set of novel mean-field critical exponents,which are different from the usual Landau ones,as well as new universality *** exponents are verified by numerical simulations of the Ising model with memory in two and three spatial dimensions.

目的:探究中国西部5城市中老年人血清25羟基维生素D[25-hydroxyvitamin D,25(OH)D]与握力的相关性。方法:基于2023年2—7月在中国西部5个城市开展的横断面调查数据,通过问卷收集中老年人的相关人口学特征,通过体格检查记录握力,采集空腹血液样本分离血清并使用高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定血清25(OH)D浓度,使用卡方检验进行组间比较,使用Logistic回归分析西部5城市中老年人血清25(OH)D与握力的相关性。结果:我国西部5城市中老年人维生素D的缺乏率和不足率分别为52.9%和34.5%[维生素D缺乏定义为血清25(OH)D总浓度<20μg/L,维生素D不足定义为血清25(OH)D总浓度为20~30μg/L],高龄、女性、采样季节在冬季的中老年人血清25(OH)D水平更低(P<0.05)。25.3%的中老年人发生了握力减退,65~80岁25(OH)D缺乏的老年人握力减退的发生率高于25(OH)D不足的老年人(45.0%vs.32.6%)和25(OH)D充足的老年人(45.0%vs.20.6%);25(OH)D缺乏的75~80岁老年人握力减退的发生率最高(62.1%),25(OH)D不足组次之(11.1%,P<0.05)。与25(OH)D充足的中老年人相比,25(OH)D缺乏的中老年人发生握力减退的风险增加1.4倍(OR=2.403,95%CI:1.202~4.804,P=0.013),未发现25(OH)D不足与中老年人握力状况存在显著相关关系;血清总25(OH)D每增加5μg/L,其发生握力减退的风险降低13.1%(OR=0.869,95%CI:0.768~0.982,P=0.025);血清25(OH)D 2每增加5μg/L,其发生握力减退的风险降低24.1%(OR=0.759,95%CI:0.582~0.990,P=0.042);未发现血清25(OH)D 3含量与握力减退风险存在显著相关关系。血清25(OH)D水平每增加一个等级(缺乏、不足和充足),中老年人发生握力减退的风险降低25.2%(OR=0.748,95%CI:0.598~0.936,P=0.011)。在65~80岁和65~69岁的两组调查对象中,血清25(OH)D水平每增加一个等级,发生握力减退的风险降低40.0%,而在75~80岁的调查对象中,25(OH)D水平每增加一个等级,发生握力减退的风险降低80.0%。结论:中国西部5城市中老年人血清总25(OH)D和25(OH)D 2含量与握力状况存在一定关联。

Background Low-back pain(LBP)in nurses is a major health concern that affects their quality of life and ability to work,with consequences for their economic *** This study evaluates the effect of low-level laser acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure(LAA)on pain intensity,pain interference and quality of life in nurses with ***,setting,participants and interventions This randomized controlled trial recruited a convenience sample of hospital-based nurses from one teaching hospital in Taiwan,*** were randomly assigned to the LAA group(n=38)receiving low-level laser acupuncture and auricular acupressure for 4 weeks,and the control group(n=38)receiving only sham laser acupuncture treatment without laser energy *** outcome measures Data were collected for the primary pain outcome using the Short Form of the Brief Pain Inventory,while the secondary outcome,quality of life,was evaluated using the Roland-Morris Disability *** primary and secondary outcomes were scored before the intervention,and after 2-week and 4-week *** rate of LBP recurrence was evaluated at the 4th week and 8th week after the end of *** After controlling for prior pain,the result of linear mixed model analysis showed trends in significant between-group differences in the level of current pain occurring in week 4(P<0.001),worst pain in week 2(P<0.001)and week 4(P<0.001),least pain in week 2(P=0.032)and week 4(P<0.001),pain interference in week 2(P=0.009)and week 4(P<0.001),and in the life dysfunction in week 2(P<0.001)and week 4(P<0.001).Recurrence rates of LBP at the 4th and 8th weeks after the end of intervention were 0%and 36.89%in the LAA group,and 69.44%and 36.11%in the control *** This study shows that 4-week LAA intervention reduced pain intensity and pain interference,and improved quality of life for hospital-based nurses with *** effects were maintained continuously for at least 4

Structural Changes of a Tropical Cyclone during Landfall: β-plane Simulations

This study investigated the effects of landfall on the structure of a tropical cyclone （TC）. Numerical simulations were performed using the Weather Research and Forecasting Model on a β-plane. Two landfall experiments, one with an east–west and another with a north–south oriented coastline, were performed. Similar to previous studies on an f-plane, large-scale flows in the low-to-middle troposphere were modified due to friction. A pair of counter rotating gyres was found, which was shown to be consistent with the slight deffection of the TC relative to the control experiment without land. Compared to previous f-plane simulations, because of the inherent asymmetries due to the β-gyres, the large-scale pattern of flows and convergences/divergences related to friction were found to depend on coastline orientations. On the other hand, regardless of the coastline orientation, convergences were found to be stronger to the left for both cases near landfall, as in previous f-plane simulations. Such a convergence pattern subsequently induced a change in convection and rainfall at the eyewall.

目的:探究中国10城市6~36月龄婴幼儿膳食多样性与自报患病情况的相关性。方法:基于2019—2020年在中国10城市开展的横断面调查的数据,通过问卷收集婴幼儿的相关人口学特征、自报患病情况及膳食多样性情况,使用卡方检验、Logistic回归、负二项回归模型分析婴幼儿膳食多样性与自报患病发生率及患病次数之间的相关性。结果:我国城市婴幼儿最低膳食多样性满足率为74.6%,婴幼儿年龄越大、家庭人均月收入越高、父亲教育程度越高其最低膳食多样性满足率更高(P<0.05)。满足最低膳食多样性的婴幼儿其呼吸系统疾病(IRR=0.76,95%CI:0.58~0.98,P=0.035)以及腹泻(IRR=0.65,95%CI:0.48~0.88,P=0.006)发生的次数更低。暂未发现婴幼儿膳食多样性与各自报疾病的发生率之间存在显著相关关系。结论:中国城市6~36月龄婴幼儿膳食多样性与呼吸系统疾病以及腹泻存在一定关联。

2′-Fucosyllactose (2’-FL) shows the potential to support intestinal health as a natural prebiotic that bridges the gap between infant formula feeding and breastfeeding. However， the effect and mechanism of 2’-FL in improving intestinal permeability are not clear. In this study， we constructed human microbiota-associated (HMA) mouse models by colonizing healthy infant feces in mice with antibiotic-depleted intestinal microbiota. The protective effect of 2’-FL on the intestinal permeability was explored using the HMA mouse models， and the combination of metagenomics was used to analyze the possible mechanisms by which the microorganisms reduced the intestinal permeability. The results showed that 2’-FL decreased the concentration of markers of intestinal permeability (enterotoxin and DAO) and increased the expression levels of tight junctions (occludin and claudin). Metagenomics revealed the enrichment of Bifidobacterium and increased the expression of glycoside hydrolases (GHs)， including GH31， GH28， and GH5. In conclusion， 2’-FL strengthened intestinal permeability function by improving microbiota composition to control the translocation of harmful substance.

目的:修订哺乳期膳食平衡指数,并评价我国十城市哺乳期妇女膳食质量,分析影响哺乳期妇女膳食质量的因素。方法:使用自设问卷和膳食频率问卷,于2019年对中国10城市863名乳母开展横断面营养健康调查。在2016年膳食平衡指数的基础上,根据2022年哺乳期妇女膳食指南调整评分标准,并评价乳母膳食质量。结果:乳母膳食摄入不平衡、不足、过量的比例分别为86.7%、85.9%、44.2%。乳母蔬菜类、水果类、奶类、大豆类及水产品类食物摄入不足,食用油和盐摄入过量严重,摄入食物多样性较低。受教育水平、收入、城市类型、体力活动水平、产后抑郁情况和是否参与孕妇学校等多种因素与乳母膳食平衡相关。结论:中国十城市乳母人群的膳食摄入不平衡主要体现为摄入不足,而摄入过量的程度相对较低。应有针对性地加强妇女产后健康教育,提高乳母膳食质量。
