Congenital malignant melanoma (MM) is an uncommon condition that is defined as MM recognized at birth. Its incidence is difficult to determine because of the small number of reported cases and because of problems associated with diagnosis. Generally, spitz naevus and melanoma have many clinical and histopathological similarities, so it is difficult to differentiate between the two. We describe a rare case of congenitalMM in which differential diagnosis from spitz naevus was problematic. In addition, we review the literature and comment on the prognostic differences among the three types of congenital and infantile MM.

本文应用电子束刻蚀技术并结合真空镀膜技术提出了制作电子束云纹光栅的新方法。首次提出三镀层制作双频电子束云纹光栅的新工艺。所制得的光栅可在两频率下应用电子束云纹法测量物体的变形。同一般光栅相比 ,这种双频光栅变形量程范围更大。在本研究中 ,运用电子束刻蚀法并结合真空镀膜技术制作出 0 .1μm间距 ( 10 0 0 0线 /mm光栅 )的电子束云纹光栅。应用所制作的 10 μm/1μm双频光栅与相对应的电子束参考栅干涉 ,分别得到对应的电子束云纹场。文中对制栅工艺及方法进行了详细的讨论。

硝酸甘油诱导的血管舒张作为血流介导的血管舒张功能（flow-mediated vasodilation,FMD）的对照试验,用来区别内皮依赖性与非依赖性的血管舒张功能。近来,硝酸甘油诱导的血管舒张已被报道是动脉粥样硬化分级的有用标志物。该研究旨在评估联合FMD与硝酸甘油诱导的血管舒张对未来心血管事件的预测价值。方法与结果：纳入研究对象402例,其中包括心血管病患者,测定FMD与硝酸甘油诱导的血管舒张。

Hexarelin, a synthetic growth hormone-releasing peptide, can bind to and activate the growth hormone secretagogue receptor （GHsR） in the brain similar to its natural analog ghrelin. However, the peripheral distribution of GHsR in the heart and blood vessels suggests that hexarelin might have direct cardiovascular actions beyond growth hormone release and neuroendocrine effects. Furthermore, the non-GHsR CD36 had been demonstrated to be a specific cardiac receptor for hexarelin and to mediate its cardioprotective effects. When compared with ghrelin, hexarelin is chemically more stable and functionally more potent. Therefore, it may be a promising therapeutic agent for some car-diovascular conditions. In this concise review, we discuss the current evidence for the cardiovascular action of hexarelin.

Characteristics of the magnetic-island-induced ion temperature gradient （MITG） mode are studied through gyrofluid simulations in the slab geometry, focusing on the effects of Landau damping, equilibrium magnetic shear （EMs）, and pressure flattening. It is shown that the magnetic island may enhance the Landau damping of the system by inducing the radial magnetic field. Moreover, the radial eigenmode numbers of most MITG poloidal harmonics are increased by the magnetic island so that the MITG mode is destabilized in the low EMs regime. In addition, the pressure profile flattening effect inside a magnetic island hardly affects the growth of the whole MITG mode, while it has different local effects near the O-point and the X-point regions. In comparison with the non-zero-order perturbations, only the quasi-linear flattening effect due to the zonal pressure is the effective component to impact the growth rate of the mode.

Background There is limited information concerning the overall epidemiology of invasive fungal disease (IFD) in *** aim of this study was to clarify the clinical features of IFD in a tertiary pediatric care *** Patients diagnosed with proven or probable IFD at our hospital between 2011 and 2015 were retrospectively *** and probable IFD were defined according to the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer/Cancer/Invasive Fungal Infections Cooperative Group and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Mycoses study Group *** with possible IFD were *** The incidence of proven or probable IFD was 26 of 20,079 hospitalized patients (0.13%).The predominant underlying disease was malignancy (54%) and congenital anomaly (27%).The most common diagnosis was candidemia among the patients with proven IFD (8 of 13,62%).All the isolated pathogens in the candidemia patients were non-albicans Candida *** most common site of infection was the lungs in patients with probable IFD (11 of 13 patients,85%).In probable IFD episodes,positive β-D-glucan and galactomannan were found in 12 of 13 (92%) and 5 of 13 (38%) patients,*** but one patient (96%) received empirical antifungal *** patients underwent surgical resection of residual *** overall mortality was 23% and the attributable mortality of IFD was 12%.Conclusion Our results suggest the emergence of non-albicans Candida species as important pathogens in childhood IFD.

AIM:To investigate endoscopic and histopathological findings in the duodenum of patients with strongyloides stercoralis(***)hyperinfection. METHODs:Over a period of 23 years(1984-2006),we investigated 25 patients *** hyperinfection who had had an esophagogastroduodenoscopy before undergoing treatment for *** clinical and endoscopic findings were analyzed retrospectively. REsULTs:Twenty-four(96%)of the patients investigated were under immunocompromised condition which was mainly due to a human T lymphotropic virus type 1(HTLV-1)*** abnormal endoscopic findings,mainly edematous mucosa,white villi and erythematous mucosa,were observed in 23(92%) *** degree of duodenitis including villous atrophy/destruction and inflammatory cell infiltration corresponded to the severity of the endoscopic findings. The histopathologic yield for identifying larvae was 71.4% by duodenal *** endoscopic findings of duodenitis were more severe in patients whose biopsies were positive for larvae than those whose biopsies were negative(Endoscopic severity score:4.86±2.47vs 2.71 ±1.38,PsION:Our study clearly demonstrates that,in addition to stool analysis,endoscopic observation and biopsies are very *** also emphasize that *** and HTLV-1 infections should be ruled out before immunosuppressive therapy is administered in endemic regions.
