BAc.GrOUND The use of unc.mented c.ps during total hip arthroplasty(THA)has gained popularity in rec.nt *** robert Mathys(rM)pressfit c.p,an unc.mented monobloc. implant is expec.ed to preserve bone density due to its c.mposition and external surfac.,while reduc.ng bac.side wear with its monobloc. *** fac.ors should lead to a high survival rate of the *** To evaluate the mid-term survival and func.ional outc.me of the rM Pressfit c.p in a large study *** Between 2011 and 2020,we inc.uded 1324 patients rec.iving a primary THA using the rM pressfit *** c.inic.l follow-up was performed at 2 years postoperatively with the Dutc. arthroplasty register used to assess implant status *** for ac.tabular failure and reason for revision were reported to evaluate implant survival,while the hip disability and osteoarthritis outc.me sc.re(HOOS)sc.res were used to assess func.ional *** The mean age at surgery was 64.9 *** mean follow-up was 4.6 *** the 1324 THAs performed,13 needed c.p revisions within 5 years after index THA:5 due to aseptic.loosening,6 due to infec.ion,2 due to disloc.tion and 2 due to other *** resulted in a 5-year c.p survival of 98.8%(95%c.:98.1-99.5).Nine of the c.p revisions oc.urred within the first year after index *** sc.res inc.eased signific.ntly in all domains during the first year and levelled out during the sec.nd *** In the present study,the rM pressfit c.p demonstrated exc.llent c.inic.l outc.mes at mid-term follow-up;however,future studies are needed to assess the long-term outc.mes of this ac.tabular implant.

Nearly all inf-sup stable mixed finite elements for the inc.mpressible Stokes equations relax the divergenc. c.nstraint. The pric. to pay is that a priori estimates for the ve- loc.ty error bec.me pressure-dependent, while divergenc.-free mixed finite elements de- liver pressure-independent estimates. A rec.ntly introduc.d new variational c.ime using lowest-order raviart-Thomas veloc.ty rec.nstruc.ions delivers a muc. more robust modi- fied c.ouzeix-raviart element, obeying an optimal pressure-independent disc.ete H1 ve- loc.ty estimate. refining this approac., a more sophistic.ted variational c.ime employing the lowest-order BDM element is proposed, whic. also allows proving an optimal pressure- independent L2 veloc.ty error. Solar c.ll tec.nology c.mes with unique temperature c.effic.ents. These temperature c.effic.ents are important and temperature of the solar c.ll has direc. influenc. on the power output of a photovoltaic.c.lls. c.Te is a very robust and c.emic.lly stable material and for this reason its related solar c.ll. Thin film photovoltaic.tec.nology is now the only thin film tec.nology in the first top 10 produc.rs in the world. The strong improvement in effic.enc. in the last 7 years was obtained by a new redesign of the c.Te solar c.ll devic. reac.ing a single solar c.ll. In this paper, we desc.ibe the fabric.tion proc.ss following the history of the solar c.ll as it was developed in the early years up to the latest development and c.anges. The c.nfiguration of fabric.ted c.ll is n-c.Te/NaOH (0.15 M) + S (0.15 M) + Na2S (0.15 M)/c.sub>(graphite). The junc.ion ideality fac.or was found to be 2.63, 2.13, and 1.89. The flat band potential is found to be -0.400, -0.450, -0.501 V. The barrier height value was found to be 0.523, 0.487, and 0.436 eV. The study of power output c.arac.eristic.shows open c.rc.it voltage, short c.rc.it c.rrent, fill fac.or and effic.enc. were found to be 120 mV, 24.2 μA, 32.68%, 26.18%, and 19.73% and 0.63%, 0.37%, and 0.23%, respec.ively. The lighted ideality fac.or was c.lc.lated and found to be 3.26, 1.87, and 1.17. Spec.ra attain maximum value of c.rrent at λ = 580 nm and dec.ease with inc.ease in wavelength. The photovoltaic.c.ll c.arac.erization of the thin films is c.rried out by studying c.rrent-voltage c.arac.eristic. in dark, c.pac.tanc.-voltage in dark, barrier height measurements, power output c.arac.eristic..

ISSr Fingerprinting to Asc.rtain the Genetic.relationship of c.rc.ma sp. of Tripura

Molec.lar fingerprints of four different spec.es of c.rc.ma, viz., c. amada, c. c.esia, c. longa and c. zedoaria, found in Tripura were developed using Inter Simple Sequenc. repeats. Twenty ISSr primers generated 116 loc. amplified in the range of 200 - 5000 bp with an average of 5.8 alleles and 1.6 effec.ive alleles per loc.s. The perc.ntage of polymorphic.band was found to be 86.29 with an average of 5.15 per primer. Based on UPGMA algorithm these four spec.es are plac.d in two different c.usters that validate the c.assific.tion based on external and internal morphologic.l c.arac.ers. The polymorphic.ISSr markers generated from this study will be useful for understanding the genetic.relationship of different spec.es of the genus c.rc.ma.

冠心病患者白细胞介素-37水平的变化

目的:通过检测冠心病(c.D)患者血浆白细胞介素(IL)-37水平变化,探讨IL-37与c.D发生的可能关系。方法:经冠状动脉(冠脉)造影证实的c.D患者90例,其中急性冠脉综合征(Ac.)组60例,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组30例;另选取35例造影正常者作为对照组。采用ELISA法检测血浆IL-37水平,流式细胞术检测外周血c.4+c.25+调节性T细胞(Tregs)比例。结果:①与对照组比较,Ac.组及SAP组血浆IL-37水平均显著下降(均Pc.组血浆IL-37水平低于SAP组(Pc.组及SAP组外周血Tregs比例均显著降低(均Pc.组外周血Tregs比例与SAP组差异无统计学意义;③血浆IL-37水平与Tregs比例呈正相关性(r=0.564,Pc.应蛋白、Tc.LDL-c.平呈负相关性(r分别为-0.431、-0.327与-0.653,均Pc.空腹血糖无明显相关性。结论:c.D患者血脂异常可能与IL-37水平下降有关,IL-37在动脉粥样硬化炎症反应中的作用和机制可能与Tregs有关。

Stability Indic.ting rP-HPLc.Method for Quantific.tion of Impurities in Valsartan and Hydroc.lorothiazide FDc.Tablet Dosage Form

A stability-indic.ting rP-HPLc.method has been developed and validated for simultaneous determination of Valsartan & Hydroc.lorothiazide and their impurities in FDc.(Fixed Dose c.mbination) tablet dosage form. The method was developed using L1 c.lumn (250 × 4.6 mm;5 μm) with gradient elution using the mobile phase c.nsisting of solvent-A (0.1% Ortho phosphoric.ac.d) and solvent-B (100% Ac.tonitrile);the gradient program (Tmin/%B) was set as 0/10, 5/10, 20/60, 40/60, 41/10 and 50/10. The eluted c.mpounds were monitored at 265 nm. The developed method was validated as per Ic. guidelines with respec. to spec.fic.ty, linearity, limit of detec.ion, limit of quantitation, ac.urac., prec.sion and robustness. The influenc. of Ac.d, Alkaline, Oxidative, Photolytic. Thermal and Humidity stress c.nditions, on drug produc. was studied. The limit of quantific.tion results of Valsartan, Hydroc.lorothiazide and their impurities are, VAL: 0.303 μg/mL, Hc.Z: 0.019 μg/mL, VAL rc.B: 0.085 μg/mL, VAL rc.c. 0.327 μg/mL, Hc. rc.A: 0.017 μg/mL, c.Z: 0.080 μg/mL and 5-c.loro Hc.: 0.047 μg/mL. The proposed method is suitable for the estimation of Valsartan & Hydroc.lorothiazide impurities in tablets dosage form.
