Article 59.1,of the International Code of Nomenclature for Algae,Fungi,and Plants(ICN;Melbourne Code),which addresses the nomenclature of pleomorphic fungi,became effective from 30 July *** that date,each fungal species can have one nomenclaturally correct name in a particular *** other previously used names for this species will be considered as *** older generic epithet takes priority over the younger *** widely used younger names proposed for use,must comply with Art.57.2 and their usage should be approved by the Nomenclature Committee for Fungi(NCF).In this paper,we list all genera currently accepted by us in Dothideomycetes(belonging to 23 orders and 110 families),including pleomorphic and nonpleomorphic *** the case of pleomorphic genera,we follow the rulings of the current ICN and propose single generic names for future *** taxonomic placements of 1261 genera are listed as an *** names and suppressed names for 34 pleomorphic genera are listed *** and justifications are provided for possible proposed names after the list of *** are also provided on recent advances in our understanding of asexual and sexual morph linkages in Dothideomycetes.A phylogenetic tree based on four gene analyses supported 23 orders and 75 families,while 35 families still lack molecular data.

Investigation of cell mechanics using single-beam acoustic tweezers as a versatile tool for the diagnosis and treatment of highly invasive breast cancer cell lines: an in vitro study

Advancements in diagnostic systems for metastatic cancer over the last few decades have played a significant role in providing patients with effective treatment by evaluating the characteristics of cancer *** the progress made in cancer prognosis,we still rely on the visual analysis of tissues or cells from histopathologists,where the subjectivity of traditional manual interpretation *** paper presents the development of a dual diagnosis and treatment tool using an in vitro acoustic tweezers platform with a 50Mhz ultrasonic transducer for label-free trapping and bursting of human breast cancer *** cancer cell detection and classification,the mechanical properties of a single cancer cell were quantified by single-beam acoustic tweezers(SBAT),a noncontact assessment tool using a focused acoustic ***-mimicking phantoms and agarose hydrogel spheres(AhSs)served to standardize the biomechanical characteristics of the *** on the analytical comparison of deformability levels between the cells and the AhSs,the mechanical properties of the cells could be indirectly measured by interpolating the Young’s moduli of the *** a result,the calculated Young’s moduli,i.e.,1.527kPa for MDA-MB-231(highly invasive breast cancer cells),2.650kPa for MCF-7(weakly invasive breast cancer cells),and 2.772 kPa for SKBR-3(weakly invasive breast cancer cells),indicate that highly invasive cancer cells exhibited a lower Young’s moduli than weakly invasive cells,which indicates a higher deformability of highly invasive cancer cells,leading to a higher metastasis ***-cell treatment may also be carried out by bursting a highly invasive cell with high-intensity,focused ultrasound.

[背景]评估由于环境空气中细颗粒物（PM2.5）长期暴露引起的疾病负担,需要了解相对风险度（RR）函数的图形和幅度。然而,在世界上很多观察到高PM2.5环境浓度的地方,都缺乏足够的直接证据确定死亡RR函数的图形。[目的]建立可用于全球PM2.5暴露范围内成人死因的RR函数：缺血性心脏病（IhD）、脑血管疾病（脑卒中）、慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）和肺癌（LC）。建立急性下呼吸道感染（ALRI）发病的RR函数,用于估算〈5岁的儿童中死亡率和健康生活损失年数。[方法]通过整合现有的来自于环境空气污染（AAP）、二手烟草烟雾、家用固体烹饪用燃料和主动吸烟（AS）等研究的RR信息,拟合综合暴露-反应（IER）模型。采用颗粒物质的吸入剂量,通过转化AS暴露来估计全年PM2.5的暴露当量。在估算全球环境PM2.5浓度的基础上,得出各国的人群归因分数（PAFs）。[结果]与以往负担评估中使用的其他7种模型相比,IER模型是一种优越的RR预测方法。在不同国家中,归因于AAP暴露的PAF百分数各不相同,分别为：IhD,2~41;脑卒中,1~43;COPD,〈1~21;LC,〈1~25;ALRI,〈1~38。[结论]我们建立了一种以细颗粒物为基础的RR模型,它通过整合来自不同类型的燃烧所产生颗粒物排放的RR信息,涵盖全球范围的暴露。当获得新的RR信息时,可以对这个模型进行更新。

Sexual reproduction is the basic way to form high genetic diversity and it is beneficial in evolution and speciation of *** global diversity of teleomorphic species in Ascomycota has not been *** paper estimates the species number for sexual ascomycetes based on five different estimation approaches,*** numbers of described fungi,by fungus:substrate ratio,by ecological distribution,by meta-DNA barcoding or culture-independent studies and by previous estimates of species in *** assumptions were made with the currently most accepted,“2.2–3.8 million”species estimate and results of previous studies concluding that 90%of the described ascomycetes reproduce *** Catalogue of Life,Species Fungorum and published research were used for data *** average value of teleomorphic species in Ascomycota from all methods is 1.86 million,ranging from 1.37 to 2.56 ***,only around 83,000 teleomorphic species have been described in Ascomycota and deposited in data *** ratio between described teleomorphic ascomycetes to predicted teleomorphic ascomycetes is 1:***,where are the undiscovered teleomorphic ascomycetes?The undescribed species are no doubt to be found in biodiversity hot spots,poorly-studied areas and species *** poorly studied niches include extremophiles,lichenicolous fungi,human pathogens,marine fungi,and fungicolous *** species are present in unexamined collections in specimen repositories or incompletely described earlier *** issues,such as the use of separate names for teleomorph and anamorphs,synonyms,conspecific names,illegitimate and invalid names also affect the number of described *** introgression results in new species,while species numbers are reduced by extinctions.

hypertension and obstructive sleep apnea in Caucasian children

AIM:To evaluate the prevalence of hypertension and/or left ventricular hypertrophy(LVh) in children with a diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea(OSA).METhODS:A cross-sectional case series of consecutive,otherwise healthy children aged > 4 years,with polysomnography-proven OSA [apnea hypopnea index(AhI) > 1.5/h] is *** was performed on all subjects and left ventricular mass was *** subjects underwent additional investigation with 24-h ambulatory blood pressure(BP) ***:Thirty children(21 males) were *** age was 8.9 *** body mass index was 19.87 kg/*** AhI was 14.3/h.10/30(33%) of the study population met criteria for pre-hypertension(n = 3) or masked hypertension(n = 7) based on standard ambulatory monitoring *** 10 children had systolic hypertension throughout the night with 5 of these also having elevated daytime systolic *** was a relationship between AhI and BP showing an increase of 1.162 percentile units in mean diastolic night BP(age,gender and height specific) per unit increase in AhI(P = 0.018).There were no subjects with LVh and/or right ventricular ***:In our population of otherwise healthy Caucasian children,there was a high prevalence of hypertension that would not have been identified using standard office/clinic protocols.

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses performed at the Large hadron Collider,as Standard Model measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.

Molecular phylogenies using 1–4 gene regions and information on ecology,morphology and pigment chemistry were used in a partial revision of the agaric family *** phylogenetically supported genera we recognize here in the hygrophoraceae based on these and previous analyses are:Acantholichen,Ampulloclitocybe,Arrhenia,Cantharellula,Cantharocybe,Chromosera,Chrysomphalina,Cora,Corella,Cuphophyllus,Cyphellostereum,Dictyonema,Eonema,Gliophorus,haasiella,humidicutis,hygroaster,hygrocybe,hygrophorus,Lichenomphalia,Neohygrocybe,Porpolomopsis and Pseudoarmillariella.A new genus that is sister to Chromosera is described as *** were made at the ranks of subfamily,tribe,genus,subgenus,section and *** present three new subfamilies,eight tribes(five new),eight subgenera(one new,one new combination and one ***.),26 sections(five new and three new combinations and two ***.)and 14 subsections(two new,two ***.).Species of Chromosera,Gliophorus,humidicutis,and Neohygrocybe are often treated within the genus hygrocybe;we therefore provide valid names in both classification *** used a minimalist approach in transferring genera and creating new names and ***,we retain in the hygrophoraceae the basal cuphophylloid grade comprising the genera Cuphophyllus,Ampulloclitocybe andCantharocybe,despite weak phylogenetic *** include Aeruginospora and Semiomphalina in hygrophoraceae based on morphology though molecular data are *** lower hygrophoroid clade is basal to hygrophoraceae s.s.,comprising the genera Aphroditeola,Macrotyphula,Phyllotopsis,Pleurocybella,Sarcomyxa,Tricholomopsis and Typhula.
