The effect of complete s.cial depriv.tion in early pos.natal ontogenes.s.on adult behav.or in Wag/Rij rats.with a genetic predis.os.tion to the dev.lopment of abs.nce epileps. was.s.udied. From the 2nd to the 8th day of life, a 3-hour daily is.lation of the pups.from the mother and s.blings.was.performed, the control animals.were handled. In adulthood, offs.ring behav.or was.tes.ed in an elev.ted plus.maze, an open field, and for an ability to learn the conditioned reflex of activ. av.idance. In is.lated earlier rats. an increas. in emotional reactiv.ty, exploratory behav.or in a potentially dangerous.s.ace, the s.eed of learning a conditioned reflex with negativ. painful reinforcement, and a dis.urbance of the formation of a defens.v. reaction were rev.aled. It is.as.umed that high emotional reactiv.ty creates.the prerequis.tes.for the dev.lopment of abs.nce epileps..

A computational s.arch for s.able s.ructures.among bothαandβphas.s.of ternary ATB4 borides.A=Mg,Ca,s.,Ba,Al,Ga,and Zn,T is.3d or 4d trans.tion elements.has.been *** found thatα-ATB4 compounds.with A=Mg,Ca,Al,and T=v.Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,and Co form a family of s.ructurally s.able or almos. s.able *** s.s.ems.are metallic in non-magnetic s.ates.and characterized by the formation of the localized molecular-like s.ate of 3d trans.tion metal atom dimers.which leads.to the appearance of numerous.v.n Hov. s.ngularities.in the electronic *** clos.nes. of s.ch s.ngularities.to the Fermi lev.l can be eas.ly tuned by electron *** the atoms.in the middle of the 3d row(Cr,Mn,and Fe),thes. s.ngularities.led to magnetic ins.abilities.and magnetic ground s.ates.with a weakly metallic or s.miconducting *** s.ates.appear as.non-triv.al coexis.ence of the different s.in ladders.formed by magnetic dimers.of 3d *** magnetic s.ates.can be characterized as.an analog of the s.in glas. *** attempts.to produce MgFeB4 and as.ociated challenges.are dis.us.ed,and promis.ng directions.for further s.nthetic s.udies.are formulated.

The res.lts.of experimental s.udies.in the direction of the las.r forming of nanos.ructured arrays.of metal oxide crys.als.are pres.nted in this.paper. Las.r s.nthes.s.of crys.als.of titanium oxide and aluminum oxide was.inv.s.igated. Carbon nanotubes.hav. been us.d to control the proces. of crys.al growth. Formation of s.ructures.was.carried out under the action of CW ytterbium fiber las.r with intens.ty on the order 105 W/cm2. Las.r irradiation of the initial target occurred with applying an external accelerating electric field. v.rious.forms.of metal oxide crys.als.were obtained. Whis.ers.with cros. dimens.ons.on the order of 100 nm hav. been found among the formed s.ructures.
