In recent years,graphene field-effect-transistors(GFEts)have demonstrated an outstanding potential for terahertz(tHz)photodetect.o. due to their fast response and *** features are essential to enable emerging tHz applicat.o.s,including 6G wireless communicat.o.s,quantum informat.o.,bioimaging and ***,the overall performance of these photodetectors may be utterly compromised by the impact.o. internal resistances presented in the device,so-called access or parasitic *** this work,we provide a detailed study of the influence of internal device resistances in the photoresponse of high-mobility dual-gate GFEt *** dual-gate architectures allow us to fine tune(decrease)the internal resistance of the device by an order of magnitude and consequently demonstrate an improved responsivity and noise-equivalent-power values of the photodetector,*** results can be well underst.o. by a series resistance model,as shown by the excellent agreement found between the experimental data and theoretical *** findings are therefore relevant to understand and improve the overall performance of existing high-mobility graphene photodetectors.

Wide-angle light scattering(WALS)was used for in situ measurements of droplet and nanoparticle size distribut.o.s during the synthesis of titania and iron oxide particles from liquid precursor solut.o.s in the standardized SpraySyn burner for spray flame *** was synthesized from titanium tetraisopropoxide(ttIP)and iron oxide from iron(II)nitrate nonahydrate(INN)using ethanol(EtoH)as *** images were taken at heights up to 120 mm above the burner surface and classified into droplet and particle *** size distribut.o.s were derived from a sequential analysis of scattering data containing the oscillating Mie pattern,the lognormal size distribut.o. parameters for spherical and fractal particle fract.o.s from a multivariate approach on averaged particle scattering *** results show that the precursor addit.o. leads to altered evaporat.o. behavior and even droplet disrupt.o. probably induced by puffing or micro-explosions compared to pure *** the case of ttIP(a hygroscopic alkoxide),the synthesis of a large fract.o. of spheres was observed,while the nitrate INN leads to the format.o. of mostly fractal aggregates.

Concerns related to environmental risks associated with pharmaceuticals and personal care products(PPCPs)have led researchers to seek met.o.s for assessing and monitoring these contaminants in the aquatic *** and validating risk assessment t.o.s that can evaluate ecological concerns and risks associated with PPCPs is ***,the suitability of a dose-related risk and effect assessment model,which estimates predicted environmental concentrat.o.s and allowed comparisons with predicted no effect concentrat.o.s determined,in combinat.o. with in vit.o.analyses of the whole effluent toxicity,was verified for the characterizat.o. of a PPCP *** of the most utilized PPCPs in Norway were measured in influent and effluent samples and used to parameterize the fate *** than 90%removal was attained for 12 out.o. 22 detected *** was not dependent.o. the class or the concentrat.o. of the specific substance and varied between 12%and 100%.the PPCPs detected in the discharged wastewater were utilized to assess individual contribut.o.s to the risk of the effluent,and no risk was identified for the targeted 30 *** simulat.o.s provided valuable informat.o. regarding the discharge plume distribut.o. over time,which can aid planning of future environmental monitoring ***(using fish liver cells,PLHC-1)were used for assessing overall effluent toxicity,through cell viability,product.o. of reactive oxygen species,and et.o.yresorufin-o-deethylase(ERoD)*** present study may allow regulators to use risk-based strategies over removal criteria for monitoring studies and confirms the importance to take PPCP contaminat.o. into considerat.o. when establishing environmental regulat.o.s.

the captivating surge of energy transit.o.s in the major industrialized nat.o.s has elevated the global demand for critical *** demand pattern has enabled mineral-abundant emerging economies like Indonesia to enter the internat.o.al market by exporting mineral ***,we investigate the Indonesian mineral export supply's response to the renewable energy product.o. of the 18 clean energy-generating countries,considering crude oil and mineral prices,exchange rates,and economic growth of the resource and importer countries from 1990 to *** doing so,we apply the Poisson Pseudo-maximum Likelihood(PPML)approach to measuring the panel gravity model for mineral exports in *** a result,we observe a significant response of Indonesia's mineral export supply to the renewable energy generat.o. of the 18 mineral importing ***,mineral and crude oil prices are insignificant,whereas the importer countries'exchange rates and income growth positively influence Indonesia's mineral export ***,Indonesia's income factor negatively affects its mineral export ***,we validate our results using an alternative estimator,the Driscoll-Kraay robust standard error estimat.o. ***,our findings suggest implementing Indonesia's existing mineral policy to produce finished mineral goods to materialize the worldwide vision of energy transit.o.s toward a crossroad of net-zero emissions by the middle of the current century.
