Clinical outcomes of patients with chronic hepatitis C after generic direct-acting antiviral treatments in vietnam: A retrospective analysis

Objective:To evaluate the outcomes of generic direct-acting antiviral treatments for chronic hepatitis C in ***:The medical records of 522 patients(median 45 years;Female,25.3%)with chronic hepatitis C treated at a tertiary hospital in northern vietnam in 2016 were retrospectively ***:Female patients were significantly older than male patients(median 52,IQR 41-59 vs.43 years,IQR:39-55;Png 522 patients,49.4%were infected with hepatitis C virus(HCv)genotype 6,followed by 1 a(19.0%),1 b(13.0%),and 3(5.9%).Coinfection with hepatitis B virus or human immunodeficiency virus was noted in 5.8%and 3.1%of patients,*** were treated with ledipasvir/sofosbuvir with or without ribavirin(70.9%),sofosbuvir/pegylated-interferon+ribavirin(13.2%),daclatasvir/sofosbuvir with or without ribavirin(12.5%),or sofosbuvir/ribavirin(3.4%),and 96.4%(n=503)completed the direct-acting antiviral *** patient discontinued treatment due to adverse event(s).A sustained virologic response 12 weeks after the end of the treatment(SvR12)was evaluated in 62.6%of *** sustained virologic response 12 weeks after the end of the treatment was 98.7%regardless of HCv genotypes or direct-acting antiviral *** severity of liver stiffness was significantly decreased from 10.2 to 6.3 kilopascals measured by transient elastography by the treatment(Png patients who completed the directacting antiviral treatment,17.7%returned for further follow-ups after ***:In vietnam,the current generic direct-acting antiviral treatment for chronic hepatitis C was effective regardless of HCv genotypes and direct-acting antiviral regimens with the attenuation of liver *** is feasible to implement direct-acting antiviral treatment to cure chronic hepatitis C patients at any liver fibrosis stages in vietnam.

The diffuse reflectance Fourier trmisfonn infrared spectra of the boron nitride(Bn)films deposited on steels by remote microwave plasma chemical vapour deposition(CvD)from borazine with nitrogen,hydrogen and argon were investigated in the wavenumber range of 400-4000 cm^(-1).It was found that the cubic Bn for million depends on production of the intermediate species of cyclo triborazane((BH2nH2)3)and its *** structuml bonds of cydotriborazane are similar to that of cubic *** conditions for deposited Bn films were found to be the bora,zine-nitrogen mixture at the substrate *** of 550℃.The Bn films were n mixture of crystalline cubic Bn accounting for the major content and hexagonal Bn with relatively low hydrogen content.

Overnight pulse oximetry for screening of obstructive sleep apnea in at-risk adult patients in the primary care setting:prospective case series

采用拉曼光谱仪、透射电镜、俄歇能谱仪、X射线光电子能谱仪等研究在Si O2/Si基底上化学沉积的多壁碳纳米管(MWCnTs)经390℃的空气中热处理120 min前后与HCl溶液化学处理前后的结构变化情况。拉曼光谱集中测试低频(250-300 cm-1)带。结果表明,经热处理和化学处理后,在250-300 cm-1形成的拉曼带在峰位和半宽几乎没变。由透射电镜可知,小直径碳纳米管的内径值与拉曼光谱测试结果一致。这些结果表明,低频带产生于小直径碳纳米管的内壁中碳原子的径向呼吸振动。

Extension of the theory of adherence to treatment in patients with coronary heart disease

Background: Increased knowledge of the concept of adherence is needed for development patient-centered care, nursing interventions, and guidelines for patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). The aim of this study was to test and extend the Theory of Adherence to Treatment regarding informational support in patients with ***: The study utilized an explanatory and descriptive survey. The study was conducted in 2013 and involved 416 patients in five hospitals in Finland. The Adherence of Patients with Chronic Disease instrument and the Social Support for People with CHD instrument were used. The model was tested using structural equation modeling (SEM).Results: SEM confirmed direct associations between motivation (β = 0.49,p nd results of care (β = 0.29,p nd indirect associations between sense of normality, fear of complications, support from nurses and next of kin. and informational support to adherence to a healthy lifestyle and medication. Informational support included information and advice on CHD risk factors, physical exercise, chest pain, medication, continuum of care, and rehabilitation. Indirect standardized path coefficients varied between 0.14 and 0.45. The model explained 45% of adherence to a healthy lifestyle and ***: The results of this study showed that informational support is a justified extension to the original Theory of Adherence to Treatment in Patients with CHD. Informational support seems to offer a new perspective that can be used to develop patient-centered nursing interventions and thus support adherence to treatment by patients with a lifelong disease such as CHD.

new methods are presented for processing and interpretation of shallow marine differential magnetic data, including constructing maps of offshore total magnetic anomalies with an extremely high reso- lution of up to 1-2 nT, mapping weak anomalies of 5-10 nT caused by mineralization effects at the contacts of hydrocarbons with host rocks, estimating depths to upper and lower boundaries of anom- alous magnetic sources, and estimating thickness of magnetic layers and boundaries of tectonic blocks. Horizontal dimensions of tectonic blocks in the so-called ＂seismic gap＂ region in the central Kuril Arc vary from 10 to 100 km, with typical dimensions of 25-30 km. The area of the ＂seismic gap＂ is a zone of intense tectonic activity and recent volcanism. Deep sources causing magnetic anomalies in the area are similar to the ＂magnetic belt＂ near Hokkaido. In the southern and central parts of Barents Sea, tectonic blocks with widths of 30-100 kin. and upper and lower boundaries of magnetic layers ranging from depths of 10 to 5 km and 18 to 30 km are calculated. Models of the magnetic layer underlying the Mezen Basin in an inland part of the White Sea-Barents Sea paleorift indicate depths to the lower boundary of the layer of 12-30 km. Weak local magnetic anomalies of 2-5 nT in the northern and central Caspian Sea were identified using the new methods, and drilling confirms that the anomalies are related to concentrations of hydrocarbon. Two layers causing magnetic anomalies are identified in the northern Caspian Sea from magnetic anomaly spectra. The upper layer lies immediately beneath the sea bottom and the lower layer occurs at depths between 30-40 m and 150-200 m.

Heterostructure Solar Cells Based on Sol-Gel Deposited SnO<sub>2</sub>and Electrochemically Deposited Cu<sub>2</sub>O

To fabricate a heterostructure solar cell using environmentally friendly materials and low cost techniques, tin oxide (SnO2) and cuprous oxide (Cu2O) were deposited by the sol-gel method and the electrochemical deposition, respectively. The SnO2 films were deposited from a SnCl2 solution containing ethanol and acetic acid. The Cu2O films were deposited using a galvanostatic method from an aqueous bath containing CuSO4 and lactic acid at a temperature of 40°C. The Cu2O/SnO2 heterostructure solar cells showed rectification and photovoltaic properties, and the best cell showed a conversion efficiency of 6.6 × 10-2 % with an open-circuit voltage of 0.29 v, a short-circuit current of 0.58 mA/cm2, and a fill factor of 0.39.
