Background Understanding the volume fraction of water-oil-gas three-phase flow is of significant importance in oil and gas *** The current research attempts to indicate the ability of adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system(ANFIS)to forecast the volume fractions in a water-oil-gas three-phase flow *** The current investigation devotes to measure the volume fractions in the stratified three-phase flow,on the basis of a dual-energy metering system consisting of the 152Eu and 137Cs and one NaI detector using *** summation of volume fractions is equal to 100%and is also a constant,and this is enough for the ANFIS just to forecast two volume *** the paper,three ANFIS models are *** first network is applied to forecast the oil and water volume *** next to forecast the water and gas volume fractions,and the last to forecast the gas and oil volume *** the next step,ANFIS networks are trained based on numerical simulation data from MCNP-X *** The accuracy of the nets is evaluated through the calculation of average testing *** average errors are then *** model in which predictions has the most consistency with the numerical simulation results is selected as the most accurate predictor *** on the results,the best ANFIS net forecasts the water and gas volume fractions with the mean error of less than 0.8%.Conclusion The proposed methodology indicates that ANFIS can precisely forecast the volume fractions in a water-oil-gas three-phase flow system.

Objective:To study virulence and regulatory genes(hlyA,ctxB,tcpI) in clinical strains of Vibrio ckolerae(***),***:Three important genes,tepI,hlyA and ctxB were used for detection of toxigenic and pathogenic *** by chain reaction assay method. Results:According to the results of the PCR,the incidence of hlyA,tcpI,and ctxB genes in clinical isolates was obtained as 94.7%(72 sample),90.8%(69 sample),and 92.1%(70 sample), *** strains possessed all genes except ctxB,six strains possessed all genes except tcpI,four strains possessed all genes except hlyA,one strain possessed only hlyA and 60 strains contained a combination of three *** hlyA,ctxB and tcpI,Conclusions:Result show that this method could be reliable to detect toxigenic-pathogenic strains of *** in Iran.

Objective:To conduct changes in sexual activity during pregnancy and its related factors in pregnant ***:The present descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in 2017 on pregnant women who referred to the women's clinic of Afzalipour Hospital in the southeast of *** were included in the study through convenient *** data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of two parts of personal social information of the couple and questions to measure the level of sexual activity and the attitude of the subjects during pregnancy compared to before ***:201 Pregnant women were *** average age of pregnant women was(27.3±6.1)years and their average gestational age was(24.7±11.8)*** than 62%of women had decreased sexual *** was a significant relationship between the amount of changes in sexual activity and delivery time(P=0.013),abortion history(P=0.001)and premature birth history(P=0.002).Most pregnant women believed that sex during pregnancy caused damage to the fetus(67.7%).A decrease in the intensity of sexual desire was reported in 63%of pregnant *** than 60%of the subjects did not consult with doctors and midwives with regards to sexual issues(63.5%).The most common reason for not consulting was not feeling the need(32%).Most women experienced back pain during(42.8%)and after(39.8%)***:Changes in sex life during pregnancy are often caused by the lack of sexual knowledge and the increase in misconceptions among couples,which can affect the quality of *** role of education is ***,it is suggested that by including sexual counseling along with pregnancy care,wrong beliefs and information among women will be corrected.

The way to investigate the cause of an industrial accident is considered. It's important for the staff who investigate an accident to be the person who became independent from a production site. Moreover a special right has to be granted to the staff in the organization. The reason is because it's necessary that they have a different viewpoint from field overseer. The staff's viewpoint is a one related to the importance of the site preservation,necessity of an information feedback and the way to fill out an accident report. It was modeled in the last chapter about a relation of the various factors which have an influence on accident investigation.

New Insights on the Mechanism of Thermal Cleavage of Unsaturated Bicyclic Diaziridines： A DFT Study

A DFT calculations are carried out at UB3LYP/6-311＋＋G （3df, 2p） levels of theory to study electrocyclic thermal cleavage of four （R） derivatives of unsaturated bicyclic diaziridines, Ix-R, to produce corresponding （Z） and （E） azomethine imides （2X-Z, 2X-E, 3X-Z and 3X-E）, where X=H, Me, t-Bu and Ph. Cleavage of 1X-R series to form the most stable 3X-Z product, （path 2） is found the favored procedure because of delocalized negative charge on five atoms and lower steric effect in related transition state. According to IRC calculations in paths 1 and 2, C6--N1 bond is cleaved before the rate determinating step （transition state）. The stability of unsaturated bicyclic diaziridines and their corresponding （Z） and （E） azomethine imides is in the following order in gas phase and chloroform, tetrahydrofuran, and acetone solvents： 3X-Z〈3X-F〈2X-Z 〈2X-E 〈 1X-R 〈 1X-S.

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the process of parameters such as mean temperature;total precipitation on phenology and phenological stages of apple golden type in Razavi Khorasan. For this reason, long-term data of absolute minimum daily temperature, precipitation, humidity, as well as Digital Elevation Model (DEM) was used. After collecting data on phenology and Growing Degree Days (GDD) for golden apple, to pass each phenological stage at different growth stages, the start and end dates, phenological stages of the locations were identified. Then, regression equations with variable longitude, latitude and altitude on SPSS software at level of 50% and 95%, respectively were used, and finally phenological stages and spatial distribution maps of temperature and precipitation variables based on these equations were drawn in ARC GIS software. The analysis of the phenological stages showed that Torbate Heydarieh station has a decreasing trend which is significant at 1% in all stages of phenology and Ghoochan station does not show any significant increase or decrease trend at all stages of phenology.

Vacuum insulation panels provide unprecedented possibilities for renovating the existing building stock in a manner that reduces the thermal losses through the building envelope. This study is focused on the implementation of VIPs （vacuum insulation panels） in energy retrofit projects with rendered outer walls. Particular emphasis is put on reducing the thermal bridges due to mechanical fasteners and at the joints of the panels. These are evaluated through a parametric study of the impact of the thermal conductivity of the joints of the panels and the adjacent insulation layer as well as the material of the fasteners. The study is carried out with 3D FEM （finite element method） simulations software. Furthermore, the moisture conditions in the construction are studied. The dynamic moisture behavior of a wall construction is modeled with a two dimensional FEM model. The long term effects of vapor diffusion are investigated in terms of accumulated moisture and the risk of condensation. The results illustrate that vacuum insulation on the outside of the wall construction does not pose a moisture problem to the construction. The simulations are based on a draft of a new technical solution for the refurbishment of a building that is typical for the great Swedish building program of the 1970s.
