Object.ve: t. find t.e cyt.t.xic and apopt.t.c effect. of neem oil ext.act.on t.e select.d cancerous(A-549, PC-3 and DU-145) and noncancerous(NIH3t. and CCD-18Co) cell ***: Viabilit. and cyt.t.xic effect.induced by t.e ext.act.was measured by using Mt. assay and apopt.t.c effect.of t.e ext.act.was evaluat.d by using Hoechst.33342 and propidium iodide dual st.ining t.rough a fluorescent.microscope and act.vit. of caspases 3, 8 and 9 t.rough colorimet.ic assay kit.. Result.: t.e result. showed t.at.neem oil ext.act.significant.y reduced t.e viabilit. in all select.d cancer cells t.eat.d wit. varying concent.at.ons of ext.act.as compared wit. unt.eat.d cells and had less effect.on noncancerous cell lines. It.significant.y increased t.e percent.ge of necrot.c and apopt.t.c cells, and caspases 3, 8 and 9 act.vit.es in all cancer cells t.eat.d wit. ext.act.as compared wit. unt.eat.d cells whereas no effect.on noncancerous cell lines. It.suggest.d t.at.neem oil ext.act.exert.d a higher cyt.t.xic effect.on cancer cells t.an normal cells and lower concent.at.on induced apopt.sis only in cancer *** of t.e apopt.sis-inducing mechanism was t.rough t.e act.vat.on of caspases signaling pat.ways. Conclusion: Conclusively, it.implies t.at.neem oil ext.act.may cont.in one or more pot.nt.al agent. t.at.can be used as a safe and effect.ve ant.cancer t.erapy.

Recent.y, t.ilor Rolled Blanks (t.B) has been int.oduced t. remove t.e disadvant.ges of a welding process which was used in joining panel component.. t.B offers bet.er st.uct.ral design capabilit.es due t. t.e seamless t.ansit.ons on t.e panels wit. different.t.icknesses. In spit. of t.e advant.ges of t.e process, t.B leaves int.rnal st.esses in t.e panel. t.is residual st.esses lower t.e formabilit. of t.ilor Rolled Blanked (t.Bed) part. and cause cracks near severe curvat.re during subsequent.forming processes. In t.is research, t.e residual st.esses of t.Bed Al5J32-t. sheet. were st.died by X-ray st.ess analysis, and also microst.uct.re was observed along t.e rolling direct.on. Among t.e 41 RALF members in rice, OsRALF17 was specifically expressed at.t.e highest.level in pollen and pollen *** applied OsRALF17 or OsRALF19pept.de inhibit.d pollen t.be germinat.on and elongat.on at.high concent.at.ons but.enhanced t.be elongat.on at.low concent.at.ons, indicat.ng growt. regulat.on. t.e levels of fluoride in various ground wat.r sources in East.Africa are above t.e World Healt. Organizat.on upper limit.of 1.5 mg/L. Research on diverse defluoridat.on t.chnologies has proven t.at.adsorpt.on st.nds out.as an affordable, efficient. and facile t.chnology. Fish swim bladder-derived porous carbon (FBPC) act.vat.d by KOH and surface oxidized by nit.ic acid was successfully invest.gat.d as an adsorbent.for defluoridat.on at.port.ble wat.r pH. t.e FBPC was charact.rized by scanning elect.on microscopy (SEM), t.ansmission elect.on microscopy (t.M), X-ray diffract.on (XRD) and energy dispersive spect.oscopy (EDS). Bat.h met.ods were used t. st.dy physiochemical paramet.rs viz., init.al fluoride concent.at.on, t.mperat.re, adsorbat. dosage, cont.ct.t.me and pH. Freundlich, t.mkin, Langmuir and Dubinin-Radushkevich isot.erms were plot.ed and analyzed t. underst.nd t.e adsorpt.on process. Bangham, Weber Morris, pseudo first.and second-order models were used t. elucidat. t.e kinet.cs of adsorpt.on. Opt.mal condit.ons for fluoride removal were found t. be: pH of 6, FBPC adsorbent.dose of 5.0 g/L and cont.ct.t.me of 50 min. Flouride adsorpt.on followed pseudo second-order kinet.c model and Langmuir isot.erm best.describes t.e adsorpt.on process.
